The US have released only $20bln of military aid so far, which is a third of Russias annual budget, withheld all the long range missiles, drones and co and Russia are struggling. 7 months only Russia has been in Ukraine and more civilians have been killed than the 8 years prior. When you talk of genocide, that's what's happened to the Ukrainians in Donbass and Lugansk and fit the UNs five definitions of genocide including extrajudicial killings and forceful deportation of close to a million of them to Russia. This is genocide. They were the majority in both regions prior to 2014 as census records show. The ethnic Russians were a minority in both those regions unlike Crimea where they constitute majority, and cannot dictate where the region should be.
