There is no such thing as absolute immunity, and our constitution rightly foresaw the abuse of power inherent in human nature, hence the clauses above.

Then we have the small matter of immunity not covering electoral related cases.

Any other informed interpretation is welcome.

I have read this particular thread from page one to nine, i must admit Mr.Frank is a really nice and FRANK guy. He answers each question thrown at him painstakingly; i admire your sincerity.

For me, i never really had the idea of travelling and staying abroad. My initial idea was, anytime i have money, i would only travel to visit these countries for holidays and immediately come back to my country Nigeria. I used to adviced people against going abroad to stay. But after i struggle to see myself through school and four years now at home without work and no capital to start a business, i have change my mind. Those i knew then who left this country to hustle abroad, majority of then have something to show for it but me, nothing for now.

The country is moving backward instead of progressing, i have change my mind and i really want to travel. It’s money that is holding me back now. May God bless your hustling Frank

Stop blabbing abeg. Who organized the protest against Ize-Iyamu immediately after the 2015 Presidential Election?! I guess it was also the handiwork of APC?! Ize-Iyamu can't boast of any development in Edo State when he was the CoS and SSG, yet he wants to develop Edo after 9yrs. Is that possible? If the Governor fails, shouldn't we blame the SSG as well? Abeg go siddon joor!

Obaseki is our next Governor. Deal with that!
If this Pastor Ize-Iyamu is a bad person as you claimed, why then did Adams Oshiomole appoint him as his campaign DG some years back?I understand Oshiomole worked with him closely untill they felt apart, why did Oshiomole work with a supposed corrupt man?

Politics › Re: How Buhari, Governors Can Be Arrested, Prosecuted While In Office — Falana by id911(m):
This Femi Falana is shameless, biased and has too much political-like linning interpretation of the law for my liking. It is either he is a lawyer or politician.

I read his full speech on this issue elsewhere, it was because of Fayose he said that, not because of Buhari. Premium Times twisted it to look like he was fair to all. Falana always turn the law upside down to suit his purpose
Politics › Re: President Buhari Awaits Legal Advice From AGF On Abia State. by id911(m): 2:29pm On Jul 03, 2016
seunmsg:
At this point, you supporters of Ikpeazu should be telling him the truth and not this emotional ranting. His legal team should do everything within their means to get a stay of execution order from the appeal court tomorrow. If not, there will be no valid reason for the CJ of Abia state not to swear in Ogah. If Ikpeazu doesn't want to go peacefully, the president will have no choice than to mobilise the security agencies to enforce the decision of the court. Abia politicians are the ones creating the chaos and confusion, stop trying to shift the blame elsewhere.
I am not supporting anybody but rather want the case be resolved according to the law for peace to reign. The Appeal Court will be sitting to hear the case and possibly grant a stay of execution order tommorrow. So why is the AGF and the President such in a hurry to enforce it without waiting for the court?

How old are you again? Do you know what AGF stands for?
I am very sure i‘m older than you. I am also very sure you can’t defeat me in any constitutional and political debates.

Has the higher courts made pronouncement on this issue? Is appeal court not meeting tommorrow on this case? So why the hurry by the AGF?Pls mind your biswack and get off my mentioned

BlackSeptember:
Nonsense. Urhobo is also into militancy and there is poverty there like everywhere else in the ND. Stop talking trash with your bigoted soul
The OP is not Urhobo. This is exactly what they want, to create confusion and ethnic disharmony among the various ethnic groups in the Niger Delta. They have been trying using the same tactics with Igbos and Niger Delta but it seems not working so they now shifted to us in the Niger Delta.

They are short-sighted, they won‘t understand what is in the offing

The matter is in court and it is the the court that will give the verdict to resolve the issue. Who gave the President and the AGF the power to resolve elections or pre-elections issues? Is the President now the court?

Which kind yeye news be this?abi una wan create confusion in abia state so that una go declear state of emergency in that state and put una stooge in power?

I am begining to think there is more to this Abia case than what we know. I hope Abians will unite and defend who they gave their mandate to
Politics › Re: The NDA Are Predominantly Ijaws And Niger Delta Is Not All About Ijaws by id911(m):
dearpreye:
Leave the foolish OP alone.

Like you rightly pointed out, my people have paid the higher price for confronting the FG in their bid to have the FG more responsible to the ND people.

If the Ijaws have kept mute and played the 'good guy ', I'm sure there won't have been anything like 13%, ND ministry ( though it's wrongly situated at Abuja instead of the ND region ), and other benefits.

God bless you.
IF there is agitation against the Fed govt, they would use the media to paint us black or tries to bring confusion in our mist. Some of us that have been keeping quiet, i think we are having a rethink
Politics › Re: The NDA Are Predominantly Ijaws And Niger Delta Is Not All About Ijaws by id911(m): 11:27am On Jul 03, 2016
The OP said 97 % of amnesty beneficiaries were Ijaws . When the Ijaws were fighting this fake country, how many percentage of other ethnic groups joined them?Do you expect to reap where you did not sow? Without the agitation, would Goodluck Jonathan have become VP and later President?

I don’t know about NDA’s composition but who even told you they are only made up of Ijaws or are you one of them?

You guys think your media propaganda will end the agitation. Except this failed country is restructured, more deadly groups will spring up and would be worst than these in the future

Hello brother, you made solid and convincing points but must your presentations go with insults.
Did you research if Ayiri got his mandate from mentioned authorities to represent them? Thankyou.
Ayiri didn’t get mandate from anybody to represent them except from Abuja. Ayiri is a criminal;the government is dancing with him because he decamped to APC. If Tompolo has also decamped and agreed to their terms, nobody will be pursuing him today. Nigeria is a failed state
