To understand the Fulani issue you must understand their culture. The Fulani Gida (Having a home) are just like every other Nigerian with known house address. The herdsmen Fulani JEJi (Normadic or wondering Fulani people are without any address.

They move with their money, their cattle their cloths and shoes. These men are difficult to track because of their wondering nature. Their wives and children live with their youngest brother while the older ones migrate in search of food and water for their cattle following seasons. If a man is a wanderer , how can police or army track them.

In view of climatic changes causing more arid areas expect more normadic movement , even legislation cannot solve this problem cos these men are desperate to save the lives of their cattle and will rather die than to let their cattle die.

The only solution is for govt to dialogue with them and change the age long culture of normadic life. This can only happen by education. The govt must start an aggressive re-orientation and education to these normads to educate them that they can import grass from the south, they can dig bore holes to get water and they have better healthy cattle's from a proper ranch.

Use of force will be impossible to achieve results when a man is in constant motion without a known address. Creating colonies will create another cultural problem and will lead to further agitation and tribal conflicts.

Govt has only one viable option i.e education and reorientation for the Fulani Jeji.

They are about 4 or 5 of them who came third with 5 votes each.

9 of them contested the primaries- T . A Orji criminally won the primary for Ikpeazu with 300 plus votes, while Ogah came second with 100 plus votes, 4 has 5 each, the other three got 3 and 1 votes respectively.

ABIA STATE – FREE AT LAST

A Coalition of pro-groups in Abia State have lauded the recent pronouncement by the appeal court that sat at Owerri at the Wee Hours of year 2015.

The group which is a body that controls all strata and groups of Abians over Eight Hundred Thousand (800,000) people that routed for change of Abia State leadership with the Governor elect Dr. Alex Otti, commended Abians for their doggedness in being steadfast in this project of change.

They are therefore using this medium to re-assure all Abians and people of goodwill to have confidence in the judiciary especially at the Appellate and Apex level stating that justice must prevail.

According to the leader of the group Chief Ugochukwu Ononogbu, the justices that delivered the judgment, made thorough study of the tribunal case and judgment and came out with truth which is the only thing that stands the test of time.

“Those that are condemning the judgment of the wise justices of Appeal court cannot be wiser than them in law. These five juries are experienced and tested and therefore should not be mediocre as assumed by the uninformed.

The truth is always bitter but you can not hide the truth because it has come to stay”.

Ponponkon, The elections results you posted above is wrong and that was the rigging results....and those results are the reason the appeal court sack your brother Ikpeazu and PDP Abia State.

Read the following summary of the judgement below:-

SUMMARY OF THE JUDGEMENT ON 31ST DEC. 2015- ABIA STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION- OTTI VS IKPEAZU

1ST Appellant 164,332 votes and 1st Respondent 114,444.

The election, return and declaration of the 1st Respondent, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, as the governor of Abia State are hereby nullified and set aside.

The 1st Appellant, Alex Otti having scored the majority of lawful/valid votes cast at the governorship elections/supplementary elections of 11th and 25th April, 2015 , respectively and having satisfied the constitutional requirement of one quarter of the votes in at least two-thirds of the 17LGAs of Abia state is hereby RETURNED as the duly elected governor.

It is hereby ordered that the certificate of Return already issued to the 1st Respondent- Okezie Victor Ikpeazu by the 3rd Respondent-INEC is hereby set aside.

It is further ordered that the 3rd Respondent-INEC shall forthwith issue the certificate of Return to the 1st Appellant, Dr. Alex Otti, as the governor/winner of the Abia State governorship elections conducted on the 11th and 25th April, 2015.

It is hereby ordered that the parties shall bear the cost expended by them in the prosecution and defence of the appeal respectively.
The panel discovered that the earlier results uploaded to INEC headquarter, Abuja correspond with the correct valid registered voters in the said 3 LGAs contesting by APGA governorship candidate- Dr. Alex Otti, while that awarded to the Respondent – Okezie Ikpeazu (PDP) shows over voting and therefore null and void.

The panel also said the cancellatiuon of the elections of the 3 LGAs in contest by the returning officer- Prof. Ozurumba after the results were uploaded to INEC database was wrong.

In the Electoral Act, the returning officer has the right to only declare results of elections and not to cancel elections.

So, with my above findings, the Supreme court have no other verdict than to uphold the Appeal court Judgement and went ahead to sworn in Dr. Alex Otti as lawful and duly winner. I rest my case.

Ponponkom, sorry, its over for Ikpeazu. I told you sometime last year you failed to listen. I can see frustration all over your post here.

You forgot that all your witnesses at the tribunal accepted that card reader was used in all 17lga of the state and that election was 100% held in all LGA including that of the affected lga . PDP chairman Abia State agreed when cross examined by Away Kalu (SAN) and Olujimi that card reader fully functioned and no breakdown.

At the appeal court Owerri, a written addresses was adopted from both parties which from Otto counsels prove beyond doubt that Otto won the election.

FYI, appeal court didn't disfranchised you and your riggers rather they used card reader result from Inec database Abuja which was submitted at the tribunal which PDP lawyers failed to cross examining the tenderer from Inec Abuja.

Sorry, Ikpeazu is gunner, all I know you guys can't kill everybody in Abia state. So stop blabbing, you guys will not smell RE before RUN.
