My sista, you've got a point right there. For the life of me, I just don't understand why African countries find it difficult to maintain soccer pitches. Except for South Africa and Egypt, most of the other pitches in African countries are mediocre.

I have never really been a fan of the style of Ogu. His passing is so limited. Always short passes and limited creativity.

Balogun needs to get games before the WC, he is obviously rusty.

Nwakeme is NOT Eagles material. I expect him to be subbed out for Henry Onyekuru or Ahmed Musa while Iheanacho goes to the middle.

Balogun - the captain's armband is weighing too heavily on him.

Ogu - disappointing so far. I expect him to be subbed out in the second half for Mikel, that would relieve Balogun as well.

I personally won't take Akpeyi and Ezenwa to the World cup. They both have to fight it out. For now, Ezenwa is ahead. Let Akpeyi have another half against Argentina.
