Good day, Nairalanders! A while ago, I created a thread seeking your advice on what business I can start with 500k. https://www.nairaland.com/8021143/what-business-start-500k The thread made it to the front page, and I received a lot of suggestions, all of which I deeply appreciate. In the thread, I mentioned that I would love to go into printing and photocopy business while also selling phone accessories on the side. However, after careful analysis and research, I realized firstly, 500k was too small. Secondly, the business is already competitive. Almost everywhere in this town has someone selling phone accessories. Therefore, it's not really viable. Nevertheless, I continue to rack my brain and pray to God for guidance. Then while taking a walk one fine evening last week, a very good business idea came to mind: the food mart (selling foodstuffs at retail prices). The reasons I think this business is good are, firstly, I stay in a student-dominated area, so there's no market nearby. The only available market is quite far from the school area. Secondly, people eat every day, and due to the high cost of living, a lot of people don't buy things in bulk, especially students. These are just a few reasons among others. I want to sell foodstuffs like rice, beans, garri, spaghetti, noodles, groundnut oil, palm oil, seasoning, spices, eggs, etc. Well, the challenge I have now is I haven't done this business before. In fact, I haven't really done any business before, so there are a lot of things I'm not aware of. For example, I don't know where to get those foodstuffs at wholesale prices. How can I store them so they don't spoil? What are the common problems that arise in this line of business? Although I'm very positive and certain that I'll do well, I want to know the profitability of the business. So if you are in this line of business, please, your suggestions and guidance are highly recommended. If there's anyone that has a suggestion or something tangible that would help this young boy who's trying to survive, please drop it in the comments. Thank you. |
This one think prison is like hotel where you check in and check out as you wish. He's even saying it's just for a week. Lemme keep mute sha |
SupaBoy:The short version is that you play baby and e cut?? |
scanner1000:Don't beat her or touch her. Don't let her put you in more trouble, you can give her one slap and she just give up for your hand. Don't let her use her raggae stain your blues. just cut all ties with her and move on with her. That girl doesn't love you whatsoever. It's one thing to cheat, it's another thing to have the audacity to do it in the presence of your partner. You're not valued, feared and loved by her. Let her go in peace. In time, you'll find the right person for you. I repeat no touch her oo!!! |

Good day to you all. I need your opinion on what business I can start with 500k. I have someone willing to assist me with that amount because my current job is both mentally and physically exhausting. However, the person wants me to explain how I will use the money and what business I will pursue. I have until the end of the month to provide a plan. I was thinking of starting a printing business and also selling phone accessories since I live in a student-dominated area with a polytechnic nearby. However, I'm concerned about the potential downturn when students go on holiday, leaving the area empty. The economy is also not favorable. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks.

Good day Nairalanders, I am a philosophy graduate. I finished my service last year in March, and since then, I have been struggling to find a job. From that March, I have been doing whatever work I could find to survive. Around November, I secured a security job at a company, working 24-hour shifts with a day off in between. The pay is only #40,000, and the job is taking a toll on my health and mental well-being, but I'm reluctant to quit as I don't want to be unemployed. In December, I learned about some vacancies in the company. I spoke to a senior staff member, who promised to help me get my CV to HR for an interview. Unfortunately, in early January, I didn't receive any response. I spoke to the staff member again, and he informed me that the available vacancy is for a storekeeper, requiring experience. He suggested that I modify my CV, adding faux job experiences and applying online to learn about storekeeping responsibilities. He assured me of an interview on Tuesday. The dilemma is not just about adding false experiences, but I fear that if I secure an interview, I might struggle to maintain the deception. Moreover, if they're seeking an experienced storekeeper, the lack of training might overwhelm me, leading to job dissatisfaction. I don't know how to convey this to the staff member without jeopardizing my chances. I have only today to decide. Please, advise me on what to do. I want to be honest but also don't want to appear unserious about the job opportunity. Thank you. Nlfpmod |

ebijimi7:Bro ignore these fools. I'm really sorry. A tear drop from eye because I can understand the pain of loosing someone very close to your heart. Try to live and enjoy the rest of your life. Of course it won't be easy but by taking deliberate steps it's achievable. May peace find you bro. |
Jennyclay:May God help a broke and struggling man to use you as a ritual ingredient successfully. !!! Shioor |
