You'd have to verify your wise account first. I think you need $20 to do that before you can receive external funds into your account.

Yes. Rate seems unstable but ranging between 450/$ to 490/$. I was charged 456/$ the last time I used it.

If you've got Afri and already have UBA account, download the app. You'd see Afri space automatically inside the app. So within the app, you can transfer from normal local card to Afri and vice versa. Initially, I used to go to the bank to load Afri because I didn't have UBA account but the bank advised I open an account with them so I could do it myself anytime.
