Seriously, why don't you think of coming back home, and seeing if you can get someone here? I have a friend who did it that way and she's happily "hooked" now. But you still have to be very careful though. Some nigerians here are no less determined to get a green card that the ones you were talking about. Wish you luck.

Seun, are you sure he's not just taking advantage of the downtime you had? I really don't think you should give in because of his threats. Your web hosts should be able to provide details of how the VPS vanished. I've been to this Seeni guy's website and I'm not impressed in the least. It does not even [url=http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.seeni4ever.i8.com%2F]validate[/url]... If he can't even make a good website, I don't think he's that tech-wise to be able to log into your host's machine, find your own VPS and delete it. Unless yout host has some real security issues...

the truth is that the rich dudes in naija r selfish and dumb. a lot of them got their money from frauds and government contracts. the idea of value/wealth creation via vc activities is strange to them. they would rather finance someone going to the guber so there could be promises of money.

Exactly. Most of the rich people don't know jack about computers or IT anyway, talk less of investing in some startup IT firm or some young guys who want to start programming. The largest IT firms in Nigeria are still quite small, and none of them is on the Stock exchange yet. The main problem is that Nigeria has not fully embraced IT.

Personally, I have dated guys who are younger than me. The youngest guy I have dated was 7yrs younger than me. It wasn't my fault that he thought I was 22!!! But i told him that very evening that we met that I was actually 7 years older than him and he was fine with it.

We got on very well like a house on fire but in my opinion, what killed the relationship was the fact that I didn't know what to do with him and he felt a little neglected. I had a life and I think he probably felt that he wasn't part of it.

I will definately date a younger man again if the opportunity arises. Infact with me when it comes to men, equal opportunities apply.

Some bukas are. At lease the food is served steaming hot so there's absence of micro organisms in it. If the plates and the cups are clean, then you can be guranteed of healthy food. In the places like Sweet Sensation, Tantalizers and stuff, they usually leave the food open for so long under the glass cabinet thing, that's perfect for germs to breed.
