mine is egg whites and castor oil or coconut oil, some avocado pear(if available)

i love mixing the above with motions after shampoo with silicon ( works like magic on my hair) or henna placenta conditioner or bone-marrow conditioner

then i sit under the hair dryer for 10 - 20 mins or i use a steaming cap

a must have for me!
