Here is my unbaised view. I don't know coogar or babe3 offline, but I will give my unbiased view on what they've both said and tried to hide.


Coogar is an alleged criminal [ a real judicial court has not yet decided]. He lives in the UK but uses cards that has names of unknown individuals in the USA. He has not been able to adequately explain why he was using multiple cards from several people in USA. If you check all the evidence posted, there were instances where he asked babe3 to TRY several cards [5 cards in two hours I think] to ensure they have money. My people, help me ask, na love or stupidity? Neither. Babe3 has been with this guy for three years and she showed no shock or surprise that the's asking her to do this. THERE IS NO REASONABLE DOUBT in their conversation that suggests that she was coerced or unaware of the situation. Coogar may have been scamming to buy her LV, but Babe3 was rocking it and enjoying the money. A court would have asked her to spit out all the money she gained from their activities. He paid for her hotel for [3 or 6 months], first class trips, LV bags etc ontop of someone elses social security funds and hardwork. Sheer wickedness on both of you. May a higher power judge you. I have a family member who had her identity stolen and it has not been an easy process for her. She's still paying back thousands of dollars.

Blackmail: Coogar mentioned that he has been trying to get rid of Babe3 for 2 years now, but she no gree. She sent him video of her cutting herself [Self-Injurious Behavior]. To be honest with you, this girl is not mentally stable. During my undergrad, I worked as a research assistant for a behavior analysis clinic. I've seen her type being strapped down, so she wouldn't hurt herself. She needs medical help ..... in jail. When her videos didn't help, she started blackmailing him for money. Who knows whether her blackmails sent him to credit card fraud or whether she was blackmailing to tell the cops of his activities. From the evidence on NL, this many have been happening since the beginning of this year. Coogar agreed to pay her if she'd leave him alone [by May]. When he didn't, madam Babe3 went to jaybee3, r231, and others to acquire her money. Now they came on NL to wind up stories about the $4k being her tuition money. Which coogar said he had paid into [an] acct. Why didn't he just pay directly into her school acct? Because the card they were both using was fake! They both knew it.


Toutish Display on NL : The mods with their gang of soldier ants [multiple IDs, I suppose] now came on NL to "oust" coogar. What a joke! See the people representing themselves as judge and jury. They claimed they had incriminating evidence, yet they came to the NL court to display full agberoism. They should have taken both parties to the law, have the law decide on who is guilty and/or accomplice. I believe they didn't take the legal route because Babe3 would have been implicated. Why do they care? Because this whole charade was a vendetta against coogar. Each and every one of them had something against him. Coogar is not a loved man, by any means. He has created a nation of enemies on NL and our NL mods were banking on it. They were so beclouded by revenge that they aren't seeing the big picture; two arabian thieves in the middle of the night. Since they've made themselves the judge/jury, they've decided that coogar is a criminal and Babe3 is an innocent accomplice. Why not let the court decide?


Shady deals Off NL : Our groupies have been claiming that coogar is begging the mods behind closed doors. Why are our mods working with criminals? Begging for what? they claimed that all coogar needs to do is pay Babe3. Ahhhhh NO!!!! You guys will not sweep this charade under the carpet. Each year NL is traumatized by scam activities, and it's quite obvious that NL is enabling it. No court case, no punishment. Just an embarrassing display on NL. You don't want to take this case to court because you bit more than you can chew. You know Babe3 will be implicated as well. So you protected a criminal under the guise of "she was in love and naive". The law doesn't acknowledge INTENTIONAL ignorance. Now you claim that you brought it on NL to force coogar to pay before taking him to court. Since you have evidence I'm sure the court would have vindicated Babe3 and asked coogar to pay up. No? You also claim that you want to warn NL. Na so? Wouldn't the court had locked him up, thereby eradicating him as a threat on NL? I'd have been more interested had you brought us a court's final decision and a proof that coogar has been locked up and that Babe3 was proven innocent.

So this is the way I see it: They're alleged both criminals. You have all the evidence, their name and addresses, take them to the law. NL is not a legal system, it has no judge or jury nor a jail system. It's a market place full of vengeful and antagonistic characters.


cc Seun. Your mods are not protecting us from criminals. They're creating a climate for fraudsters. Is this how you want NL to go down in history? A playground for nefarious individuals? If you mean well, I suggest you have a legal team headed by trustable/credible individuals. ICT is a competitive playground. Know hoe to play.

My suspicion: Do you know why I started doubting your so called evidence? Because of the fake letter r231 posted. If you check the letter very well, you'll see the paper cut between the name [r231] and the content of the letter, suggesting a nefarious manipulation. Then I began to doubt all this charade. I will not be a coward in the face of criminals.


What I want: For the mods to turn these two criminals to the law and let the law decide. If you have filed a complaint, then show us evidence. We will be able to look up your reports online by ticket number, given that you're not giving us another oluwole evidence.

I so love that Ekiti accent. I kinda have this deep love for the different Yoruba dialects and accents. Reminds me of my childhood when I was exposed to different Yoruba dialects and accents growing up. We used to travel home a lot. My paternal grandmother has a farm in our home town (Abata) she has in Ondo state and we used to travel to those farms alot from Ibadan. (probably this influenced my love for the tranquility of rural, idyllic settings).
My maternal grandmother speaks only the Ijebu yoruba to us, thank God she stays in Lagos and not far from us. Though I cannot speak Ijebu but thanks to my maternal grandmother, I have a good understanding of Ijebu. Besides, we used to travel to Remo very often as a kid so mixing with the village kids and communicating wasn't a problem, I understand their Ijebu, they understand my general yoruba. I get surprised when my father's people say they don't understand ijebu that the language is hard. What I thought comes naturally to me is really I was privileged to be in a situation to make me understand Ijebu. Funny though, it is my understanding of Ijebu that i use to pick and follow (to a small extent though) other yoruba dialects because I was able to pick out the linguistic similarities.

I don't know why we refer to them as Akata. However, as used in Nigeria, it's not a derogatory term as now being understood by AAs. It was a term used to differentiate between the (native) American blacks "omo onile" of America, and (recently migrated) Africans.
