Ymodulus my e-mentor,all your loss will be brought back in triple-fold.that I am sure if you don't give up. I've learnt alot from you silently in the business section, and I believe this is just a phase in life,it will surely pass. Note: I also lost about 900k too through the same bitcoin last year and the experience is not funny at all. |
Obatise:Bro please what's the update? Has the harassment stopped? Don't tell him the source you get it o,it might be termed as infringement on his privacy. Just claim that you could not find his name on the convocation list. |
Obatise:Am not a lawyer, but what i think what you should do is to quickly escalate the case to the police station before they starts disgracing you at your work place which may affect your work.(if you report him,at least all the shouting would move away from your office to the station and he dare not come to your office again to shout at you since the police is involved). If its true that your friend has presented a fake result as said, and you helped him secure that job,but he is not performing tasks assigned to him well before he was relieved of his duties, then you have the right to investigate the credentials he tendered.(at least FOI act, gave you that power). Do not let anyone use the law to intimidate you. if he want to sue you he should sue you and not embarrass you at your work place(at least his lawyers are not the one to give judgement at the court).our final year result are meant to be public that why even the school usually publish it in the convocation list. get a copy of the convocation list of the year he graduated to confirm your findings and tell them that was where you got the information from. But the mistake you made here is that you should have kept your findings about his result as a secret and not discuss it with Mr B,since he has been sacked(Mr B might have told Mr A,and they would think you are the one that recommended his sack). *******MY OPINION******* |

the construction of the environmental friendly burn drum costs #4000, breakdown of cost used drum bought from aboki's #1500 net used for bottom #1000 welder workmanship #1500 advantages of the burn drum (1)keeps waste together(confined),rather than being scattered about the premises. (2)its burns down everything into ashes (3)cost effective (4)does not allow burning particle fly around(relatively safe) (5)environmentally friendly (6)it prevents rain from wetting the waste in it in my next post i will discuss how i constructed the environment friendly burn drum |
From time immemorial human activities on planet earth usually generate waste ranging from solid, liquid, combustible and non-combustible biodegradable and non-biodegradable. If you live in urban city like lagos and co. where waste is normally collected by waste collector (LAWMA/PSP) it may not seems much of a problem to you. But if you live in a rural area where there are no waste collector, household waste disposal becomes much of an headache. Since relocating to my site at Ayetoro Itele,Ogun State from Oshodi in Lagos state, waste management has been one of the problems i encountered.what i usually do before was to transporting my waste from my house in Ayetoro in Ogun State to Lagos(Iyana-Ipaja)for disposal at PSP designated waste disposal point. overtime,i realized that method is not only stressful, its disgusting and time consuming, and sometimes the PSP people would not allow me to dump my waste. so i made research on the online on effective waste management and i came about some beautiful ideas on managing my household waste,so i would like to share my waste disposal ideas with fellow nairalander. the majority of waste generated in my household are solid waste, some biodegradable(eg leftover foods) some not(nylon, paper, used tin milk, plastic and co), biodegradable for the biodegradable(jute leaf stem(igi ewedu),left over foods etc),i usually compost it and use it as manure for my small garden. non-biodegrable for this,i usually separate the metals(used tin milk, used baby food can etc)from it and the rest in a sack(I sell the metals to aboki after collecting it for a period of time). the remaining which comprises about 75% of all waste is what i usually burn in my environmental friendly waste incinerator that is constructed.

I just came accross this thread and i thought it would be OK to share the effective treatment method i used in treating mine. the withlow affected my left baby/pinky finger, the drugs i used for treating it was the combination of vamacap plus(active ingredient paracetamol,Ibruprofen and caffeine) and antibiotics. Infact, the medication made me feel zero pain, throughout the treatment the Vamacap plus is sold for #100 and the antibiotics is sold for #200,i was advised to use the vamacap and antibiotics twice daily(morning and night)

I for once do not support the idea of attacking electric distribution company staffs whether IKEDC,IBEDC,EKEDC etc. Recently,IKEDC ayobo undertaking disconnected the community I live because we wrote to them about the crazy extimated bills they alway dish out to us on a monthly basis and some fraud from their ends(they had thought we would attack their staff who came for the disconnection but we did not) Rather than resort to violence against their staff, the whole community (1)paid for the service of a lawyer to write a petition to them and to demand for prepaid meters,so as to stop all crazy bill madness (2)we wrote and submitted a petition against IKEDC illegal disconnection and others to NERC,CPC,PUNCH NEWSPAPER etc My brethren,(things still works in nigeria if we know how to channel our grievances) IKEDC has now connected us back and the bills are slightly better than before. |
Abdomox:It's 18k |
Bigsteveg:It takes an average of three (3)weeks, And yes, numberplate would be given to you if you do change of ownership sir |
legalwealth:Sir,the previous numberplate on the vehicle before being sold can be used to register a Tokunbo or a used vehicle. reason why ? Answer: the number is attached to the owner as such information such as name,Address,Phone number, etc are stored permanent on the numberplate but informations such as vehicle make, type ,colour, engine no and VIN (chassis number)can be change in the event that the owners disposes off the vehicle and purchased another. You can call my digit for more explanations |
tabontabon:if you drive the vehicle between states eg you drive lagos to abuja to east etc,on a regular basis,it cost 17k but if you use the vehicle in lagos alone it costs 10k |
legalwealth:yes, another numberplate can be assigned to the vehicle. unlike before where numberplate are attached to vehicles, numberplates are now attached to owners, and as such, when you buy a nigerian used vehicle, you will return the numberplates because it is attached to the previous owner, and you do a change of ownership plus get new numberplate for the vehicle....... i think it is at this level you ask when does the old informations change on the FRSC site right? |
legalwealth:as soon as there is exchange of information from the two bodies( lagos state government and the FRSC),but in the absence of that, the information on the www.lsmvaapvs.org takes precedence because vehicular traffic/document matters is a state matter(residual law)and as such each state of the federation have their vehicle licence and certificate of roadworthiness |
tabontabon:on the issue of local government emblem, all private pickup must possess it |
Abdomox:you would not be given a new one, what you would do after the EXISTING is replacement of the numberplate. |
A white used samsung s6 edge with broken screen for sale (screen is bad but can be used for parts.) Quote me if interested |
Alexious:Sir,to get a new drivers licence you will need to get a certificate from an accredited driving school first(take 26 days for the certificate to be out),then you make the payment of #6350 to the bank for a 3 years validity licence. You will need to check with the VIO office in abuja to know if there are any other fee.(testing fee). |
Abdomox:Am sorry for the late reply ma Using your old numberplate on a new vehicle is usually termed 'EXISTING' It should cost around #34,000 |
