Atiku and Obi had rejected the court’s judgment, vowing to approach the Supreme Court.

In a statement on Saturday via his verified Facebook account, Osinbajo stated that the PEPC ruling was a great victory for Nigeria’s constitutional democracy and the rule of law.

The statement reads, “Congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima, and our great party, the All Progressives Congress, on the judicial affirmation of the victory at the presidential election of February 25, 2023.

“This ruling is a great victory for Nigeria’s constitutional democracy and its rule of law.

“The practice of democracy in our nation has been further strengthened by the fact that all parties faithfully followed the electoral process according to the law and relied on our courts in the event of a dispute.”

He added that President Tinubu and his administration now needed Nigerians to come together and work as one to achieve a common goal.

“Our nation now needs all of us to work together to address our challenges and to deliver the realisation of the incredible potential of our nation”, he said.

Tinubu has been using his looted funds and the well funded Billionaire Agbero Mc Oluomo and his NURTW Thugs to intimidate Lagosians to either vote for him or go home without voting since 1999.

Just see how Tinubu insisted on using the open ballot (option A4) voting method during the primary elections that denied Ambode a second term. With option A4 voting, a giant poster of both Ambode and Sanwo-olu were placed side by side with voters instructed to queue up in front of their preferred candidates poster and God help you if you queued up in front of Ambode's poster as Mc Oluomo's thugs would deal mercilessly and violently with you on the spot and you will be lucky if you make it back home without being maimed or killed.

The exact same thing Sanwoolu and the Mc Oluomo thugs used during the 2023 Lagos Governorship elections to attack voters who looked Igbo in Lagos and scare them away from voting for Peter Obi who had already defeated Tinubu in the Presidential elections.

After Tinubu lost the Lagos 2023 Presidential elections, I saw a video on Youtube of Tinubu in a meeting with Mc Oluomo's boys and Tinubu was commending the Oluomo boys in the areas of Lagos that delivered for APC whilst at the same time mentioning the areas that did not deliver and calling them boys scouts and imploring them to do better in the coming governorship elections (I wish I had saved the video).

This is why Mc Oluomo and his boys pulled out all their violent stops to ensure they scared away Igbo voters on the governorship election day in Lagos as witnessed in many videos on social media.

Not every Yoruba man in Lagos likes Tinubu but everybody who values their lives in Lagos is scared of these Tinubu / Mc Oluomo deadly Agberos thugs who are gun carrying and card carrying members of APC and are armed to the teeth. Remember during the 2019 presidential election rally that Buhari attended in Lagos that in a battle of supremacy, an NURTW thug in a bid to kill Mc Oluomo stabbed him in full view of the worlds cameras on a stage on the campaign ground and Oluomo's boys had to rush him limping on one feet out of the venue to a hospital and Oluomo later travelled abroad for medical treatment.

Without the use of thugs in Lagos elections since 1999, Tinubu could not have wielded so much power in Lagos although I will not under-estimate the power of Tinubus stolen money when there is so much corruption induced poverty all over the country and this is what played out in the just concluded 2023 Presidential elections where the more you look, the less you see.

The first time I heard Buhari refer to Tinubu as Asiwaju in 2014/15, my heart sank.

Buhari does not know that Asiwaju in Yoruba language means someone who leads the way for others to follow and in times when Nigeria was still a good country, Asiwaju will have been reserved for people in Yoruba land whose positive traits, honest and good character was worthy of emulation. If Tinubu was not a drug baron during his time in America, he would have had enough work experience working with Americans as colleagues in an office setting and he would have the confidence and free conscience to walk up to anyone of them, introduce himself and start a conversation instead of standing alone like a reject.

Tinubu is a black man, an African, a Nigerian and a Yoruba man like myself and ordinarily I should have pity at the embarrassment he must feel at being isolated and ignored by the leaders of the world's largest economies but Tinubu IS A CRIMINAL DRUG LORD that has become my country's President and I HATE THAT.
