I don't like it when discussions start to go out of focus. The person I was referring to was clearly identified. I specifically said d year and what he won. U didn't need 3 responses to reply if u where actually reading to understand.

Just saw the video of the girl that assaulted a bolt rider, I must confess the public show of condemnation towards the uncouth girl behaviour is encouraging, at least the public can now see the attitude of some of this our riders (especially the other gender).

And do you know that the guy died early this year?
Exactly what I just pointed out for him and he took it all wrong....

We need to understand that sometimes when people think otherwise to your own opinion....it's doesn't make them right neither does it makes you wrong....let's try to understand eachother with open mind...

Person wey work 24/7 dey die...person wey sleep 24/7 self dey die....you see this race called life everybody starting point and ending point no b the same. When you reach you own no matter wetin you do life go end your trip and your payment na your belief and deeds while on the journey

If I am not mistaken last year 2020 was d first time Bolt gave out cars to winners. 2019 was foreign trip or the cash equivalent. 2018 was cash and Home appliances. So pls check ur info well

People have an idea of the kind of person one is, character, attitude, state of mind and feelings just from chats. So if u make a post, people can Interpret it differently, rightly or wrongly. If the wrong message is passed/gotten just clarify, don't put the blame again on the recipient...it is ur responsibility to communicate effectively.

I don't engage with people on trivial things, so I don't care whether u r for me or against me, I discuss issues, facts and figures.
Read to understand bro....I know Sabi you.

The price was a trip to dubai for him and the second person....

I said bolt branded car..... They are more than 10 bolt branded car in this Lagos that I have seen...what makes it branded it's just the sticker on it.... So cool down bro...

Above all....peace ...enjoy your day.

Sorry for the mix up....I was referring to the 2019 winner.....his sister is close person. They stole the bolt branded car and later abandoned it due to the tracker installed...

It's true there is burnout in this hussle. Like everyother thing enthusiasm decreases over time, but what separates individuals is desire, drive, passion and circumstances.
Different people entered d job for different reasons, people are made-up differently and at some point in time u will meet your equilibrium or exit the biz (for whatever reason). This is a fact.
It is also a fact that there are people who have been consecutively and consistently hitting the top bar for years while another person's equilibrium is to drop down and relax, having met his target or maybe his body cannot continue at that level. So when I hear stuffs like let's see what u made 3months ago or let's see where u will be 6months from now its irritating, it's just plain irrational. What's d point of that? He can continue making high figures or not but when u choose to condescend, then u r being negative and discouraging. These are undesired attributes.
Some do the work in the interim, some to ease boredom, some to make ends meet, some to hit a target, some as side Hussle and some others have taken it as their main business. You get whatever you put into it.

The guy that won Best Driver in Lagos in Bolt mega challenge 2020 came second in 2019.
He won a brand new car. Mind u he owns his car...so don't think he was on rental that's why he was puting effort.
In 2019 he won fuel, phone and many other goodies. Do u know what it takes to win overall Best driver? Consistently??
When I saw his dashboard, I cap. My point is don't think for a second this work is a spark or a dash...if u find ur rhythm u can go on and on at a high level. If u can't do it but see people doing it don't cast aspersions. Celebrate them and find ur own niche.
Hope you know that guy you used as example is late now....may his gentle soul rest in peace....he was a victim of useless heartless human who choose pride in robbing hardworking people of their sweat....

I am not against anyone posting, but let's apply common sense...nothing is that private in a public domain.

Excuse me, but I don't have to sound in a way you like or in a manner agreeable to what you're used to. If I sound the way I do is because of what I've experienced so if I'm typing and you're reading what you don't like, I really cant change your perception. I don't care what you think, neither would I try to make you understand.
Then read to understand before you reply.

The guy you quoted was asking a question based on his current experience with his work tool.

The negative people have gotten to you. Imagine believing that you'll use 90% of earnings to fix car after a week.

As you've asked a simple question, they'll never reply you. The only reply you'll probably get is "Lagos touts, lastma, police, one way" More negative shit_ to pull you down... Do as I say not as I do. Set awon " I made 19k today but I would have made 50k if I wanted to, but what do I need 50k for when 10k can solve my problems "... They want you in that 10k level, so if you push harder cos you dream bigger than them, they'll attack.

Just say you have a car that hasn't taken 10 percent of your earnings in 3 months and see them crawling out of the shadows to call you a liar and ask you to post proof. Harbingers of negativity. Avoid them
Guy....who they fight you ?

Are they not? grin I see them all the time and I just shake my head and ask myself if these ones don't have bills to pay.
Most of those guys you shake your head for, some if not most of them have at least 3 cars on the platform wey dey deliver for them. They started the hustle when the fares was commensurate to the effort and overhead cost.

One of the secret to being wealthy, is making money while you are sleeping... Just like pope said they have paid their dues...

Just like you are planing to hang boot by December just because you have or want to create multiple source of income for yourself .. if you choose to hit the road just to reminisce the memories and someone who don't know your story calls you a lazy driver. The person judged wrongly.

When you post in a public domain, then you should expect public opinion, but you must know you don't have to reply all the opinion because it's theirs not yours, and it doesn't change anything about you...it's your life your hustle your choice your money. Let peace reign bro..

Sure no doubt, just at that point in life where I am trying to figure out some things, what's honest living? All these our pastors and imam are they truly call? Look at all d tithes and offering this peeps are heaping, what if I start church or motivational speaker? A lady will b so morally upright, face is work of 70 to 150k wit all d ego in the world, one olosho in lekki will b buying property in megamound. No matter how we look at it, money rules this country, if not the world and right or wrong is fast fading away. All that I have left now is just my conscience, I no longer judge what I don't understand.
Sure bro, we are gifted with the golden opportunity of free-will.

You can be anything/ Everything you want to be in this world, if you are ready to do the work, offer the sacrifice, either taking the long or short cut, but one thing is certain every actions has its pending consequence.

That olosho that bought house in megabound paid her own price and sacrifice and she will squarely face any consequence that comes with it either Good, ugly or bad.

The question is what length can you go to get what you desire?

Money don't rule the world, decisions do.....

A man can have 5million in account and choose to starve himself towards a goal...another with such amount might be ready to paint the whole Lagos red.... That's decision.

Check out the very richest people in the world and their lifestyle compare it to those in the middle class....it's all about decisions.

Money is always there for making....that's why anyone can be rich. So the question is what length can you go to get the available money in your possession.

Take ehailing as case study.... Some makes 120k per week, some makes half of it, some makes less of it... Same app, same Lagos. It depends on what length you are ready to go for it.

Boss I need to do something with my life grin this running up and down inside sun chasing 300 trips and 600k don tire me.

Now I'm beginning to see why Chioma deh use me do yanga, some men deh make hustlers look like they r not trying atall
Better be your own motivation, or let people you really know their source of income motivate you......if you meet the guy and he tell you say make your bring your blockus (dicko) for the ritual, your mind reach?.....

Lol, upfront of at least 15% of value of vehicle. Only open to verified drivers who have been driving for 6 months.

Only God knows what else is hidden in that fine print they call terms and conditions
There is option of weekly upfront payment as well...for me the questionnaire is flexible..just pick the option you think is fair for you, if they are okay with it no prob...

You can choose if to pay weekly or monthly.

What to pay weekly but not less than 15k.

Equity deposit or upfront weekly payment.

New car or tokunbo

Car brand and year.

On paper it's flexible...
