Jorg's style of play was limited by a long stretch because Tuchel believed that he had a midfielder in Kante that could make dashing runs with the ball into the box and Kovacic who'd load the sideways for either Chillwell or James to overload the box until something happens. Jorginho's work was just to serve as a figure head for protecting the defense and maybe maintain tempo of the game which he shared with Kova too.
