I don't know if you have heard about Soybean oil but it's not like the average vegetable oil you see in market, it has a type of cholesterol known as good cholesterol that aids in digestion and generally protects the body from heart attack and stroke.

Not every cholesterol is bad. good cholesterol can also be found in butter (real butter not margarine), olive oil, and lard( cooking oil extracted from Pig).

If you cook with oil that has good cholesterol, you'll live a long and healthy life.

Look around you there are a million and one foods that we eat today that have links with cancer but we still eat them "sometimes", the important thing to note here is moderation.

Studies said you'd have to injest a great deal of acrylamide for it to constitute a threat, but how do one know the amount that would constitute a thread? injesting it every day or once a week?

Some people have a hard time noticing the differences. For me, I notice the giant difference btw 60 and 90hz, and some people don't (but this I doubt because the difference is staggering), but I honestly cannot tell the difference btw 90 and 120hz (some people do).

Noticing the differences depends on your eye sensitivity. If you don't then your eyes aren't great sensitivity wise.

the difference between 60hz and 120hz is apparent but not staggering. 120hz is just smoother.

In my Ultra you can tell the differences between 120hz, 90hz and 60hz. Mainly when scrolling or gaming.

But it requires you to make some sacrifices. I don't use 120hz anymore.

My phone is permanently set on 60hz.
