I concur. But a good cook is not a prerequisite for a good marriage. That old adage that says the way to a man's heart is through his stomach is bullshit. I know women who are fabulous cooks but their husbands still stray undecided
The issue here is job. in my world, cooking is a profession. cool

RomanceRe: Help ! ! ! I'm Going Insane by Igwe9(m): 1:06am On Oct 09, 2009
dave21:
Maybe i can get an advice here.

I can’t believe this is happening to me.  I’m madly in love with a girl but she has refused taking my calls. I called her “pretty” on phone and she warned me to stop I apologized and the rest of the conversation went well. Since then she has refused to take my call. No girl has ever been that blunt to me in my entire life. I won’t even ask a girl out twice. The first time she refused my call I felt she hurt my pride and decided not to call her again. She has consecutively refused my call six times now, I want to call her over and over but my brother won’t let me (He took the phone away)He feels she is stepping on my esteem. I care less about my ego now; I can’t think if am not thinking about her.

I wasn’t all that serious about this @ first but now am so confused. I love her more than anything.

Any advice, because im going insane here.

Ebonyeyes:
Hun, I feel your pain. Just dont call her again if not she will walk all over you and piss on you in the process. As the great rapper "Gucci Mane" said miss one next 15 one coming wink.
Na Yeye dey worry you!  you called her pretty and she warned you, right. That's my girl! the girl must definitely be an underage or has a man in her life, hence she smelt a danger coming and called it a quit immediately, How on earth you had thought you'd  succeed with every girl you see on the street,
nonsense, some girls go  pick the call , hide am under the pillow in the pretence of network failure which the wiser men decode as illegal entry.
cool

RomanceRe: Y Do Many Nigerian Ladies Hav Inferiority Complex by Igwe9(m): 6:50pm On Oct 07, 2009
PRETTY BOY:
LOOK,IM A GUY WHO THINKS BOTH GUYS & GIRLS R EQUAL.EXCEPT MAY B IN JUST A FEW THINGS LIKE PHYSICAL & EMOTIONAL STRENGTH WHERE GUYS HAVE THE UPPER HAND. BUT I'V NOTICED THAT MOST NIGERIAN LADIES R THE ONES WHO EVEN DOWNGRADE THEIR SEX. IMAGINE THAT MANY NIGERIAN GIRLS BELIEVE THAT WHEN U HAV A CAR U WONT FIND A MAN TO MARRY U. WAT D F IS DAT? SO EVEN IF U HAV GOT D CASH 2 BUY A CAR,U'D RATHER WALK ON your FEET FOR YEARS & GET THOUSANDS & THOUSANDS OF BLISTERS ON your FEET ALL IN THE NAME OF LOOKING 4 A MAN 2 MARRY. EVEN IF U DASH ME BEYONCE,IF SHE'S GOT DAT SPIRIT,I NO GO MARRY AM. WAT D F? U MUST FIND A HUSBAND IN DIS LYF IF U WANT,SO U DONT NEED 2 SUFFER URSEF O!
I think one of their reasons could be the avoidance of them gold digger husbands undecided while atimes, priority  could just be the answer. undecided

RomanceRe: Does Education Make You A Good Wife? by Igwe9(m): 3:57pm On Oct 05, 2009
Can this be true?  a girl sent to a school could either  learn good or bad character from school; If Yes, then, it works in both ways, some become better wife materials while some do not, maybe it could be associated to the kinda company they had kept or found themselves in, while in school.
Literally speaking, education helps one realizes who he/she  is, hence brings out one’s full potential, and self actualization.
No wonder in that age and stage in life, a lady can statistically define what she’s actually wanted in a man. At this, she could step on toes as her dicission could put some men in the disadvantageous position.

RomanceRe: Guys: Do You Monitor Your Girlfriend's Appearance? by Igwe9(m): 3:58pm On Oct 01, 2009
you girls are right to some extent,  and that's the reason why i'd belief that it's easier to influence a man's character by a woman than that of a woman by a man.
No wonder guys dumb them more often than they do to guys.

The next case, could it be a broken hearted''

posakosa:
If he can't buy her clothes, he shouldn't complain about what she wears!
This reminds me  about a friend of mine that gave his gf  some money to change her wardrobe as he wasn't comfortable with the mode of her dressing.
That definitely should follow suit.
RomanceRe: Guys: Do You Monitor Your Girlfriend's Appearance? by Igwe9(m): 2:42pm On Oct 01, 2009
c'mon people, it takes only a second for a change to occur, there's nothing like insecurity. you can't trade decency with self assurance.
