So this evening and for the first time I decided to send a lot of messages, more than hundred to see if man fit follow sell domain. Na so google disabled my account and banned me.

I immediately contacted them, told them I use the account for a legitimate business of buying and selling domain names, that I usually need to send a lot of messages to prospective customers to see if anyone may be interested in acquiring my domain and we use escrow service for any transaction. I equally told them I deal with godaddy, dynadot, namesilo, epik and other American registrars and they also act as third parties for any deals.

It wasn't up to 5 minutes I received a reply that my account has been restored.

Download the UBA Mobile Banking App, register where you see the PREPAID section and then try to see your card activities in the App. You should know where the fault is to correct it before going back to PayPal. Which country PayPal are you using?

The money you have there is enough to complete the process. Did you activate the card and change the default PIN?

Na so When I went to the bank, they made me waste my time cos some of them didn't seem to understand what I was talking about before I later met the man who said high instant is only dollar card. I then politely told him to check his system to confirm, he did and later apologized

No, u said one cannot withdraw from PayPal with the other ones which is wrong.
It's advisable to go for the International High one though, I've stated the reasons in my previous posts.

Some UBA bank staffs no be sabi the difference. Some of them believe africard is africard. If one is not able to get the high at the UBA branches he went to, the person can settle for the low as it also works with PayPal (as long as the person won't be withdrawing huge amounts at once).

They don't know bro. I was even tutoring them on the differences. One was arguing with me that my card is dollar card. I had to tell him to check the system before he later apologized

UBA prepaid dollar card works fine on Paypal but the money is not converted to naira b4 it hits the card so you can only withdraw ur funds on a dollar ATM (if u can find one in naija).
The UBA prepaid International Low Naira card also works perfectly fine with PayPal. The only downside is there is a limit to the amount u can withdraw from PayPal at once (N300k or something like that, I'm not too sure).

@ Simpsonrocket one tin u should note is that some of those UBA bank staffs are not well versed on the africard stuff so they might force any one they get their hands on on u. Ensure u confirm it's the International High one they gave u.

Things u'll probably need:
1. BVN
2. Passport
3. NEPA Bill (this was not required of me when I got mine)
4. Valid I.D
5.Hold like 2k to fund the card. To link the card to PayPal, u'll make two separate payments which will probably amount to 1k plus (paypal will refund u in 2 to 5 days).

I'm not wrong bro maybe I need to clarify what I said. With low, it will work but there are limitations. With dollar, he can't withdraw in our local ATM. So, I told him the real thing.

And again, I loaded the card with 2k at the bank but the money wasn't enough to verify it unlike in the past. Just load above 2k. Something like 2.5k or 3k. Maybe someone has increased charges I don't know

Passport, BVN, current utility bill, two passport photos. They also accept NIN, Driver's and Voter's Card. Use your correct details and address cos UBA will actually send their agents to verify your home address

Tell them INTERNATIONAL HIGH like somebody already said, but I think it depends on the credentials you go with. If it can't get u an INTERNATIONAL HIGH, just get an INTERNATIONAL LOW, it also works with PayPal, it's what I use.
Tell them AFRICARD or UBA PREPAID CARD
P.S: Don't mistakenly go for LOCAL HIGH OR LOCAL LOW... Just make sure to stress this point to them. That's how they suffered me that time.

@Simpsonrocket, you can get either INTERNATIONAL LOW or HIGH Card but HIGH is preferable.

Plz becareful with the type of card you request. Don't also collect Dollar card, only naira

If your passport has expired, u can't use it cos it's not valid. Use other means of ID or get a passport same day, it depends on your connection.

Go to any UBA branch with relevant requirements and request for Int'l High Instant Naira Prepaid Card. They have different types of cards.

I got mine last week after series of issues and I was able to verify my PayPal.

The info on SH concerning PayPal you dropped there is very clear. Does the exchanger has the same details as yours?

If you don't have verified paypal, why not open a Payoneer account and link it to SH to collect your funds directly to your bank account. To open Payoneer account won't take you up to five minutes
