Politics › Re: Ogun Workers Commence Three-day Strike by Ikology(m): 7:07am On Mar 11, 2015 |
pendy79: One would assume all is well in PDP states concerning salary payment when one know the latest protest especially in Osun was engineered and sponsored by PDP and it assumption that painting those governors in bad light will sway votes for them.
Workers are protesting in Osun and you have just 50people on the street as if only those few are the ones in the State civil service. Those are PDP members not Osun Workers. Workers won't protest without their union flags and uniforms. When will you get sense ? How many months is Gabriel Suswan owing his Workers in Benue? Which month did Idris wada last paid civil servants in Kogi? akwa ibom with its huge allocation had civil servants going on 3weeks strike for non payment of their salary, Jonah jang is owing workers in.Plateau, JonaTAN is owing some Federal Agencies almost 3months salary, mimiko is owing salary since October 2014 for some ministries in ondo, martin elechi is owing in Ebonyi and many others govs in PDP controlled states but they will keep quiet and say Aregbesola is owing like he is diverting the monies to his private account.
The PDP using bribes and settlement to force some its members parading as civil servants to try embarrass the govs in the SW to swerve public opinion, sorry its not working, the PDP and JonaTAN won't win one SW state on the 28th of March except INEC does not use PVCs. In the SW it is anything but JonaTAN, he can continue his dollar rain of foolishness thinking money buyeth all things.
Ogun is not owing salaries, they could not find excuse, they say he is holding deductions that isn't going to the workers salary, let him pay the deduction then and stop their salaries since the deduction is paramount to them.
Which state isn't feeling the impact of the huge reduction in allocation aside Lagos State. WHEN WILL YOU GET SENSE HU?? |

SkyBlue1: Five years as President it is now that election is near that different infrastructural works have "commenced". What about Port Harcourt airport that has been in perpetual construction because the presidency is having childish fights with the state government, have they "commenced" on the arrival hall or are people from international and domestic flights still "arriving" in the make-shift tents that have been there now for the past few years? Only the blind who can't read precedences would be carried away by these last minute election "show I am working" projects. Mumu the reconstruction stated way back not because of any stupiid election in your warped mind |

LRNZH: https://punch.cdn.ng/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Members-of-Boko-Haram-sect-360x225.jpg Boko Haram fighters have killed 68 people in a fresh attack on Njaba, a village in Dambua Local Government Area of Borno State.
A civilian JTF leader said that the fleeing fighters attacked the remote village between Monday and Tuesday morning and torched houses in the community.
Also, a military source said on Thursday that the Boko Haram fighters started shooting into houses in Njaba at about 5.30am on Tuesday.
The village is close to the town of Damboa and about 100 kilometres south of Maiduguri, the state capital.
“The attack was not immediately known because the village is very remote and our men couldn’t access the area,” the military source said.
The fighters, it was learnt killed 68 men, who were mainly teenagers and the elderly.
Boko Haram then set the entire village on fire, a fleeing villager told SaharaReporters.
A fleeing woman told SaharaReporters “more than 60 people have been killed by the insurgents, they killed all our husbands and young boys,” adding that all their dead bodies littered the village.
“They came to our village at about 5.30am, during early Morning Prayer, so we started hearing heavy gunfire (then) there was pandemonium everywhere as they shot sporadically, killing anybody in sight.
“I ran into the bush since then I never seen my husband and three children. [I] came back to our village in the afternoon and saw dead bodies scattered everywhere,” Fatima Abakar told SaharaReporters by phone.
A Dambua resident, Kurri Bulama, whose father was among the people killed, said he was the only son of his father. He also complained that the military had not visited the village.
“Yes, I was told that he had been killed along with more than 60 people by militants in Njaba village on Monday. But we got to know about it on Wednesday. I am so confused I don’t know what to do. They burnt many houses. Many people fled the villages into the bush,” Kurri Bulama said.
“As I am speaking with you, the military has not visited the village as their bodies were scattered at the Njaba village till now,” he repeated.
He said there was no military presence in Njaba village since last Monday.
A senior local government official in Damboa, who declined to be named, said that most of the victims were teenagers.

barcanista: Absolutely! I was utterly disappointed when Buhari back tracked on the "Boko Haram Amnesty" that he had supported in April 2013. Jonathan have been saying that if BH wants Amnesty they should show themselves and he won't pardon faceless group. This I endorse, likewise Buhari(as at 2013). But he singing a New Song shows that he was playing to the gallery He who pays the piper dictates the tune. I bet you if given the chance he will most likely grant Amnesty to Boko haram. |

Is it not Obvious that GMB cannot be trusted? He was in the forefront advocating for Amnesty for Bokoharam but recently he has turned to say he won't grant Amnesty to Bokoharam. We should not be deceived, the moneybags have taken over. He can't even predict his next step. I can see the hands of the frogged eye politician in this. Who ever beleives in these fake change agents are nothing but political jobbers. |

Truckpusher: These APC folks seem to reason from their bum sometimes .
Castigating Jonathan and praising the military only shows their desperation even to the blind as it is obvious that they want Aso Rock at all cost and this questions the very agenda of the cult-like party because even their agenda is only known to them. Nigerians should not make the mistake of their lives by voting this party into power as it is obvious that APC is an anti people's party as they do not have Nigerians in their heart by their actions and inactions. Are you surprise? Didn't you see when they praised Agricultural Minister and refuse to accord same praise to GEJ. A party built on lies. A party desperate to grab power at all cost. A tribalistic party. |

You still hate yorubas and hausas because a stupid warlord who sworn to protect Nigeria and later wanted to blackmail us caused your forefathers to be slaughtered like pigs. While in your penury, the selfish coward ran to ivory coast and left you people to perish. Believe it or not, GEJ's time is over. Ekwensu! Leave south east alone. Bode George, Gbenga Daniel, Ladoja, Yinka Odumakin etc are they from south east? Idiot. May your life be robbed the way Tinubu is robbing Lagos treasury while hypocritically chanting change. Their smear campaign against GEJ is born out of hatred to his person rather than patriotism. Can you imagine some of them ceding credits to Agric minister for his giant strides and also for Governor Kwankwaso naming magaga irrigation farm after the Agric minister but refused to accord such achievement to GEJ. because he is from their tribe.
