tbaba1234: Isaac Success and Ndidi made the correct transfer moves. They are playing regularly and improving daily. Young players need to forget money and seek development first. If yahaya favored belgium, Holland or even second divisions in Italy and Germany. He will be playing regularly.
Look at the careers of Nigerian young players that made it....Kanu- Ajax (holland), Babayaro- Anderlecht(Belgium), Oliseh - RFC Liège (belgium), Amokachi- Club Brugge (belgium), etc....
These men started in smaller leagues and built up. Iheanacho is a special talent and is the only exception. Look at Nwakali, he can't even play in the second division of spain. Imagine if he went to a club that actually wanted him not one that doesn't but probably accepted him on loan because of their man city relationship.
Kelechi Nwakali is now at Arsenal. There are several good talents that never made it at Arsenal. Zelalem for instance is a gem but he is playing second division in scotland on loan. We do not know where these boys will end up...
If i am an adviser to young players, i will tell them to forget money and go to a club that is ready to play them in the first team, focus everyday on improving and after 4-5 years, go to a bigger and more challenging club/league. Starting from the top can be counter productive and you can end up getting loaned to clubs that don't want you. There is nothing wrong in young players starting from top clubs. See, game time is good but is not everything. Success for instance plays week in week out for Granada. Yes good game time but what is happening to his development? I personally feel Isaac Success is better than the club he currently plays for. Playing alongside bigger and better players brings out the best in a young player. The player develops faster. Take a look at Iheanacho and Iwobi. They may nt be regulars for ManCity and Arsenal respectively but the little time they play u'll always see flashes of players that have been well drilled in training. On the field they do not carry too much responsibilities as they more usually provide support to the "bigger" players. This is quite different from a young player being in a mediocre team and shouldering big responsibilities such as what Success does for Granada. A list of 100 most talented young players was published and while Kelechi Iheanacho, Kelechi Nwakali and even Chuba Akpom (who to me is not better than Success) made the list Isaac Success was not on that list. I personally feel him being in Granada is dwarfing his potentials and recognition. As for Wilfred Ndidi no issues as he is a defender. There development is not usually as rapid and as competitive as those of strikers. And as for Kelechi Nwakali and Chukwueze being in Arsenal, I am not expecting them to break into the Arsenal first 11 even in 3yrs time. Why that move is good is bc of the Excellent development structure the Arsenal Academy has. A young player being in Barcelona or Arsenal academy is the best thing that can happen to that young footballer. Yes, not all graduates of the Arsenal system get to make it big, this is expected as Arsenal graduate players from the academy yearly definitely not all will be good enough for senior team action which is y a good number is sent on loan. So let Arsenal polish K. Nwakali and Chukwueze for us, if they are good enough for Arsenal senior Team fine else loan them out. No wahala. |

TheGoodJoe: Many should not think these lads are having an easy game. The Niger side is quite good. Their midfielders are fantastic with excellent long balls in their arsenal.
Chikatara looks superb with his brace. Ifeanyi Matthew, Okoro killing it. Man of the match so far is Okoro.
***
Chikatara wasted two good chances because of his selfishness. Coach Oliseh has to work on it.
The Niger side is a good side and their play and tactics is top notch. These Niger boys play long balls like it is Moi Moi.
***
This is impressive. Good performance from the Super Eagles. Fantastic coaching from Boss Oliseh and his crew. Chikatara is a finishing beast with well timed Runs.
Brilliant Midfield performance and Man Of the Match Chikatara.
***
What is most impressive about this win is that the Niger team did not play poorly. They were not good in the final third but their ball movement and game play was good.
Boss Oliseh and his crew pulled off a good one here and I hope the lads and the Super Eagles perform better. Chikatara scored 3goals and not a brace. I have always followed that guy, Chikatara from Abia warriors. I remember how he took d NPFL by storm during d 2013/2014 season when Abia warriors newly got promoted. Though he suffered a deep in form this jst concluded season. I expected him to b part of the U23 prio to mow. Nt jst bc of his performance today, I rate him higher than Junior Ajayi. Hey! The boy is 21! Hope Siasia is watching? Ifeanyi Mathew is one of the rising stars of the NPFL. I see that boy going places. For an 18yrs old u cannot bt applaud his every move and passes. When he was dropped from the U23 team, I raised a question: Is the U23 stronger than d the CHAN Eagles team. Mathew couldnt break into d U23 team and see him bossing d midfield in CHAN. I think Siasia should give him another opportunity bt he has Okechukwu Azubuike to compete with of which i feel d later is better. Ifeanyi Mathew is still eligible for U20. But again Azubuike Okechukwu and Kelechi Nwakali are also eligible. Twill b a tough competition for the lads. Prince Aggrey I think was also a member of the U23 bt was dropped along d line. |

Thanks Petroleum Geosciences is not offered as a Diploma programme. Not even as a B.SC programme. It is only offered at Masters level. My advice is if u are interested in Petroleum Geosciences sit for JAMB and get admitted to study Geology or Geophysics. It is usually a 4 yrs course for conventional University and 5 yrs for Universities of technology. Subsequently u can apply for an M.Sc programme in ur desired Petroleum Geosciences. No short cut men.No Geoscience course is offered at Diploma level. |

Taye Taiwo and Ogbuke had decent careers though. Isaac Promise has played decently in Turkey for a long time. Apam was constantly injured.

The attacker represented Atvidaberg last term and has pointed out that he noticed that BK Hacken played some eye-catching football when the two clubs faced each other.
“When I played in Atvidaberg I loved to see Hacken play matches because they played good football. Their style suits me . That’s why I chose them, ” Owoeri told Göteborgs-Posten.
“Yes, Hacken is a very good team who play like Manchester United . From Hacken you can become a better and better player. I think it is good for me .”
Owoeri, who celebrated his 29th birthday on January 13, will have to wait until February 20 before making his competitive debut for BK Hacken. www.allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=17559 Another member of the U20 class of 2005. I did not insult anyone in my original post, that certain people choose to aggravate me only to hide under the excuse that "you quarrel with everyone" is a reflection of your own kind of person.
You did not have to quote me, I did not quote anyone. You did not have to insinuate that I am dull because I am sure I am far smarter than even you, but you did. And then you say this?
Funny how someone will jump on your post and expect you to reply with "I'm sorry' simply because you don't have a dick between your legs
