The document was in Hebrew, English and Arabic and had been
issued in “Palestine.”
“I knew that my grandmother had converted from Judaism to
Islam,” he says, “but since I was born I was educated that if your
father is Muslim – you are Muslim.”
Mordechai says he received an anti-Israel and even anti-Semitic
education. “In Kuwait, wherever you go, you hear comments against
Jews – in the classrooms, in math or English lessons, and even in
Arabic lessons.”
After Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait, the family was forced to
leave the country and move to Jordan. As a student, Mumtaz began
studying in Syria, and two years later bought a plane ticket to
Canada and changed his name to Marc.
One evening, he met a man wearing a large black skullcap in the
library. He began talking to him, expressing his desire to create a
dialogue between Jews and Muslims.
“My grandmother is Jewish,” he said innocently. “She is a very nice
woman, not like the bad things people always say about the Jews.”
The man replied that according to Jewish Law, he is also Jewish, but
Halawa find it difficult to believe him.
“I said, ‘That’s a very good joke. But it’s impossible, because my
father is Muslim.’ But he insisted, saying that ‘according to
Judaism, it goes by the mother’s side. And because your
grandmother is Jewish, your mother was born Jewish and you were
also born Jewish.’
“I thought that man was just old, and I said: ‘No, come on, my
grandmother married a man named Muhammad al-Masri from
Nablus and converted to Islam. Believe me that anyone born Muslim
leads a Muslim life.’
“I spoke with a lot of confidence, and he interrupted me: ‘A Jew can
convert to a different religion 10 times and he’ll still be Jewish. So
your grandmother passed the ‘Jewish genes’ on to your mother, your
mother was born Jewish, and you were born Jewish.'”
Halawa was shocked. “It was too much. I had just been told that I
was the enemy I had been educated against. It was a shock. That
day, I felt like I had been living my whole life in a sort of dream
and that I had just woken up. It was as if someone had slapped me
and woke me up.
“I told my grandmother and she said, ‘Don’t ask any questions. We
are Muslims, and that’s all there is to it.'”
“O you who have believed, do not ask about things which, if they are
shown to you, will distress you….A people asked such questions before
you; then they became thereby disbelievers.” (Qur’an 5:101-102)
But Mordechai couldn’t shake off the new recognition. “I spent all
my time checking anything Jewish. I had studied many things in
Kuwait, but I had never learnt about World War II. I didn’t even
know who the good guys and bad guys were. I said to myself that if
I want to know, I should go see things myself.”
‘When you cut off a branch, it slowly dies’
After visiting the concentration camps in Poland, Marc decided to
change his name to Mordechai and immigrate to Israel, where his
grandmother and grandfather first met.
As he had no proof of his grandmother’s Jewishness, Mordechai
underwent a conversion process “so I could get married and have
Jewish children. That’s all I wanted.”
Mordechai has been fulfilling his dreams one after the other. He
recently got married and lives in Jerusalem. The guy with the
skullcap, who speaks fluent English, has come a long way since
answering to the name Mumtaz Halawa. A decade ago, he says, he
had no idea that he would live in Israel one day.
“I occasionally I stop my life and imagine myself living without
Judaism, and I immediately feel said [sic],” he says. “I haven’t told
my father to this very day. Perhaps he knows about it and perhaps
he doesn’t. I think it’s better not to trouble him. Both Judaism and
Islam teach us how to honor our parents….
He probably knows that he could be killed for leaving Islam, and that the
Qur’an teaches that a Muslim should hate even family members who are
not Muslims: “There has already been for you an excellent pattern in
Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people, ‘Indeed, we
are disassociated from you and from whatever you worship other than
Allah. We have denied you, and there has appeared between us and you
animosity and hatred forever until you believe in Allah alone” (60:4).

You must love this woman so much, Judge jeanie. Muhammad never had a hand in the making of the hadith, it was 3 generations after Muhammad pased away that the hadith was made to counter balance the goodness and righteous stance of the Quran which was not made or written by Muhammad (saw).
Yes i do know that i am much of a threat to the white arabs and their hadith and the africans who blindly slave after the lies of the hadith. There is no error in the Quran.

Millions are rejecting the hadith and with it i may agree Islam too, temporarily, just as most black brothers and sisters too are rejecting christianity and religion altogether for atheism (i would explain why black atheism later). This is a process which I have also passed through.
Leaving the arabdized hadith Islam for christianity or a so called Judeism or into a fairytale African traditions is like leaving stupidity for another stupidity, or/and vice versa.

But leaving those religion of biasness into atheism is like a kind of a waking up, questioning yourself and beginning to reason with reasonable questions seeking the truth, Then after which you can believe in GOD through the fact that reliogion is infact mathematics and sciences, it adds up, they always add up, then this religion is called "submission to GOD, Freedom, Equality and Justice". So i can call myself a muslim as one who submit to GOD and believe in Freedom, Equality and Justice. Or the old original teachings of Moses also submission to GOD, freedom, equality and justice. or those who follow the teachings of Jesus (and we all do and of Moses too) crystallized into the knowledge and the understanding of Jesus.

Why do i say black atheists? You know me well "GOD is a Blackman", Do you think a non-white would ever submit to that? some will eventually submit. if GOD is a Blackman, and He incarnates in every Blackman and Blackwoman, Thus every Black person is a GOD. If he/she then claims that he doesn't believe in GOD, it is like saying he/she doesn't believe himself or herself. As much as GOD is a Man, GOD is also a Woman.

Islam can never be renounced, so does the religion of the Israelites (true and righteous Israelite, There are also true, original and righteous Muslims) can never be renounced. on the other hand christianity would be renounced once the truth about its invention is known. Again How was Mohammed a good man and the hadiths misrepresent him? ? ..the quran is filled with vile commands to u Muslims only with less details than your hadiths.

U can't deny or discredit the hadiths. .

if a Muslim rejects the hadiths he or she rejects Islam and ceases to be a muslim. ... this is one point i will side with Muslims that berate quranists . .in some Muslim countries u will be branded a herectic or apostate and killed. ...

How do you know what to pay as zakat ....it's the hadith that tells you

So many verses of the quran lacks context unless u read the hadiths a popular verse is sura 1: 11..it's the hadith that tells you

Your quran tells you in sura 23:31 to copy the life of Mohammed as the example to follow, Mohammeds name is only mentioned 4 times in the quran. .very little of Mohammed is described therein ... so how do u learn the examples of his deeds and to live like Mohammed . ...it's the hadith that tells you

How do you know the shahadda..To become a muslim u must speak the shahadda...it's the hadith that tells you


U can't deny the hadith. .a lot of Muslims reject the hadith because they are embarrassed by the deeds of Mohammed.

Aisha was six or seven years old, as well as his consummation of that marriage when she was nine:

Sahih al-Bukhari 3896—Narrated Hisham’s father: Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Al-Madina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he wrote the marriage (wedding) contract with Aishah when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consummated that marriage when she was nine years old.

Sahih al-Bukhari 5158—Narrated Urwa: The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death).

Sahih Muslim 3310—Aisha reported: Allah’s Apostle married me when I was six years old, and I was admitted to his house when I was nine years old.

Sahih Muslim 3311—Aisha reported that Allah’s Apostle married her when she was seven years old, and she was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old.

Sunan Abu Dawud 2116—Aishah said: The Apostle of Allah married me when I was seven years old. (The narrator Sulaiman said: Or six years.) He had intercourse with me when I was nine years old.

What can i say? what i will just advice you to do is to put yourself as the judge of the world. You are the judge, Judge it fair and well, where would you start from? There is always a cause, a symptom and an effect and also a solution. when there is a solution to the cause, then and only then can there be wellness and peace. All we see and hear of is a solution to the effects and mostly solutions to symptoms, even in our healthcare systems. Never be blinded by what anybody says or what you hear. However, there is a need to seek knowledge and understanding also through reading, listening, observing and experiencing. Things are not what they seem to be.

Au contraire my friend ..i am not a judge but i am a researcher on several subjects and a keen observer of things. .The solution is for people to renounce Islam, the words of Mohammed and embrace the truth that is Gods words in the bible and his Son, our path to salvation.
