vicjustice hi,I still think u re doing good.u re being forthright with your answers,it might not be what we want to hearbut its for the best.we have decided that I should come for a visit first because of shortage of finanance for spouse visa.
Pls consider justwise response below.
In my case all the documents listed below are available but my statement of account cannot fly .will my visa application in this circumstances be determined mainly on my husbands statement of account or do i need to have a enough money in my statement of account? Thanks

justwise: @philipin7: I think your question has been answered long ago, I don't know how the issue of birth certificate comes into it, you are visiting your husband and all you need to prove to the ECO is that he is really ur husband and that he can afford to invite you. Marriage certificate, pictures, emails, letters, phone call records, evidnce of any gift[money or any other item]. Then your own tie-to-Nigeria...your job, bank statement, leave letter, employment letter...etc. If you are not convinced then visit UKBA website.

vicjustice, pls dont get tired of answering my questions,i need to exhaust and weigh all my options.can u pls tackle the questions below.thanks and Godbless.

ifyjay: Vicjustice thanks,

1. u see the thing is am so attached to my son and reluctant to leave him behinde.if my husband is able to adopt him, will it make the whole process less complicated and will the visa be granted us.(i have made inquiries about adoption and it can be done legaly in line with d hague convention, without d biological father, if he is not in the picture).

2. Can i apply for family visit visa with my son to visit my husband and come back?can my husband be our sponsor for that category? what are our chances then?

Thanks vicjustice

Like how long would i need to to be in the Uk before i can send for my son to join us?
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by ifyjay: 8:26pm On Jun 24, 2012
thanks vicjustice for your prompt response.
1.My fiances mum sent me an invitation letter, she was the friend i was going to visit,so she also sent the biodata page of her passport and utility bill as required.
2.the document was not tampered with.some earnings i receive in cash,i spend before it gets to my account.when i filled the visa form i stated i earn between 70-150k,which is d truth.but most of the time it doesnt all get to my account,so the account s/ment was a bit different.so the disparity.
3.i didnt even know my self occupation was irrelevant.
4.right now my husband cannot afford the fees for spousal visa, but we need to be together in the same space.we have been apart for almost 6mths,its tough.
5.my son is 10,so he is still under dependancy status.
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by ifyjay: 5:22pm On Jun 24, 2012
@justwise,vicjustice and Adebyte,u are doing a great job.this is my first post here and its quite impressive.with guys like u we dont need travel agents.Assist me with this pls;i applied for a gen visitors visa in july 2011,i used my fiance's(not officialy)mum's biodata, utility bill and invitatn letter,we thought we had a better chance because shes elderly and we were not married.my bros in nig was my sponsor with his biodata,s/ment of acc and letter to the embassy.we were denied anyway. My man came to nigeria in dec of the same year and we got married.(he is a british citizen and lectures in one of the universities in uk).Meanwhile the eco cited in the letter of refusal that on a balance of proabilities,my economic circumstances were not as stated,i had no payslip.there was disparity in d s/ment of acc i submited and what i stated in the form as my earnings.this is because i am self employed and some of my earnings do not pass through my acc.i wanted to be as honest as possible in my application.i have since then gotten employment in a company, though my pay is not up to 100k,i still do some jobs on the side.I must mention i have a son from a previous marriage whom my husband intends to adopt. What are all the options my son and i have in joining my husband in the uk.?is my s/ment of acc still relevant to our application now that i am married?does my husband need to adopt my son in order for our application to be granted?do i need a letter from my employer, payslips, leave letter, employment letter and all the works?Pls ur kind response will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

He was part of the same leading party at one time, and PDP was no good even then. So the last many want to hear is him preaching to them now of what they have always known of PDP.

u need to do some shutting up ! Cheap junkie.

Of course Dana group is owned by indians.
I will never believe Nigerians, when the truth is staring them in the face, they will rather believe a lie.
And to say verifying the Identity of d owners of dana is racism,is the height of ignorance.

uhonmora: More deaths have been recorded in the Sunday
suicide bombing of two churches in Yalwa area of
Bauchi, with the latest death toll said to be over 20.

The increase in death toll is coming even as Boko
Haram today claimed responsibility for the deadly
attack. Also today, the General Overseer of one of the affected churches, Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church, aka Winners Chapel visited the site of the attack where he rained curses on Boko Haram and other terrorists organizations troubling the country.

Oyedepo whose private jet landed at the Bauchi
airstrip at about 1:50 pm local time was
accompanied on the visit by Bishop David A
bioye
and other Bishops and senior pastors of the
church. A visibly angry Oyedepo in a fiery prayer of vengeance pronounced curses on Boko Haram, other terrorists, their supporters and financiers in the country, prophesying an end to their activities.

Oyedepo who was received at the airstrip by the
presiding pastor of living faith church in bauchi,
Pastor Gaius Biyal, his wife and other senior pastors of the church, as well as the President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN)in bauchi, Reverend Emeka Emefesi said: “We serve a God of vengeance who has vowed to avenge the saints.

He will descend his instrument of death on the
camp of the enemy. We invoke the vengeance of
God on the camp of Boko Haram and their
sponsors. “We decree that this week is a week of vengeance and God will unleash his instrument of death on their camp. This month is a month of vengeance and so we release arrows of humiliating deaths on them”

thank u my brother for that.

Oh mighty daft one, it only takes you opening your eyes to read for you figure this one out. The Company IS NOT UNDER INVESTIGATION . . There are currently NO CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS against the company, or the executives, so the individuals are free to go where they want and when they want. IF, and this is IF, it is ever found that a CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION is necessary, then their movements can and should be restricted.

Honestly, stop commenting on issues you are not at least willing to do your research on. It only reveals more of what you are parking there, and that is NOTHING.

clown,u are talking from both sides of you mouth.their movement can be resticted pending when ALL investigation has been concluded.(sigh)but why waste time on a junkie like you.
Politics / Re: Senior Dana Air Indian Managers Flee Nigeria by ifyjay: 11:20am On Jun 07, 2012
Kobojunkie:

This from a slowpoke. Yes, you can investigate an incident BEFORE You go POKING around in the company that is in the background. That is why the black box that was sent(hopefully it has already been sent) to the UK, or US, for thorough examination, will not go there with boxes of files, and documents on Dana Airline and the fact that there are Indians working there.

Investigation of the company will LIKELY NOT happen until, and if, the investigation of the crash reveals the problem was company-related.

Common sense ain't expensive at all . . it is available to all those who freely open themselves to it.

u are obviously very daft and not saying anythting new.the point here is letting them go while investigation is ongoing, junkie.
Politics / Re: Senior Dana Air Indian Managers Flee Nigeria by ifyjay: 11:07am On Jun 07, 2012
Kobojunkie:

What investigation is ONGOING? Is the company itself being investigated or the incident that took place on Sunday? And who informed you that this was some CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION?? Gosh!!

DONT BE SLOW,u cannot investigate the incident that took place by seperating the company. All we have heard from d FG is that they are investigating.when d blackbox was alleged to have been flown to US is that not supposed to be part of the investigation.if investigation reveals that the plane was faulty and has been faulty to the knowledge of the management, causing the death of over 153 people, then it is criminal negligence.

GEJ is a slow poke.more than 153 people died on sunday due to obvious criminal negligence and no one has been arrested.even that clown that they call the aviation minister who thinks a total overhaul of the aviation industry is just by painting d airport and giving out shops at the airport to the highest bidder,is still sitting put.Nigeria is definitely messed up!

only in this country! Investigation is ongoing and they have disappeared! The FG could not have held them pending the outcome of the investigation?GEJ is a slow poke.I guess he needs to be reminded that he is the commander-in-chief.

norrisman: Nigerians are so racist! Indian this, Indian that. You are all feeding on speculation and conjecture. Even your gutter press is helping this feeding frenzy by faning the embers. Why wont the Indian run (thats if he did cos this report is mere speculation) when they have been convicted and waiting to be crucified by the court of public opinion!

First it was a poorly maintained plane that made an emrgency landing last week, then we found out that the registration number of the plane that made the emergency landing is different from the one that crashed.

A toilet washer at DANA Air then called Channels TV claiming the ''plane was spoilt''. WTF does the ''plane was spoilt'' mean? Nigerians are so dumb to believe a woman that can barely speak english and didnt have one technical term in her vocabulary. It is little wonder that many Nigerians are easily drawn into scams like Nospecto cause they will believe any stupid thing.

Then it was the presidents wife that caused the crash becuase the plane was held up for 2 hours. How can a plane which was scheduled to leave Abuja at 1415 (probably left later) on a 1 hr flight and then crashed between 1520 and 1540, have been held in the sky for 2 hours. Basic maths eludes many educated Nigerian illiterates.

you are obviously an indian.

Quote from Rebranded

PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan has promised reasonable power supply in the first quarter of his administration, if elected president in 2011.
Jonathan also promised that he would reinvigorate and revitalise ailing industries to create jobs for the teeming unemployed youth.

He added that his administration would evolve commercial agriculture, as part of efforts to revitalise the economy.

He said within few months as president, he restored supply of petrol, adding that it was an indication that he would do more if given the mandate in 2011.

Jonathan said the Federal Government would ensure proper placement and recognition of traditional rulers in the scheme of things in the country.

I am so disappointed in my wife. we have been married for 2 months now. i always thought i was about 2 years older than her  only to find out that she is actually 3 years older after a year  of marriage. I am very disgusted because under no circumstances did i think i will marry a lady that much older than me. I told her that age was a big criteria before we got married. Its not fair that she should do this to me. We dated for 3 years before we tied the knot . I am already 33 and she is actually about 36 by her confession. We are having problems conceiving that's why she confessed. Doctors say female fertility drops with age. Fertility even drops further after 35. I am really disgusted with her. I feel all the love I had evaporating. I really don't think I can continue with the marriage. Its just too early for a separation. I hate any thing based on lies. Please folks advise me cos i am currently looking a younger girls still in the university.

So what?am sure u have never lied to her.there is something called FORGIVENESS. u are just looking for excuses to chase university girls.
