I forgot to tell. You go super eagles Instagram page and watch the clip of Amaju Pinnick psyching the players up.

It's possible that what Rohr tells the players might be different from what he tells the world.
Mind game.

Croatia will not know what hit them today.

you see that clear goal by dzeko that was adjudged to be offside, that great one on one save by enyeama, that ill luck that made dzeko hit the woodwork, then the effective utilization of the only chance we had in that game. We'll be needing those things today.

By the way, what happened to that babatunde guy? That dude was balling like hazard
We were destined to win that game. That's all I have to say.

As for Babatunde, he was my man of the match on the Nigerian side that night.
What happened to him is what typically happens to most African players.

I have a God who never fails, I have a God who never fails, I have a God who never fails, Jesus never fails, Jesus never fails for ever more.

Kpe wa epkere ka Eagles Merie, Kpe wa ekpere ka Eagles Merie. Kpe wa ekpere ka Eagles merie.

Thank God we are not playing Argentina tomorrow because Messi would want to undo whatever Ronaldo did today.

Good Luck Iceland.

Not the hatrick.

It is the occasion.

Before WC, this was the rating of contenders:

1, CR7
2, Messi
3, Salah (although some will put him as #2)

But CR7 just extended the gap tonight.

He doesn't even need to win WC. Even with R16 exit for Portugal, anything less than winning the WC for Argentina will not make Messi disolace him.

NB: Neymar, being a tournament player that could take Brazil to victory too, may displace someone in #2 or #3 if he emerges WC MVP.
I never rated Salah highly to make any major impact in the WC because of the country he plays for.

My brother, talk about self inflicted wounds. We gotta ban these Arab countries from representing Africa. For some reasons, they just can't hack it once they get outside the continent. Africans better start praying that Nigeria and Senegal would come through for them this time. I don't see Tunisia going anywhere either.

O pari
Egypt and Morocco took Ghana and CIV positions respectively. The later would have put up better fights.

If it is to bully Africans now they will be showing their power but whenever they go out there against the world they will be playing nonsense

Look at this Moroccan team that haven't lost a single match in a year losing to Iran angry

Stupid and foolish Idiots

If its Zamalek to score MFM 4-0 nil now, you go see their power

The current 5 slots Africa have in the world cup was brought by us the Black west Africa... It was all due to our Exploits... Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal and Cote d' voire and Cameroon gave Africa these slots these idiots are taking for granted angry

These fools have been attending the world cup since the 30s yet they can't represent us well

My God... I am so livid right now angry

These idiots just cut my ticket fa!

Tickets since last month wey don green finish... angry

Morocco may you lose 10-0 to Spain and Portugal

Nonsense!!
Hahaha, I don't usually rate them high at major tournaments from U17 to Senior level.

They typically play good football but will still lose las-las.

The only North African team that has done anything worthy of note since after 1986 was Algeria in 2014.

I hope Rohr corrects Uzoho's parrying of the ball to approaching opponents. It cost us during the friendlies. Notice how this Moroccan goalie parried it just over the crossbar. If you saw the Egypt game, you'd notice that screamer from Cavani that was saved by the Egyptian goalie. I used to think we've got everything in place but unfolding events have brought me down to earth. We're in trouble
Well it starting seeming as though I have something against Uzoho so I decided to Sidon look. I am still not comfortable with him. He is our weakest link.

Haha that advert cracked me up: "Emzor paracetamol, the official Paracetamol of the Super Eagles".

It should have been "the official Paracetamol of the Super Eagles fans". Cos we will need plenty of it tomorrow with all the anxiety, screaming and jumping upandan.

Anyways I am planning to adopt the method I used in watching the Nigeria Vs Bosnia game of 2014 WC. Nobody should ask me what method o.

Quick facts:

Russia lost 3 (including a loss to Austria) and drew 1 of its last four friendlies, yet they beat Saudi Arabia 5-0. Friendlies don’t mean anything. Our gallant Super Eagles will soar and prevail this Saturday.

Happy Eid to those who celebrate it.

Good morning.
Just like Germany won only one out of their last 4 friendlies. And the only one they won was 2-1 against same Saudi Arabia. They are defending champions o.

The U20 has moved from mere future potential to proven actual ability.

You will find most Western European teams will have players who are if not regular first team players all will definitely have played first team football.

They will not be academy players.

Indeed there will be some who have caps at senior national team.

U17 is only indicative not conclusive of quality just potential. However, too many will be referring to U17 games to asses player ability and quality.

Very flawed approach
When it Comes to U23 we select the best available plus Super Eagles players.

But when it comes to U20 we will prefer academy players with the excuse that NPFL players are age cheats.

Compare Samuel Chukwueze, Orji Okonkwo, and Kinglsey Michael of two years ago under Emma Amuneke's U20 what they could offer then and what they can offer now.

Compare Taiwo Awoniyi when he played U23 as a 17 years old and now when is still eligible for the U23. Same goes for Osimhen.

I am not clamoring for the inclusion of over-aged players in our youth teams so also I am against fielding of Under aged players.

The U17 is for talents discovery while the U20/U21/U23s are to assess the young professionals on their readiness to make the move to the Senior level.

There is a huge gap between U17 and U20. The former is largely developmental, which is why we have struggled to translate our successes to that level.
Something I have been trying to explain since inception of this forum.

The U20 is a lot more competitive than U17.
