i wept as i saw the pictures, just 40 years for nigeria to spoil like this, are we growing or wat/?

well i hear the likes of umeh, soyinka and co calling for a sovereign national conference. we youths should not support these old men in thier bid for a national conference because we are not going to have a voice, remeber obasanjo's pronaco? how many youth groups where invloved? remeber that these men are old men who have been in politics for ever, who in our generation has been groomed for leadership? well lets be honest with ourselves as nigerian youths, who are the mend soldiers or the boko haram suicide bombers? old men or the youth? the youth is disillusioned with the concept called nigeria(run by the old men), but we would prefer a conference where majority of the delegates are seasoned youth leaders who have proven themselves in thier profesional fields, not political harlots.
it should be noted that these old men entered into our political world when they where profesional youths.

legally, ur freind don hammer, if they bought the property together then it will go to him, but i will advise that he does a proper accounting, take his late partner's share, get a lawyer to write to the family showing the account details plus a check to cover his partner's share, and he should be a little generous when giving his partner's share.

well truthfully,
any lawyer can draft your trust deed for you, but it is advisable you use a lawyer who is into family law or trusts, better still why not use the leaders in the industry, 1st trustees. i dont work for them but they are the pioneers in trusts law in nigeria,
as for the gani's case i think it has to do with a trustee,

the issue is very easy. well consult a lawyer, he will listen to you and first of all determine the type of tenancy and then decide the period for the notice to quit. then he will issue alll subsequent notices and take all steps to evict him. furthermore for a short period pending his eviction you could ask for a binding order from him. consult a lawyer.

hey let me explain better,
the major problem most people have is logistics, i remeber going for a forex seminar and the tutor used a projector to teach not computers.
also most trainers in courses like oracle, ccna etc when they tell prospective students to learn from thier crib, the price the students will offer will be less than what they could get in so called serious minded businesses that have thier venue.
so if we culd come together to run a place with computers etc with a nice touch in a good location it pays better than you raising capital to rent your place, get generators staff etc.
so that is where i come in.
