1. Woo a lady

2. Take her out on a date

3. Make yourself unavailable for as long as you want.
I. she calls and you promise to see her, don't go and give convincing reason
b. Give her surprise presents and don't yield to any of her request.
c.women are inquisitive in nature, don't be predictable.

4. bleep her after months of meeting her not within weeks.

5. continue the game of being unpredictable and she will naturally want to discover the real you. The more she try,the good she is obsessed and you see her displaying that weakness to be with you.

...a year later she will beg you to define the relationship because you are unpredictable.

Then tell her ''with the right attitude I will want to spend the rest of my life with you in the near future'' and you are guaranteed a steady bleep.

I like you as a person( nothing more oo) and your flawless writing skills because of the intelligence you exude. It not in my DNA to hate but I may harbour a dislike for as long as I want to be mischievous.

That thread you created: ''Jesus may never save the world '' got me so angry because my bible teaches me that he will come again to create a new heaven on earth(paradise). To save his people. Why was I so annoyed? Because someone I held in high betrayed it even though its was your personal opinion and believe.

Away from that I will subsequently engage you in intelligent discourse coz I don't ass lick so do not see it henceforth as hate filled/ opposition because I have let go my negative reservation of you.

Guess we are good.

would you consider america a sane clime ?
Yes because they make use of credit cards and other monetary instruments. A person should not be found with 5k cash spending money. It preserve the note against wear and tear and above all it value.

Do you know he can carelessly spend a chunk of that money within an hour but may not do so if he hadn't much. Money gives value if you save.

This looks more like a genuine reason we should kick out GEJ.

U talk of an economy where our naira is totally heading to useless in foreign exchange.
Before his assumed office, our petrol was purchase at N55, now say for Urself how much U buy it. Even after the subsidy removal, he promised to reverse it....till now we r paying over than before.

U talk of security because U r typing from a fortress, what of the common man? Have Ur president been able to silence bokoharam?

So much strike action, organisations that don't go on strike before have now started strike actions.

We need change in Nigeria, unless U wana stay another 4yrs in ddarkness and steady sky rocketting of corruption and looting.

As for me, I will vote anyother party for change to occur. And if Buhari is the candidate of the onlyy party that can challenge PDP, then I will vote for him.
Economic policies are usually long term tailored to cushion the effect of undue inflation.

The present administration under the supervision of Okonjo Iwella of the economic team has implemented economic policies that will guarantee a strong economy and drive towards development.

Nigeria is an consumption economy and therefore economists devote strategies on injection rather than leakages. Since Nigeria runs a mono economy coupled with its leakage functions, its economy is always determined by the price of oil and a slope away from equilibrium will bring a downward turn in economic activities and fiscal policies. For the first time in decades, this is the first time a budget is made outside of oil benchmark.

Another problem with our economy is the depletion of foreign reserve to make the naira strong. Foreign reserve earnings as balance of payment are not always repatriated to be injected in the economy rather they are stashed away in foreign banks and that's why we buy the dollar at a premium to lend to businesses who never inject the proceeds. NOI is doing some macroeconomic analysis to cushion that leakages.

Tell me, in all of this measures what would have Buhari done differently?

As for me I do not need a Buhari to distort the economic policies of the government. We are currently making economic progress, will not trade that for anything. Those routing for Buhari are simply thinking Boko Haram will lay down their arms with Buhari in power since he is one of their own, they forget that will be submitting to blackmail and more blackmailers will come along with their own scheme.
Honestly I don't know what Buhari will do differently. He is unintelligent to lead technocrats and economists as the head implementing their decisions.
PoliticsGenuine Reasons We Don't Need Buhari by IDEApro(op): 9:02am On Dec 20, 2014
We are yet again in the days of electioneering campaigns into elective offices and while some office holders want to consolidate others are seeking out fresh mandate to lead. Among the politicians seeking to consolidate is our able and dynamic president Goodkuck Ebele Jonathan against a perpetual contender, Mahmoud Buhari.

The question we need to ask ourselves is that is there really a vacancy at the central seat of power and my answer to that rhetorical question is No.

Why?

Because there is a 'person' already on the throne that need to consolidate on his achievements.

The office of the President is a decorated office any person who can read and write with the right mental capacity will handle. Even an intelligent youngster will do the tricks since it involves taking decision on the collective advice of professionals. Executive office is a mere ceremonial symbol.

That's said. President Good luck Jonathan have the best economic team any president can assemble in the world. Men and women tasted in macroeconomics and its dynamics. People versed in fiscal policies and leakages and I ask... where will Buhari import his own economic team to rival these hands or has he become an economic expert overnight?

In terms of security, GEJ has followed the constitutional provisions to elevate military personnel and empowered them to discharge their duties. He do held meetings to fine tune their strategies and approach... What is Buhari going to do differently? Go to War leading the troop?

This administration has done more on infrastructure development than previous administration having coupled and galvanized the best technocrats, professionals to handle this end. Can Buhari engage technocrats in an intelligent discussions marshalling out the best way forward or he would be saddled with their professional advices?

Honestly except we want a change of person at the office, Buhari will not do anything different. He is economically bankrupt and lacks the intelligence to effect a change. Aso rock is still occupied by a well educated and intelligent fellow and we don't need Buhari to distort our economic transition.

FamilyRe: Dealing With Irreconcilable Differences In Marriages. by IDEApro(op): 8:02am On Dec 20, 2014
MEN SHOULD BE UNPREDICTABLE...

Like I earlier mention, women are gifted in studying their husbands( characteristics) devoting considerable time in evaluation while the men are fascinated by the euphoria of being men and the satisfaction of settling down as a family ''man''. Before going into marriage, a man need to put a lot of considerations in perspective so as to avoid the matrimonial rebellion that comes afterwards.

Men are often than not buoyed with choices when they tend to settle down with a woman so they'd often time settle for the beautiful ones, career minded ones, classy ones or whatever drive their fantasies thereby neglecting the paramount parameter that should have bridle their interest...the need to consciously evaluate the emotional intelligence of the woman!

OK...that been said, no matter the level of a woman education or her managerical skill, a woman is never cut out for a leadership position maybe not in the home front and that's the simple reason she needs love, protection and supplication from her man. She is utterly aware of these needs from her man and many more but one thing unaware to a man is that this same woman will use emotional manipulation to harass you and even take a swipe at the leadership position because you'd become predictable and indeed vulnerable. Women loves marriage games and use it to their undue advantages.

Let continue... don't be fooled with Love. Women loves children and to produce them that's the reason she is with you. She accepted you because you are the favorite amongst her suitors and the confident one too. You are not the best in the world in terms of wealth, body build, endowment, or handsome. If she had her way, you won't come into consideration so the real essence of getting married to you is getting your seed to fertilise her eggs.

Men are blessed with wisdom in handling issues elusive to women and that's why the popular notion: They reason and behave like kids'' no matter how old they are. A woman is wired to comprehend things illogically and symmetrical to men and one of the downside to this is that they are generally emotional indisposed beings.

To curtain this inadequacy, men are generally required to exhibit a lot of tolerance and exact more wisdom in handling their women. A leader should have the mental capacity to lead.

....I will go deeply into this heading and proffer solution next.

FamilyRe: Dealing With Irreconcilable Differences In Marriages. by IDEApro(op): 10:04pm On Dec 19, 2014
Marriage is a psychology warfare not the construe ''bliss'' we inhibit and process mentally. What majority of men have not grasp is that reality but inadvertently built fantasy lacking emotional intelligence in their marriages. In the earlier state of a union, while the man is struggling trying to put food on the table and impress his young wife, the woman is busy studying him. Sometime married women psychoanalyse and mentally evaluate their husbands for a longer period building a strong defense to attack his failings in the marriage afterward.

One can date a woman for 30 years but may not survive a year marriage if consummated with the same woman...why? woman unleash their true self if the environment or circumstance permit it. They need some sort of security to unravel their characteristics and marriage make them consolidate on it.

In this discourse, I am going to elucidate on two cardinal ''points'' which is the basis for the irreconcilable differences brandied by our respective divorced persons and how to curb the menace and instil a strong matrimonial union in marriages. This write up is a conscious effort to redirect our men on steps to take to effectively control their marriages and steer it away from matrimonial turbulence.
