Whether he has stake or not, I believe he is cashing out more from Agent fees. Wolves was sold for £45m. Even if we assume he fronted half of that cash for 50% stake (which is highly unlikely), he has made more than that in commission.

I believe his main play in Wolves is Commissions and ownership stakes in players rather than his shareholding in the club.

I believe Wolves have agreement with Mendes on each player that when they reach certain price, they will be sold and Mendes will get his cut eg Diogo Jota, but truth be told for most players, Wolves pay big money for Mendes players. All his people are going for around £20m even when the market dictates they should be priced lower. Take Pedro Neto for example who Wolves bought for £16m after 2 years without breaking into Lazio team. If Lazio bought him for £10m and he could not breakthrough at Lazio for 2 years, shouldn't his price reduce? Which other club will pay £16m for him except Wolves?

Village people. My team is set up for good returns over the next few weeks. I usually start the season on the 2nd page and then start climbing around Christmas so at all, at all na him bad pass. I used my bench post early to get it out of the way cos I usually waste points preparing my bench for bench boost only to score paltry figures. Since I got my bench boost out the way, I can focus on just my starting 11 for the rest of the season. I plan to have a non playing 2nd keeper all season and non playing 5th midfielder so I can now bring those players in and forget about them.

I scored exactly 48 and just dropped from 10th to 50th in Nairaland league. I'm now 60 points behind the leader from 15 points at the start of the week. This is a week where the range between lower and upper quartile is high. Scoring at the mean will leave you far behind.
