Their biological,psychological and physiological make up are way way different from that of the men .

First world countries are where they are today because human beings took risks. Somebody who believes they can make a difference in life will go to any length to prove it. Why don't you try to experiment it within your family to see if what your father alone did in running here and there trying to make ends to fend for you and your siblings if you have any(if you were not raised by your mom) alone and substitute it with that of your mother.
You people should stop this feminism you are hiding under to propagate this rubbish you call equal rights because of you laziness.
And again using the Western nations as a standard shows how some of you thoroughly lack simple basic knowledge of differences in sexes are.
If you don't know some of these women are already complaining that there are played by these men who want them to work and share their responsibilities.
You can't be be the gatekeeper and king at the same time.
It does not make any sense.
You will simply end in destruction.
whether you are a theist or an atheist you can't simply change what predates all intellectual analysis.
You can't change the natural order you will only end up being hurt.

Even if we were to allow women do all they want they will still end up complaining of being either over burdening them or still complain about their work schedule.
Since you so much crave for his choice then let's start with giving birth to babies and let them grow on their own to make choices.
I for one will NEVER subscribe to the rule that grants women total freedom to work as they please.
because you(women) do not even understand yourselves to start with,how much more controlling a men or being leaders.

I am not a chauvinist nor a women hater, I just don't see it as right trying to make the woman feel she can compete with a man or for lack of a better word view with a man just to prove we can establish an egalitarian society.
As a matter of fact,women are very different from men from the way they think to the way see things and their biological make up, and the Creator of humans knew this before any sociologist or psychologist was even conceived or thought of.
We are different in so many ways,just like not everybody can be what they want in life because of certain realistic limitations similarly women exhibit these limitation as a whole.

The problem with women of this generation is that they think whatever a man can do they can also do without considering the nuances that are inherent in both sexes.
There are thousand and one reasons to show that there are certain jobs not suitable for women no matter the century we happen to be.
please ma'am don't take this differences of opinion from a male as a personal attack on the female folks but this is just the reality.
we just have to accept it and move on like a team not opponents in humanity.
