Islam for Muslims / Re: Ruling On Woman Refusing Sexual Intercourse With Her Husband by Ifeann(f): 11:24am On Oct 30, 2020
You muslims treat women like property.
Why didn't Allah tell Mohammed that he will be displeased with men who deny their wives sex. Everything about Islam is fear and control.

Realismailakabir:

If wife does not allow his husband to have intercourse than what will
happen to women?

Praise be to Allah.

If a woman refuses her husband’s request to come to bed with no Islamically-sound reason (such as sickness, or his being drunk, for example), what happens is as described below:

Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses [and does not come], and he spends the night angry with her, the angels will curse her until morning.’”

(Reported by al-Bukhaari, 4794; the additional phrase quoted in square brackets is from Abu Dawood, al-Sunan, Kitaab al-Nikaah, Bab haqq al-zawj ‘ala’l-mar’ah).

In the phrase “if a man calls his wife to his bed,” the word “bed” is obviously a metaphor for intercourse. Metaphors are used in the Qur’aan and Sunnah to refer to things about which people usually feel shy. Does this apply only to the nighttime, or does it include daytime too? The answer may be found in a hadeeth narrated by Muslim: “By the One in Whose hand is my soul, there is no man who calls his wife to his bed and she refuses, but the One Who is above the heavens [i.e. Allaah] will be angry with her, until he (her husband) is pleased with her.” Ibn Khuzaymah and Ibn Hibbaan report a hadeeth narrated by Jaabir: “There are three whose prayers will not be accepted and none of whose good deeds will ascend to heaven: a runaway slave, until he returns to his master; a drunken man until he becomes sober; and a woman with whom her husband is angry, until he is pleased with her.” These are general terms, which include both night and day.

The phrase “and he spends the night angry with her” refers to the cause of the angels’ curse, because this confirms that she is a sinner, which is a different matter than if he accepts her excuse and is not angry with her, or lets the matter drop. Is she to blame if he keeps her away from his bed? The answer is: no, unless she is the one who started the separation and he is keeping away from her because of it, and she did not apologize but prolonged the separation. But if he is the one who started it, and is thus treating her unfairly, then she is not to blame. In one report, instead of the words “the angels curse her until morning,” the wording is “… until she returns” – and this is a useful variant.

This hadeeth tells us that denying a spouse’s rights – whether physical or financial – is something that will inevitably bring about the wrath of Allaah, unless Allaah grants His mercy to the sinner.

We also learn that the angels will pray against a sinner so long as he or she persists in the sin.

The hadeeth also directs a wife to help her husband and seek his satisfaction, because a man is less patient than a woman when it comes to doing without intercourse. The most disturbing thing for a man is his sexual impulse, so Islam urges women to help their husbands in this regard.

Islam for Muslims / Re: 10 Things You Didn’t Know About Islam And The Prophet Muhammad by Ifeann(f): 10:41am On Oct 30, 2020
Lukgaf:
"The recent rise of Islamophobia in the West is an unfortunate reminder that many misconceptions and stereotypes surround Islam, Muslims, and the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

With 1.8 billion followers across the globe, Islam is an Abrahamic religion centered around the belief in God (Allah) and his prophets. Islam’s holy text, the Quran, calls on Muslims to follow God’s rules and seek peace—fitting, given that the name of the religion means “peace” in Arabic.

Despite this core tenant of peace, Islam is often linked to wars, hate, and terrorism due to media misrepresentation, ignorance, and harmful stereotypes.

Islamophobia is sometimes a response to the horrific acts extremists such as ISIS have carried out in the name of Islam. But extremists do not represent the entire religion, and the overwhelming majority of Muslims strongly reject terrorism, hate, and discrimination.

Racism is also a factor in the prevalence of Islamophobia and the harmful stereotypes of Muslims and Islam. Muslims around the world suffer from both overt and concealed racism, which does not always receive as much attention as other forms of discrimination.

Racist and Islamophobic people often justify their discrimination with freedom of speech. However, freedom of speech is not an invitation to attack others’ existence.

The best way to avoid discriminating against others is to learn more about their principles. We present below nine interesting facts about Islam and the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that you might not know about from MWN"

Islam is inherently racist and political

Islam for Muslims / Re: Insulting The Prophet: Freedom Of Expression Is Freedom FROM Insult, NOT To! by Ifeann(f): 10:36am On Oct 30, 2020
Is lslam is a joke.

Muslims are Killing people in France because of a carton of an obvious fake prophet who had mental issues. It's ridiculous

Lukgaf:
Freedom of expression is freedom FROM insult, NOT freedom TO insult!

Each faith community feels a deep-rooted emotional attachment to the symbols and personalities it reveres. Muslims are no different.

The value system of Islam is underpinned by respect and reverence – reverence for the Almighty, for all the Messengers of the Almighty – including the Prophets Abraham, Noah, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad (peace be upon them all), the angels, the holy scriptures, the holy cities, religious symbols and places of worship, and respect for elders, teachers, leaders, religious scholars, parents, the elderly etc.

Depicting images of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is strictly forbidden in Islam. The rationale for the prohibition, inter alia, of depicting the Prophet (peace be upon him) is that he was too sublime to be truly portrayed. Furthermore, attempts at portraying him could result in his image being distorted. There are therefore no records of any authentic image or portrait of him anywhere in the world, from any period of Islamic history, which is a significant point of note.

Any attempt to depict the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in illustration is an attempt to depict the sacrosanct, which is not allowed. The nature of cartoons is to satirise and trivialise. This is clearly not acceptable in the case of a personality who is held in the highest esteem by almost 2 billion people globally.

Irrespective of what the motive is for the repeated publishing and displaying of these blasphemous cartoons – whether for cheap publicity, political gains, deliberate provocation, or due to sheer ignorance – it is grossly offensive and highly insensitive and will always be rejected by all people of morality with the contempt it deserves!

Muslims accept the principle of constructive freedom of expression, but not the freedom to wantonly insult, which is sometimes deviously and deceptively masqueraded as freedom of expression. True freedom of expression is freedom FROM insult, not freedom TO insult! Freedom to insult has ultimately resulted in hatred, bigotry and even destruction. Humour that is disrespectful, insensitive and offensive, is not humour, but is in fact hubris.

But when Muslims object, the stock response is that they do not appreciate freedom of expression. The media and others view this as an infringement of the right of freedom of speech. However, one aspect that is often overlooked is that no right is absolute; there are inherent limitations. Every right is counterbalanced against other rights. Every right has to be exercised with utmost responsibility.
The blatant hypocrisy of certain leaders in the application of freedom of speech is glaringly visible for the world to see! Whilst they harp on the promotion of freedom of speech, they are intolerant of any criticism of themselves or things that are dear to them. So much for freedom of speech!

Muslim leaders and masses would be justifiably outraged and enraged by this act of profanity. This could even precipitate protests and boycotts. The worldwide anger and outpouring of objections has made it amply clear that Muslims will never accept disrespect to the Prophet (peace be upon him) or whatever else is deemed sacred to them. Despite this open provocation, Muslims are urged to follow the noble example of the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon Him) in the kind, tolerant and forgiving manner he dealt with his enemies and continued to invite them to the Path of Guidance.

At least you have something to appreciate about Islam. How about salat and hajj that are very much documented in your Bible?.

Anyways you just hinted interesting point about religion. I hope you aren't leaning towards atheism like true2god is doing?. That will be good by the way.

Islam, the best way of life. Love it or leave it. You know too well Christianity is jargon. Even Catholicism you professed is worst of all factions

Nah. Atheists are too bold. I don't think I can be that bold to decide the universe manifested on its own. Catholicism also has its faults. I am a Christian but I am going to say any branch of Christianity is the best. It's for a Christians conscience to decide but Islam is inherently flawed but that does not mean there aren't good muslims. Same way there are bad Christians.. empiree u have been a worthy opponent and critic. Hope u are doing well inspite of the Covid 19. Stay safe

Whatever you are, male, female, does it matter?. Welcome back. How's Finland doing if at all you live there too . I believe you read this and do you support them?. I am surprised you are saying you are not RCCG member. But i thought you said you were years ago?. Because i later realized that all the trash you talked back then was something you learned directly or indirectly from RCCG. I got to know this after reading their evil manifesto against Islam. And a NL member also told me that you and truthman are rccg members. I was like 'oh i see..no wonder'.

So you have now repented from your way and looked in to islam or you are still deluded?. Oh sorry, i don't think i meant plain bible truth. I meant parrisbookaddict

Nah. I am not an rccg member. I have a lot to criticize about adeboye, their daddy. I have a lot to criticize about religion in general but Islam is vastly detrimental to humanity. It's theories and superstitions are laughable and when Islam is practiced as was done by by the greatest false prophet muhammad aka moreharmmad , we have witnessed nothing but sorrow, jihad and destruction.

However I agree with Islam on two things, 1. The zakat and 2. The burial practise (very good for the environment)

Christians and muslims seen no difference btw themselves. But their leadership was doing evil while we were ignorant. I wanna believe that if they get to know about the manifesto they would probably call for CAN disbandment. But reaction of christians in this thread will give you a clue later. Before they start flooding this thread, go to the link i told you and see reaction of christians who read the manifesto. If you were here 5 yrs ago you would have seen the worse. You would see how they opened threads after threads condemning islam and muslims. Let me post a lady's profile who led the bandwagon back then. From her profile you can see they are horrible. She's member of RCCG https://www.nairaland.com/ifeann. She is the same one here https://www.nairaland.com/plainbibletruth

Weak or srong, that's classification of fiction from nonfiction literatures. You may try to fault hadith. Thats your issue but you can not fault Quran bcus entire Quran is mutawatir.

Well, when it comes to character of our prophet, only Quran, which is ABSOLUTE revelation has already described his character. Anything else outside of that, that may be problematic must be weighed side by side with Quran first and then in its historical context.

I am sure that many of your evangelical supporters will even disagree with you on this. You used the world "NEVER" to narrowed down chances that he NEVER showed mercy. This makes you a bigot. James White, a christian apologist would disagree with you.

If i quote violent verse from your bible now you will start screaming "out of context" or "parable". Dont you think you are been dishonest?. So now read from chap. 1 to 6 and that should clear the air, bigot.

Very simple. You have similar narration in your bible. Mr. Luke recorded in his Gospel

But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them--bring them here and kill them in front of me.

There is no parable in that. Simple and short. We can deduce from Luke 19:27 that your Jesus didnt want freedom of religion, freedom of press, freedom of choice.

Whereas, Qur'an says "Let there be no compulsion in religion" Sura Baqara

Common sense should tell you that you are quoting ahadith categorized in military expedition to make cheap point?. Even our modern constitutions have this type of thing. I didnt wanna bother to post about Ibn Khatal knowing that you will still never be satisfied, but i should.

Since you believe in wikipedia, it has this to say about him.

Abdullah ibn Khatal (died 629 C.E.) was a Muslim tax collector who committed treason against the State of Medina by defecting to Mecca and becoming an Apostate. He was killed shortly after the Conquest of Mecca on the orders of Muhammad being one of the 12 inhabitants of Mecca not granted immunity. It is said that he was hanging to the curtains of the Kaaba in Mecca, where he attempted to take refuge but was executed before being able to enter the Ka'aba . https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abdullah_ibn_Khatal

You never get over Banu Qurayza?. Even your seniors James White, David Wood, Nabeel Qureshi, Jay Smith had given up debate on Qurayza battle. I debated this before with ifeann and i am never going back to this. Conclusion is judgement was passed on them and they accepted their crimes and that was it.

Instead of arguing back n forth, all you have to do to prove Quran wrong is BRING ANOTHER QURAN THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM OUR CURRENT ONE. Simple, isnt? We all know the story. You can save our time on endless arguments by doing the needful @bold

You scared?. Common sense should tell you that Jesus was the messenger and prophet. He was the one Gospel was revealed to. Hence, Quran is referring to Gospel according to Jesus. God had no business with Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. These aforementioned people who wrote their own Gospels was according to each and every one of them ABOUT JESUS. But Gospel given to Jesus was for Jesus. Therefore, any other gospels different from Gospel according to Jesus, are hearsays or are written ABOUT him.

If history is written about you Mr. plainbibletruth, it means YOU ARE NOT THE AUTHOR. In another word, Jesus was not the author of Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Simple, isnt?

Dude its been years. Arent u tired of defending that paedophile false prophet Muhammad.

Religion / Denmark:imam Says, Child Rape Should Be Legal Because It Is Part Islamic Culture by Ifeann(f): 9:13pm On Apr 24, 2018
A number of recent cases where marriages of adult men to girls as young as 14 years of age, sanctioned by the Danish state, has become a national scandal. Now, right-wing immigration minister Inger Støjberg has vowed the children will be protected in future, with couples where one of the parties is under 18 being separated whether they have already arrived in Denmark or not — although the age of consent in the country is just 15.

“It is completely unacceptable that there are currently minors within the Danish asylum system living with their spouses or partners and I have asked the Danish Immigration Service to immediately put a stop to it”, said Støjberg this week.

In at least one case an adult husband was allowed to see his pregnant young wife under supervision, and in another the authorities were misled over the age of the wife and she was allowed to live with her husband in migrant accommodation unchecked.

It is reported eight married children in Danish asylum centres are already pregnant, or have given birth. The government is now planning to deport migrant men who marry and impregnate children, while giving the girls refuge.

Despite the strong Danish reaction to the practice of marrying children among some migrants, Imam Oussama El-Saadi of the Aarhus mosque has said the Danish government must relax their laws and respect migrant families, whatever age the brides are.

Speaking to Danish newspaper Metroxpress, the Imam said: “One should look at these cases from a different perspective. It is an extraordinary humanitarian situation, and I think you have to take care of these families. They’re married, and even if the man is twice as old as they have built a family. We have to accept that it is a different culture, and we can not destroy family life”.

Religion / 1,539 Murders, 1,572 Injuries Worldwide By Islamists Attacks During Ramadan 2017 by Ifeann(f): 5:14pm On Jun 24, 2017

With only one day left in this year’s holiest month for Muslims, the fatalities at 1,539 have more than tripled the estimated 421 that took place during the entire Ramadan period last year, considered one of the bloodiest in recent memory.

The 3,111 total number of casualties (1,539 murders and 1,572 injuries) have also nearly tripled the estimated 1,150 (421 deaths and 729 injuries) that took place in 2016.

On Friday alone (as of 4 p.m. ET), the eve of the annual Muslim festival of Eid ul Fitr that marks the end of Ramadan, Islamic terrorists killed more than 50 people and wounded about 140 others.

There have been nearly 150 incidents in more than 20 mainly Muslim nations during Ramadan this year, which began on May 27.

This week, the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL) once again urged jihadists to carry out more violent attacks on Ramadan, reported Fox News.

ISIS has issued multiple messages urging its sympathizers and followers to carry out deadly assaults during Ramadan.

In an audio message released last week, the jihadist group again called on its followers and sympathizers to launch terrorist attacks in the United States, Europe, Russia, Australia, Iraq, Syria, Iran, and the Philippines during the ongoing Islamic holy month.

Consistent with the years since the group surfaced in 2014, ISIS, including its Boko Haram affiliate, takes the grim title of the world’s most prolific terrorist group during Ramadan 2017, carrying out more attacks than the other jihadist organizations.

The Taliban, as well as al-Qaeda and its offshoots, have also been involved in the killing and murder of mainly fellow Muslims.

Fatalities during this year’s Ramadan have exceeded those from the same period in 2016, considered the deadliest holy month in recent memory.

During Ramadan, the majority of Muslims follow the tradition of abstaining from eating, drinking, smoking, having sex, and other physical needs each day, starting from before the break of dawn until sunset.

However, extremists perceive Ramadan as a time when martyrdom and jihad are especially rewarded in paradise, prompting a spike in the terrorist attacks during the period every year.

Islamic extremist groups encourage martyrdom among their sympathizers and followers, promoting the belief that they will be doubly rewarded if they fatally castigate infidels during Ramadan.

In previous years, the fatalities have included women, children, and members of the Christian minority. This year is no exception.

Although Muslims of all sects make up the majority, there are members of a wide variety of ethnic and religious groups among the victims: Westerners, Christians, Asians, Sunnis, Shiites, and Arabs, among others.

The West has not been immune to deadly attacks carried out by extremists during Ramadan.

Breitbart News’ count, gleaned from the Religion of Peace website in coordination with news reports, excludes casualties directly linked to battles between U.S.-led coalition and Iranian- and Russian-backed troops loyal to dictator Bashar al-Assad.

The total number of Ramadan deaths and injuries could be much higher.

All the terrorist attacks during Ramadan 2017, as documented by Breitbart News, include:

May 27 — Charchino, Afghanistan — Group fighting in favor of imposing Islamic law ambushes checkpoint, kills 11.
May 27 — Qadis, Afghanistan — Taliban kills 14, injures 17.

Liberals live on mind control. Their favorite 'food' is taking advantage of most blacks' semi-literacy condition and herd mentality.

Exactly this is why uneducated american blacks are so loyal to the Democrats.

Islam for Muslims / Christians Sentenced To 80 Lashes By Sharia Court For Communion by Ifeann(f): 9:35am On Nov 18, 2016
Yaser Mosibzadeh, Saheb Fadayee and Mohammed Reza Omidi will be flogged in public after being arrested at a house church gathering in Rasht, Iran, earlier this year.

The trio spent weeks in prison before finally being released on bail, but will now be subjected to the cruel and degrading punishment after being found guilty by Islamist judges.

Security agents also raided the home of their pastor Yousef Nadarkhani and his wife Fatemeh Pasandideh and arrested them at the same time, but they were not detained.
Iranian authorities later charged converts Mosibzadeh, Fadayee and Omidi for consuming alcohol during a communion service.

It is not illegal for Christians to drink alcohol in Iran but under Islamic law, Muslims are forbidden from drinking and it is illegal for Muslims to convert.

The trio’s conversion from Islam to Christianity is not recognised by Iranian authorities who subscribe to Sharia law.

An Iranian court sentenced the trio to 80 lashes each as punishment for their actions.

Many people faint after eight strokes due to the severe pain of the barbaric corporal punishment, which was commonplace in the Middle Ages.

The group, alongside Nadarkhani, are also due to be sentenced for “action against national security” at a later date at the Revolutionary Court in Rasht.

Lawyers for the Christians are planning to appeal the flogging punishment, according to Middle East Concern.

Christian charity Release International is calling for the Iranian authorities to allow its citizens to choose their own faith and to acquit the group.

Release Chief Executive Paul Robinson said: “Why should Christians be lashed for taking communion?

“Why is Iran refusing to allow its own citizens that most basic of all freedoms, the freedom to choose their own faith?

“These men have chosen to call themselves Christians. The state should respect that.” Floggings in public squares regularly take place in Iran, with one man suffering 93 lashes in Ganaveh city last month.

Morality police have led the persecution. Iran is classed as one of the most dangerous places in the world for Christians, with the regime banning any Christian activity and monitoring underground churches.

At least 108 Christians have been arrested in the last year in Iran for their beliefs, with at least 90 being flung in jail for sticking to their faith.
Release International says the prisoners have been beaten and abused and threatened with death.

Around 90 per cent of Iran’s population is Shi’a Muslim, with nine per cent Sunni Muslim.

The remaining one per cent includes indigenous Christian Armenian and Assyrian communities, thought to number approximately 300,000 – though some recent unofficial estimates suggest this has dropped very significantly in recent years.
