People don't win presidential elections; parties do.

As it stands today, only two parties in Nigeria can win the 2027 presidential election: the PDP and the APC. The Labour Party in Nigeria should have been part of this list, but they aren't.

In the previous contest, they put up a good account of themselves, spurred on by the enigma of Peter, with the youth firmly backing him. Since his stint in the Labour Party, which he joined from the PDP, he has joined the ADC, which is a coalition of old-time crooks, left there, and currently is in the NDC.

This journeying has lost him a lot of credibility in the eyes of many, myself included.

"I am not desperate to be the president of Nigeria."

However, his movement to four different parties begs to differ. How can he be ideologically consistent when he changes parties so often, especially when those parties have different ideas and structures?

This shows that he isn't interested in ideas but in power, and he goes where he feels he can win. How many competitive primaries has he won? Zero.

I believe that if he had remained in the PDP and was able to win the ticket in 2023 through a dogged primary contest, he would be president today. But someone who cannot win a difficult primary should not be expected to win a presidential election.

This happened to my tecno too. I was not even seeing the finger print option in seeing again.
I was able to fix it by resetting app preferences in reset options.
