From Tinubu submitted document to Chicago University he graduated from Government College in MAY 1970 but the school was formed in 1974 . I think Tinubu actually attend and graduate from Chicago university with a lot of forgery documents to gain admission into the university , he is likely a brilliant student high skill forgery . He also lost his certificate and instead of applying for Re-issued He clearly forged what he submitted to INEC
