Teenage actress Maame Yaa Konadu Jackson, who is quite popular in Ghanaian movie industry, has stated that she cannot date someone who is poor and can’t afford to buy her a car.
According to the 17-year-old actress, as a lady, she has needs and wants like owning a brand new (tear rubber) car which a poor man cannot provide.

Speaking in an interview on the Delay Show, Yaa Jackson emphasised that it will not be in the best of a poor guy to date her because she will likely cheat on him to get her needs provided.
“Every lady deserves a guy who can take proper care of her. Someone who can buy you food and buy all that you need,” she stressed.

In the revealing interview, the young actress who celebrated her birthday recently disclosed that she was dating an MP but had to break up with him.
The MP, she stated, refused to open a makeup shop for her because she was not sleeping with him.
Touching on rumours that she once dated fellow young actor Rahim Banda, Yaa Jackson explained that Banda was like a brother to her and she will not date him because he did not have the means to buy her a ‘tear rubber.’

A teenage boy has been arrested and arraigned before an Ogba Magistrates Court, for sexually assaulting a girl after watching porn.

The teenage boy who after watching porn was tempted to try it out to satisfy his sexual desire, forced his penis into the mouth of a 7-year old girl. It was gathered that incident occurred at Obanta Street in GRA in Apapa, Lagos, where they reside.

The 15-year-old boy who removed his trouser, brought out his erect penis, forced it into the 7-year old victim’s mouth and ‘commanded’ her to suck it, was caught in the act and handed over to the police on allegation of sexual assault. The matter was transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for investigation.

While the prosecutor, Inspector Donny Raphael, informed the court that the defendant was a minor as well as the victim, the suspect who pleaded not guilty was granted bail by the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O Osunsanmi, in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.
conditions, as the case was adjourned till 19th December, 2018.

Popular actress, Bukola Ogunnote, in a recent interview with Saturday Beats, pleaded with fans of entertainers to desist from jumping into conclusions any time they heard that a celebrity’s marriage was in trouble.

“For God’s sake, when you see artistes facing problems in their marriages, please do not jump to conclusions. We are going through a lot and we are human beings. If you are truly our lovers, then love us. No one ever prays to have a broken home and it is by the grace of God that some of us are in successful relationships.

“Gone are the days when I used to criticise people who had children out of wedlock. I no longer do that because if you are not in their shoes, you would not understand. It happens everywhere but because of the nature of our job, we are in the glare of publicity. So anything we do is seen as news and anything we do is usually magnified. You have no idea what we face, especially entertainers who are women,” she said.

The actress further stressed that she was against divorce but advised that in an abusive relationship, it would be best for one of the parties involved to call it quits.

“If your spouse beats you, I feel that you should find an escape route. I do not advise anyone to leave their relationship but when it comes to physical abuse, it is better to leave. We have heard of cases where a partner decided to stay in an abusive relationship and it led to their death. If a man should raise his hands to beat his wife, I would advise the person (wife) to leave the relationship,” the actress said.

Using herself as an example, she advised that parents should not encourage their children to keep friends.

“Whenever I dish out parental advice, I use myself as an example. You cannot give what you do not have and if you are not disciplined as a parent you cannot instil discipline in your children. I do not allow stardom to get into my head, rather I caution myself knowing that I am a role model to some people.

“I do not keep friends and I do not encourage my children to keep friends. I would never go to the bathroom, get naked, take a picture of myself and send it to someone; never. So, my child can never do such. You can never see me exposing my body in public. Look nice and responsible because the way you are dressed is the way you would be addressed. My child dares not go out of my house dressed indecently; I would deal with that child.

“When I took my daughter to school, I reminded her not to do anything to tarnish the image I had built over the years as a celebrity. If she tries it, I would deal with her mercilessly. If I am not in church, I am either on a movie set or at home. I don’t keep friends and my children are my best friends. I hardly attend social events; I do not go to places I don’t get invitations to attend,” Ogunnote said.
