@Topic? Huh? What has age got to do with your marrying someone - ok that didnt come out exactly how i want it (Coz i know many peeps cannot grasp things instantly) Let me try again. . .
If you love each other, respect each other, are compatible, understand and cherish each other, cannot see yourself with another person - what has age got to do with it? So even if you find the one for you just because she/he is older/younger/same age, you will torment yourself? *sighs* Please don't you have some more important things to think about? like the life you will make, plans for the future. . . .i tire oooo huh

Romance › Re: The Girl Or The Guy: Who Should Call More? by iice(f): 3:28pm On Mar 28, 2007
why must somethings be relegated? Is it not enough that women are designated homemakers and men are designated breadwinners? huh
I don't see how one gender should be the one to call more than the other. If you can call at that time and place, call, if you can't then don't.
Romance › Re: My Ex Boyfriend by iice(f): 3:23pm On Mar 28, 2007
Dating two guys your whole life (upto this point) apparantly makes you someone who changes men like shoes. Forget that men go through women like water, but oh yeah i forgot, its the double standard and of course a man's opinion is all that matters. . .

Why fake anyone? Do you not anticipate the horrified look on his/her face when they see that you are not what you claim to be? Setting oneself up for heartbreak, confusion and depression. Ok am trailing into a darker zone. . . .

Like others have said before, Be yourself, less stress, less lies, less manipulations, more you cheesy
I do give em my mind the first day, i don't have time to be beating round the bush, if you can't take my crap bounce and goodluck (and i mean that sincerely) on the next babe. Easy, simple and time-saving. But please do what you're most comfortable doing and not try to be someone else - in effect Be yourself.
Romance › Re: Chivalry In The 21st Century, Is It Outdated? by iice(f): 2:50pm On Mar 26, 2007
Hmmmm you know women can be confusing to men (and women too!) But i think some women want a blend of the old and new. Gender equality but yet still remain the woman (as in the traditional sense) Example would be being the provider. Some women want to be able to work and earn well without having to go through the talk with the husband that she can remain in the house. Given today's society, they (women) feel that its supposed to be a given that they can work and earn and yet at the same time not be the one to shoulder the cost of living for the family. With regards to cooking, some women know (and still hold on to the belief) that they (women) are supposed to be the ones doing the cooking regardless of today's societal pressures and changes but they (women) would like to have the occassional time off from cooking, would like a lil help from the husband - occassional i said not some regular because they still know/believe that cooking is a woman's work.

It's not common to find a woman to still clings to victorian customs and lives life like a victorian lady. BTW i do think Chivalry is in small doses grin
