The camp is at obubra,3 hours drive from calabar.its not clean and nothing to write home about.av been there twice to assist my friend who sells at mami.the soldiers are a bit hostile too but apart from that u will get along.just prepare for the worst and av fun nevertheless.also u pray ur posted to calabar if u av money to spend coz cost of living is high.the state pay 3k even though its nt consistent.wish u the best

Op, please don't mind these members asking where you stay in PH, I mean what is the essence of the question? Were you the three musketeers that went to the area? Even armed robbers sef are either guests or members on NL, so answering that question is at your own risk.

I served 2years ago and I can say the 3weeks camp exercise was fun.

Briefly let me advice some of you who have not select your desired locations.

Nigeria has 6 geo-political zones: North Central (FCT, Kwara, Kogi, Benue, Nassarawa, etc), North East(Borno, Yobe, Gombe, etc), North West, South South, South West, South east.

Places with the best NYSC camps are, Osun, Ogun, Gombe, Lagos, FCT, Oyo, Cross river and few

Places with the Worst NYSC camps are Niger, Akwa Ibom, Edo and few others.

Places with the best career opportunities (Banks, Professional Trainings & Companies) are All South West, South South, South east, FCT, Ilorin, lokoja, Nassarawa, jos, Kaduna, kano municipal and maiduguri.

Places with business opportunities are Kano municipal (sabo gari), Lagos, Aba, Benin, Ontisha, Ibadan, Makurdi, and few others.

States Governments that pay Corp members well are FCT, Lagos, Crossrivers and Rivers.

Places with poor/worst internet facilities are common in if not all northern hemispheres except FCT, Kaduna, kano, katsina and maiduguri.

Meanwhile 85 percent of people serving in North are posted as teachers at their place of primary assignment

While 60 percent of people posted to south served as teachers at their place of primary assignment.
