It happened to my phone too. I noticed the pictures getting blurry. I opened the phone and find the camera cover(that glass over the camera) has gotten scratched by placing the phone on the floor without any back protection. I wiped the transparent glass from the inside and it got better. I finally improvised another cover there and I got more careful with scratching it.
