Ander Herrera and Luke Shaw's contracts are expiring in a year's time. We should be tapping them up from now. I'm sure Herrera will go to Barca but Shaw is a lifelong Chelsea fan. |
Nihilist:Correct boy. I even thought he was still in Sweden. |
nateevs:Of course, the alternative is to earn £3k as first choice at Boavista or Victoria Setubal. At this age man gasto think of his family. Man City third choice goalie Richard Wright was chilling on £6k per week for like 4 years. Even when City had goalkeeper injury crisis, they applied for special dispensation to sign a goalie outside the transfer window rather than use Richard Wright for just one game. These third goalies are just there to be used as training fodder, not even to play. At some point, Jamal Blackman would have to decide if he is comfortable earning £10k (as third choice) for the rest of his career and never playing football but ensuring he never has to work after football. . . . or take a risk and move to League One on £3k with the hope of rising back up the leagues one day. If he makes a mistake and never rises above League One level, he would be forced to look for a job after football. I know what decision I would make. |
dumininu01:Can you blame him? What would you do in his shoes?.No one will pay Remy more than £50k per week, so his best option is to keep going on loan rather than a permanent transfer. |
No wonder Loic Remy cannot agree a transfer. That £90k per week too sweet abeg. Christensen meanwhile needs to ask for raise.

Thunder fire that Policeman for doing God's work on taxpayer time |
Griffon:Hahahahahhahahaha. If Carragher start quizzing Redknapp on his views, he will start crying. Maybe Bakayoko is the one that was giving Louise Redknapp the D. . Better things were written about Ramires for 4 years before everyone caught up to what we always said about him, so its not worth discussing Press opinions. Those niggas are there to report on 10 matches per weekend without watching any of them indepth like a club fan would. |
Chelseafan1:Thunder fire you ![]() I never agree bet with anyone oh. I said "I will bet with anyone". I didn't actually agree bet with anyone. |
airmark:Very rarely, and not for any half-decent team. That Bakayoko and Propper stats will be in the bottom 10 in the last 5 years. I kept it to EPL knowing that Barca and Bayern opponents would have posted such numbers in UCL but I suspected Pep might have forced something close with Citeh, but not to the extent of only making 10 passes. |
airmark:Chai! You mean say you want hammer me again? Airmark, DiarisGodoh! This Propper must be even worse than Bakayoko. Anyway, you know where to find me. |
airmark:No, the rules is the rules my nigga. Check his position.
|
airmark:Davy Propper played behind the striker in Willian position. I'm only accepting bets on CMs |
airmark:Multiply 16 by 62.5% success rate to get 10 successful passes. The match lasted 97 minutes total meaning he made a successful pass every 10 minutes. C'mon Airmark, this is the worst passing stat I've ever seen for a central midfielder in my 25 years watching football. |
Nihilist:Matic is not Messi and I can never hate anyone for replacing him. There are many that can replace and better Matic and you won't see me complaining if Tolisso or co was in our midfield. Bakayoko is judged on who he is solely, and he is a fraud of a midfielder I'm afraid. I actually went to watch Bakayoko with all excitement when he was first linked with Chelsea and was left so disappointed at the end. It is you, Chelseafan1 and anti-Matic crew who want to support Bakayoko just because you hate Matic. Well, I will give you the bad news early - Bakayoko is just another Ramires, maybe worse technique wise. It was you who stated during Monaco-Juve game that Bakayoko is shyte, so you are the ones supporting a shyte player just cos you dislike Matic. I am not concerned with Matic now. Someone like Chelseafan1 can take any player he doesn't know just to replace Matic, even Friday Elaho. Now he is acting surprised at what he watched today. Maybe he thought we were hating Bakayoko all this time just because we supported Matic. No! Bakayoko is shyte in his own right! God forbid we have to play 2 man midfield with Bakayoko and Kante. Conte should just carry on with Luiz to make the play, cos Bakayoko is utterly incapable of trapping a wet bag of cement. |
airmark:It might cost you £101 in data to find such a record, just to win £100. ![]() |
Nihilist:And what position did Kante play. A diamond midfield is a diamond midfield. Luiz at the base, Kante LCM, Baka RCM and Willian AM. The wingers were Moses and Alonso, Kante and Baka tucked in. They are all classed as central midfielders in a diamond. Even for sake of argument, can you show me a winger in EPL history that made only 10 passes in 90 minutes? Bakayoko is a record breaker extraordinaire already! ![]() |
Nihilist:He was RCM. In a diamond which is what we played, they are all central midfielders. It's not my fault if he is scared to received the ball in central traffic or loses it without even getting to attempt a pass. Kante equally played LCM, and tripled his no of passes. My bet still stands: Ibime: |
inFamouz:Nnwane stop insulting Olofinjana oh. Olofinjana could control ball. I have not seen who to compare Bakayoko with. Maybe Ramires. |
Chelseafan1:I've told you, if it pains you, you can feel free to ignore. The town crier who warned everyone about impending disaster will shout the most when disaster hits. I have been raising alarm about Bakayokos useless passing for months, and now when he phucks up, I will shout. My man just came in EPL and posted 10 PASSES in his first 90 minutes. I mean 10 PASSES!!! I will bet £100 with the first person that can show me any central midfielder that successfully played only 10 passes over 90 minutes in any match in the history of EPL. Bakayoko is already a record breaker in foolishness. |
KillerFrost:Tell us the average number of passes he made per match, let's compare to other midfielders. That percentage you quoted is the average for a midfielder, and I saw all those passes. In summary, Bakayoko used to make 40 passes a match at Monaco, 35 of them back to his defenders with no one around him That's where he got that percentage from. Normal midfielders make 50-70 passes, and more adventurous passes. Bakayoko will not even attempt a pass through midfield unless road done clear. |
Nihilist:He did not do better than Alli or Erikson anything. I don't know how many passes those ones made but I'm sure it was above 40 compared to Bakas 10. Maybe losers bias. airmark:My gee, I've been having knee injury for 12 or 13 years now. Trust me, a professional footballer does not even enter training unless he can turn on the knee, not to talk of being allowed to play a match. Where knee injury affects your touch is when you receive the ball and spin on half-turn. He would not be allowed back into training if he could not spin left or right. Furthermore, Bakayokos touch has been highlighted long before his knee injury. He had bad touch before the injury. |
Chelseafan1:Good morning Biafra. In 4 weeks you will start hating Bakayoko more than me. |
Nihilist:See Griffon post below. Ball control and passing has nothing to do with fitness. You either have technique or you don't. Griffon: |
Griffon:Nihilist already knows from that first match that Bakayoko can never win him that sneakers. I knew blood cannot come from stone before I made that bet. If Baka is not careful, he will lose his place to any midfield signing we make in the next week. I cannot see us having a midfield where Kante is asked to be the creator and controller for too long. |
Nihilist:We played diamond midfield. Kante and Baka played RCM and LCM. Kante made 3 times more successful passes than Baka, playing the same position. I told you guys months ago that Baka passing is so poor, he will make Kante look like Fabregas. First evidence tendered. My man could not even outpass Courtois.
|
Chelseafan1:I go dey disturb Bakayoko every match like I did with Ramires. Get used to it, but if it gives you HBP, feel free to ignore. How can Courtois make more passes than my central midfielder, and I will keep kwayet. You never see anything. ![]() |
Chelseafan1:It is normal for you to study all your players closely, especially the new ones. If your eye had followed him closely when he was at Monaco, you would not have been making foolish statements like telling us he is better than Matic. It's not about Matic sef, there were many midfielders we were hoping on like Tolisso and Paredes but instead we went and bought the biggest donkey in France. Bakayoko will not keep his place as first choice central midfielder long. |
EvilMetahuman:At all. One position I don't play with is central midfield. There are some basic things a midfielder should be able to do. Kante is average in passing. We needed a good controller alongside Kante, but Bakayoko will make Kante look like Xavi in terms of passing and controlling midfield. Mark my words. |
timbros:I never liked Bakayoko since day 1 because I studied his game over the last year and learned he is utterly woeful at controlling and passing the ball. He done land now, and I won't stop talking about it. You should have seen how I hounded Ramires for the same thing on this thread for 5 years. All this fitness, fitness talk means nothing. Fitness stops you running, not from controlling and passing the ball. Bakayokos running was just fine. What is not acceptable is for a midfielder to make 10 passes in 90 minutes. |
lordfalcao:Clearly you are not used to looking at midfield stats. All midfielders average 80+% and make about 50 passes a game. A midfielder just made 10 passes in 90 minutes and you are telling me you will only worry when it hits 6? ![]() |
Even Thibaut Courtois completed more passes than Bakayoko, and some are telling us not to worry. I am worried oh. Even if na Danny Drinkbleach sef, make dem go buy am. |
Mscheeew, another poor start for Ipukulu |
