Nonso23: Aside from enya, enigma and Yanni, i've not been too open enough to try out songs from other new age singers. Guess i'll check out clannad like you suggested. And funnily enough i don't have a favorite amongst her albums. I seem to love all her songs more individually than collectively.
As At Last count, i think i have only 82 of her works. cheesy
82 isn't only o. I didn't know all her(or should it be their?) songs totaled this much o. I have have less than that on Yanni who I love.
Clannad makes some good easy/soft listening songs. Start with I Will Find You, Atlantic Realm, Uminnari and Robin, The Hooded Man(which I think Enya covered with The Celts. I'm not sure who stole from who).

Nonso23: I have a modest library of Enya. wink
About the youtube stuff; it's for referrals.
I like some of her songs too. Have more than a score of her songs. My favorite Enya album is Shepherd Moons released in 2000. But Yanni and Clannad are my favorite New Age acts.

koonbey: George RR Martin Game of Thrones
[/i]
I'm a fan of the series which is why I'm surprised as to why you guys keep to referring to it as the Game of Thrones. It's The Song of Fire and Ice series. Game of Thrones is just the name of the first book which HBO adapted as the name of series based on the series.

You play quite a lot of Enya.

Do What You Want by Lady GaGa Feat R Kelly from the album: Artpop.
BTW, you guys should stop posting (just) youtube link. It slows the page with lots of (unnecessary) data. Please?

None of those songs make my list. Different strokes for different folks. Listened to Return To Innocence and Turn Around?

Kslib: Lol.. Why you talk so?

Although, to be honest, the audio quality wasnt that good-- it sounded more like a stage performance which in reality it is, BUT i loved the lyrics, the way the voice sounded and the emotions he poured into the song..

I love the song alot.. Why you no like am nah?
The song was just too bland. It was just like a never ending acapella, a near hit. I would have liked it if he had incorporated more instruments into the song. More piano or even synthesizer to accompany his power vocals and the inspiring lyric..

Nomski0: Justin Timberlake- Cry me a River. #classic JT
Truly a classic. Sadly, Justin has grown past making that kind of music.

AdannayaBella: Where exactly did I say that Adele didn't deserve the Grammys?

Emeli has more powerful songs both vocally and lyrically. That is my opinion, you are of course entitled to yours.
Sorry, the last part of that post was obviously not meant for you.

Kslib: John Legend--- All of me!!
I appreciate John's vocal prowess in this song, but it's got to be the driest thing I've heard by him in a long time!

People Get Ready by Eva Cassidy. She isn't a popular artiste, but I so like and connect with this song. Does anybody else here know about her? She's dead by the way...

Random question: Who do you guys prefer between Adele and Emeli Sandé?

For me, it's Emeli Sandé FTW. I also think it's funny that Emeli's first name is Adele grin
Adele. She performs more powerful songs. Her songs, especially the ones from her 21 album make me feel thing the way none of Emelie's songs has.
If you say Adele didn't deserve the Grammies, who did?

Science/TechnologyRe: India Has Just Blasted Off To Mars. What About Africa's Space Programme? by Illuminatus(m): 3:37pm On Nov 10, 2013
souldust: space is education. One thing we are even failing to understand here is: if these world powers go to mars and find usefull minerals, do you think they would want to buy your minerals anymore? We would be more impoverished, dont you think? Since our major source of income is minerals.

They went round the world, they found minerals and they used all thier might to colonize the place. Isnt it possible for them to find minerals in space too?
We don't have the economic and human resources to embark on such a mission. Would you have us borrow more money to fund your fanatical trip around space in hopes of searching for something worth more than gold or crude oil?
Science/TechnologyRe: India Has Just Blasted Off To Mars. What About Africa's Space Programme? by Illuminatus(m): 3:31pm On Nov 10, 2013
souldust: do your research. India has been to the moon and they also found water on the moon. This is something the US, EU and russia have not been able to find.
And what did they use the water for? Does it have special healing properties or something that is exceptionally profitable? I just think it's all a stunt to showing power.
Science/TechnologyRe: India Has Just Blasted Off To Mars. What About Africa's Space Programme? by Illuminatus(m): 3:20pm On Nov 10, 2013
ROSSIKE: Sure. Let's just sit back and WAIT till the rest of the world has advanced past us, then we play catch up/// AGAIN.

Do we never learn??

And before you run me that ''we have other issues to deal with'' line, INDIA probably has MORE such issues to deal with than we do, including poverty, illiteracy etc etc. But they KNOW they cannot afford to wait to resolve all those issues first before thinking of scientific and technological advancement.
Wow. I'm surprised to learn that space programme is more important than providing employment and revitalizing the education sector. That we should jump the cart and pay other nationals to come build rockets for us. You do realize that with the state of education sector not a single graduate produced in Nigeria can design a spacecraft that can successfully be launched into space?

You don't have a problem...yet. You guys have dated for six years and in that time, religion hasn't a problem for you guys, why should it become one now?
I guess it depends on what you're afraid of. If she won't stop the kids from attending your church, and you promise to not force the kids to attend with you, things will be simple for you guys. You like her, she likes you. You like certain qualities about her that you can't find in many other women. I think you have the answer to your question.
Good luck
Christianity EtcRe: I Need Your Plain Contribution To This!! by Illuminatus(m): 10:00am On Nov 10, 2013
Nowhere in the Bible was it categorically stated that someone went to hell. The only person mentioned is the Rich Man Jesus used in a parable. We don't know if Adam and Eve went to hell(I still think the Creation Story is a folklore, BTW). It wasn't mentioned anywhere in the Bible. And I'm not about to judge whether or not they went there.
We also don't know where the people that drowned will be going. Possibly, hell because they died for and in sin and ignorance. Again, I won't judge.
But it is important to note that during the Old Testament, God operated a different system. People were under the Law and so, judgement was passed to them immediately they commit any sin and punishment follows. As such, the term Hell wasn't familiar with the Isrealites because nobody told them about it.
The New Testament is a different era where people get punished for their sin in the afterlife. We're under Grace. We're told that all those found guilt of sin on The Last Day will be thrown in the pit of fire. See?

What email service are you using? There should be a Forgot Password option for it. Click on it. If you had provided Security Questions upon registration, they'll ask you the questions. Once you provid correct answers, they'll open the address for you and ask you to change your password. If you had provided an alternate email address, they'll send a mail to that address with a link that'll unlock your email.
