You see, the person is already biased towards our country for obvious reasons. Trying to convince such person is exercise in futility. The only way that person's perception can change is when another person he/she trust tells him/her that it is safe to do that business. It's simple psychology: "once bitten twice shy."

Yes, it's advisable. Simply state clearly that owning the domain name will give them competitive advantage in the market over their direct competitors, e.g. TheCompetitorsDomainName/com, and the cost of getting it right away is affordable.

@bolded, "How's Google Keyword Planner tool stressful?" I'm curious to know. It's free and majority of other paid keyword research software depend on it. Really paid keyword research tool can be expensive. But as time goes on you'll still need it to scale up speedily. I use a number of tactics which I've learned over the years from successful internet marketers and bloggers. But you must be willing to use Keyword Planner to generate the initial list. From there you work backwards to get additional keywords.

The best criteria are the age of the domain, average monthly search traffic (the higher, the better) and the good backlinks pointing to the domain name over the life of the name. Backlinks are strong measure of regular traffic because people will still follow those links to the domain name only to be greeted with a parked page.

The affected company can file a case (UDRP) with ICANN. In the end you would most likely lose the case and the name. If it's a $9 hand reg e no go too pain you. But imagine buying a name for mid to high 3 figures ($$$) and planning to resell for a higher price. If the affected company files a UDRP, will you get a lawyer to defend you or will you just fold hands and let the name go just like that ?

In the end, no be fear of arrest, but fear of losing your invested $$$ plus the money you still paid a lawyer to defend your case

It depends on the owner of the trademark. Some trademark owners can go to any length to defend it. Some years back now, a case of a domain name related to Google products was registered. Do you know Google took the guy up even far away in Japan (?) or so? Whether they will see the person to arrest is a cinch. That is when you'll know that Interpol knows your address no matter where. By the time they get your phone number and call log, your footprints become traceable.

But we'll NEVER be victims! Our goal is to make money online without looking for "plus" and "minus" charms.
