My advice would be to avoid daily use sha. You can focus your workout on pool exercises and stationary bike exercises that minimise stress on the knee.

Swimming is out of the question as the timings for adult fast lane swimming in my local pool no fit my schedule. I don't do much running, but I still gast manage the knee pain with what I do which involves plenty squat type exercises. I go see if I can switch to paracetamol fully
