Let's say Southgate wasn't a dumbo, and allowed him carry that form into Euro 2024. If England won, nothing would have stopped him. You get it. All those federations for Caribbean fit reach 30 plus federations and none of them get population pass Lekki Phase 1 except a handful. Na sure cheat code for Palmer if he has a breakaway season. |

pkasso: This might sound funny but a part of my brain thinks the Trevor and Melvyn monikers are digital twins somewhat 😂 Most times, when I come across their posts, it's almost like I'm reading from the same person. Weird, but I can't explain it.
Yes, I know Trevor is a Utd fan and Melvyn supports Real Madrid. Also, Melvyn has been known to have strong feminist leanings, which I can't say the same for Trevor.
My theory is they share certain patterns along the lines of their writing style or personality and my subconscious some how picks up on this. There are a couple of other NLers I have this thing with.
Anyway, you can always excuse this rambling of mine 😂 Dem and that other guy called Swishhh those days be like the same person for my eye too |

NinjaMetahuman: Gernacho is actually a decent buy Garnacho is very OK. He is physically explosive and always gets into position though he may miss. There are not many that can get into goalscoring positions like him. But the money spent on Garnacho, Kittens and Joao Pedro could have been spent on Eze and Semenyo who will deliver better service than all 3 combined and change go remain |

Kilishihunter: So what then happens if DRC is disqualified and we still lose whatever tourney that is made in Africa or the intercontinental playoffs? I think FIFA won't do anything anyways, we don't even deserve to be at this world cup FIFA won't do anything, it's too complicated cos there are many affected parties and there are no calendar dates left for international playoffs Most likely they fine DRC and bar those players from World Cup if the allegations are upheld Even if they bar DRC completely, they can default to the highest placed qualifiers for a shootout which is Gabon and Cameroun The only scenario in which we would benefit is if they default to the highest ranked qualifier which is unlikely |

semid4lyfe: Dangote must not be allowed to run a monopoly in fuel. Let him compete with the importers. . It's not as straightforward This is a major commodity war which all the American industrial Godfathers like Rockefeller, Henry Rogers, Edward Doheny faced and they used similar strong arm tactics to corner the market in the American industrial age The oil being imported is Urals oil from Russia which is illegally refined in Malta at $7-$20 discount from Brent or Bonny light which is Dangotes primary source Dangote cannot brazenly purchase Urals oil for risk of sanctions on him and the Nigerian Government The 15% tariff is designed to close that margin gap and level the playing field Refining is a low margin business and you cannot make up $20 per barrell price differential from the refining process. It would be cheaper to buy the shadow Maltese refined oil and transport it to Nigeria than to buy Brent and refine in Nigeria. Hence his connundrum. NNPCL are rendering him uncompetitive by engaging in black market importation that he is not allowed to partake in. In business, everything is about margins, never personal, and he will fight until he is at parity on input price, then may the best man win from there. None of his Financial feasibility models for the refinery predicted the Russia-Ukraine war that led to this price differential, he is highly overleveraged with cost overruns and probably at risk (if not already) breaching all his loan covenants (loan covenants specify profitability and gearing ratios like Loan-to-Value etc that must be met, otherwise he would be in breach which comes with interest penalties or worse such as a lien on his collateral). He is in a fight for his life here. This is all triggered by the erasure of the 15% tariff. |

According to the reports, six DR Congo players who switched nationality allegedly failed to complete the required eligibility process. It is claimed they did not formally renounce their previous citizenships, a key requirement given that DR Congo does not recognise dual nationality.
Further allegations state that several players who featured in the playoff match were over the age of 21, yet still held passports from other countries, rendering them ineligible under FIFA regulations.
“The chances of the petition against DR Congo succeeding are even stronger than when South Africa were docked three points and three goals for fielding an ineligible player against Lesotho,” SCORENigeria quoted.
“A petition has been submitted against DR Congo concerning the eligibility of several players who featured in the World Cup Playoffs in Morocco.
“There is still hope for the Super Eagles, provided the Intercontinental Playoffs in Mexico have not been played.” lol. Cameroon or even Burkina Faso who were denied Playoff spot won't just sit back and let Super Eagles benefit. |

GrammarNazi1: Funny.
However, the brand of treadmill may be significant to the correctness, or lack of it, of the readings. Well speaking from years of calculating it, 5km should land you at 350 kcals at that speed and at an average weight. Have seen many treadmills giving kcals I don't expect. Google calculators should confirm anything you expect at any speed. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ibime(m): 4:24pm On Dec 15, 2025 |
6ixT8: The efficient of treadmill. But why so much disparities in calories? Your treadmill calories is incorrect and too high. That 436 calories for a 4.65km run at 10km/hr can only be for a person above 100kg. As a general rule of thumb each 10km run at 10km/hr is 700 calories for a person weighing 75-85kg. So a 5km run as you did should bring out 350 calories, then adjust up or down according to your weight The 10km/hr is my natural treadmill rhythm and I did 5km this morning at that rhythm on an unimpeachable treadmill (not China made) without inputting my weight, and it came out at 344 calories

StarchAndBanga: Same Gyokeres that's supposed to help Enrique win his second Ucl trophy at PSG?
It's still early days sha.. Anything below 15 non penalty goals would be an underwhelming for someone that was scoring 50+ goals at Sporting Any forward from Portuguese league big 3 should be taken at a quarter of the value they are valued at The quality disparity between Sporting, Benfica, Porto and the rest teams in the Portuguese league means that their forwards will always statpad heavily. From Felix to Darwin Nunez to Gyokeres, we have seen that once you take that quality disparity away from them, their numbers fall away dramatically. Gyokeres looks too heavy, slow and leaden footed in the EPL so far. |

Ibime. What do you think about the Nas album?? I will give it to you, that your complaint about Nas not riding beat really showed on this album. The Preemo production was kinda weak too, too monotonous. This is why I'm a fan of variety with production
The bars were dope but the delivery didn't stick on most of the songs IMO. Their collab was a few decades late
His albums with Hitboy were definitely better I ain't even listening to that. Nas got nothing new for me except regression from the mid to late 90s |

Roland17: There will be absolutely no justification for leaving the top scorer of the Turkish league; the same league where our best player competes. You may be right about him not being good in the past but his current form means he has to be in the squad at the very least.
Onuachu isn't going to start for us, so our attackiing tactic isn't going to be built around him. if anything he can come in when we need a goal to support Osimhen or as a sub after a game has been won. Irrespective, his strengths give us a different way of attacking opponents when we need goals.
Strikers in Onuachu are reliant on the ball to feet, their frame makes it difficult for them to be as mobile as they would like to be. He is definitely better than Tolu based on current form. All this one na story Chief Na who never seen Onuachu for Eagles shirt go dey justify |
