You'll see where Chukwujekwu was mentioned as the arrested INEC official (at the beginning of the report) and the same Chukwujekwu was mentioned again(towards the end of the report) as the spokesperson of INEC assuring us that INEC will improve before 2015 and all perpetrators will be brought to book. Back to the post you quoted, he was confused like many of us that Chukwujekwu was named as the perpetrator as well as INEC's spokesperson (in the same report)! He made an innocent observation, but you simply weren't discerning enough to connect the dots. Now, apologize to the guy and tell him you're really sorry

Dear Comrade Ola, I would've expected you to know better! Even at the level of UI/Oyo State JCC/Zone D/Campus Interventions/National Conventions (FUTYola, Uniport, BUK, Old Parade Ground/Eagles' Square, etc), you and I would not have pursued a Governor's convoy filled with armed security operatives.
