Sermwell: do you have proof of this? If you are approached to substantiate on this, will you be able to convince beyond reasonable doubt? Can you give evidence in support of this assertion?....well, except this is a topic for debate, you might just be guilty of unwarranted assumption.
You and this your Logic. That he doesn't have proof doesn't exactly mean that it isn't true. Last time I checked, this wasn't a murder trial, so need to be demanding for proof BEYOND ALL REASONABLE DOUBT yet.

pls my ogas ,wat ar d differences btw, homicide, manslaughter, matricide, and suicide?

2ndly wic one cn we say is d least nd the highest crime in criminal law?

3rdly what are the relationship betwen fundamental human rights and criminal law?
I'm going to skip the first question. I don't have the time for it now.
Now, ranking the listed crimes from the bad to worse:
Suicide (technically, this isn't a crime which is why I ranked it last)

Homicide
Manslaughter - this crime is quite related to murder but the difference is that the criminal didn't have the intent to kill. If found guilty, the accused could spend years in prison but not for as long as a murderer.
Matricide - The murder of anyone, much less one's mother is a very huge criminal offense punishable by a long term inprisonment.

I tried formatting my system today but I learned
that I couldn't because "the setup didn't have
permission to the installation files". I think it has
something to do with the fact that I have the
BIOS password protection enabled. I tried
disabling the password protection but each time I
put in my password in the BIOS Adminstrator
Password space, it acts as if I put in the wrong
code. I use the same code to unlock the hard
drive each time I start up the computer so...
Anyway, now, I want to permantely disable the
password protection. How do I do that?

Christianity EtcRe: Why Do They Regard Catholics As Idol Worshippers by Illuminatus(m): 10:01pm On Oct 27, 2013
It has something to do with the fact that they take one of Ten Commandments literally. They view it that bowing and praying to worshipping Mary the Mother of Jesus is equivalent idol worship.

Hehehe. When I first saw this topic, you can't believe what crossed my mind. Some akin to what happens in Fifty Shades of Grey. Anyway, I kinda admire the thought behind this. Now, going to sit back and see lovebirds and lovers connect.

I don't know about you guys, but when I get married (or it's equivalent) I intend to share the bills with my partner. It's just going to be a mutual agreement based on how much we earning and how much we're willing to put into regular house up keep. No matter what people say, money and sex are the two power brokers in a relationship. I'm a somewhat independence freak so I won't let my partner take over all our every needs if I can help it (even if the person is on the Forbes richest list).

Hey, boss. I'm in a bit of a spot. I have a SRT 4663X receiver that is connected to two dishes. I get channels from two satellites, Eutelsat W4 and Intelsat 7,10k. I want to start receiving Joy TV but don't know how to go about it. Help?
I've read the previous posts. I tried connecting to ASTRA12ABD but it isn't part of my satellite line up.

DutchesSsS: Please, I don't know how to write a literaturre review and how exactly do I get materials online..I'm still on chapter 2. I don't know what to write andd how to write it.....I'm really not close to any library at the moment..
What is the chapter two about?
FamilyRe: Hello, Please I Need Your Help!!! I'm Stuck!!! by Illuminatus(m): 5:22am On Oct 25, 2013
DutchesSsS: Yes, I have..

Left ventricular echocardiogram of subjects that consumes alcoholic beverages...
Aha. That sounds huge. I'm not a science student, but I'm a fairly good writer and I know how find things.
I suggest you read up on your project topic and all the contents. Go to the best Library in your area and read everything and anything you can find there. The internet is another great tool. You can find lots of stuff online. If you need help hunting things down online, ask and I could help.
Don't force yourself to write. Take a few hours rest doing other things and inspiration might strike you.
Finally, what exactly is the problem? Why did you stop Chapter 3? You didn't know what to write? Or you didn't know how to write it?
FamilyRe: Hello, Please I Need Your Help!!! I'm Stuck!!! by Illuminatus(m): 5:02am On Oct 25, 2013
What are you writing on? What is the topic of your project? What exactly do you need? Have you drafted out a Table of Contents?
FamilyRe: How To Care For A Female Child by Illuminatus(m): 9:28pm On Oct 24, 2013
samdede: How do I raise a God fearing female child in this century?
Sighs. I don't know about the God-Fearing part.
Four main things affect a child. Family. Friends. School. And Environment.
You and your wife (if you have one) are the first role model, especially the wife/her mother. She's going to emulate her. If your wife gossips, she'll likely gossip. Her older siblings also influence her. She'll want to be like them. So the first step is to be a role model and live examplarily lives.
Her friends (when she eventually gets some) will also influence her. Peer pressure is a powerful force and she'll be forced to learn a thing or two (if you're lucky) from them. Screen her friends and make sure they're the kind of people you want her to roll with.
Then, the school. The school plays a very important part. If you enroll her in a Church run school like Catholic run schools, she'll gain some religious ideologies from there. The school is the next great tool for impacting knowledge and child upbringing. The wrong school might ruin your child. It is important that you know what they from school and then help them practise it at home(if they're admirable).
Finally, the environment. If you live in a downtown, rundown street with lots of hoodlums...you're child might end up pregnant before her sixteen birthday (unless you coop her up in your apartment, which isn't advisable). So ensure that you live in a family friendly environment.
Finally, I'll like to add that raising a child isn't like breeding a dog. You have to work hard and hope for the best. Ensure to gain the balance between being a caring and loving parents and stern and strict. Something that's called bad cop, good cop combination.
Good luck.

Subom1: It is definitely not Malaria or Typhoid cos I dnt live in Africa.
And Africans are only ones who get Typhoid? Anyways, get tested. It's the first step for you treatment. As it is now, we can't arrive at a treatment without making a diagnosis and determining what's wrong.

I'm a romantic. But on no account should stall your career for a boyfriend or girlfriend. Especially if you're young. If you guys really love each other, you'll find a way to make things work and he/she'll accept you for who you are and what you want to be.

LiteratureRe: Harry Porter, The Wheel Of Time, The Lord Of The Rings. Which Is Best? by Illuminatus(m): 6:55pm On Oct 24, 2013
Out of the three, the Harry Potter series is the only one I've finished. Yes, the first three books were sort of childish, but what do you expect, it was written FOR children. The last four books are epic for me with The Deathly Hallows being everything I could ever want.
The Lord of the Rings is interesting, but it is really demanding. I only finished it cos I never put down a book without finishing. I thanked God when they started releasing the movies. It helped me finish the series books.
I haven't read The Wheels of Time and Codex of Altera. But I'm going to check it out as soon as possible.

Uyi Iredia: I'll respond to your points

* on inc€$t

High probability of deformity also applies to certain people with latent genetic disordered who aren't related. The child the inc€$tous couple could be aborted till a normal one is gotten, also advances in genetoc cod possibly reduce the risk which I suspect is overestimated. Besides they might not even want kids.

* on b€$tiality

Humans have had consensual relationships with animals as pets. Some take it further so they are deeply emotionally tied to their pets so mych so the pet death's causes grief. Please watch evolution vs God on YouTube to see how some atheists value a pet's life over a humans. Now some take it even further and engage in con$€nsual s€x with the animal. Trust me if it's not consensual the animal would ferociously attack the human especially if it's a strong mammal eg a fog, a horse. The pet owner isn't harming anyone else. Its one's body, one's pet and their $€x.

* on n€crophilia

Playing my emotions here will not suffice. As a dead body I wouldn't give a f*ck what happens to it, only living dogs would. If a couple (married or not) would want to engage in n€crophilia ifnone of them dies, would you deem it moral and would you grant them that right ?

Finally I must say your answers lack merit. For the simple reason that aspects of each sexual behavior you coopted to dismiss my talk of them harming no one have been paralleled in dismissing gays. Yet here we are. If them Yanks wanna have gay marriage, and so redefine marriage in the process, why would they still hold the moral and legal line against other 'oddities' eg polygamy, inc€$t and b€$tiality. They harm no one and have rights as much as gays too.
Have you ever heard that someone was arrested for having sex with his dog in private? Have you ever that a couple were beaten in public because they're first cousins?
It is obviously that the lot of you think homosexuality is unnatural, religiously wrong and some of you just can't understand it.
It is funny, actually, seeing as a similar situation existed not so long ago in American. The North and the South were arguing on whether slavery is legally wrong or not.
Some Humans feed on misery and have a dangerous ideology. Not so long ago, our grandfathers' killed twins and buried slaves with their masters, alive. These ideas are now generally accepted to be wrong. But in those days, they were held up as norms, traditions, the obvious and natural way of life.
The Church not so long ago carried out a massive hunt in England for witches. Hundreds of women were killed and burnt based on the premise that someone thought they were witches. The church now admits that it was wrong, years later, with a lot of innocent women already murdered.
My point is that often in our defense of what we value as our culture, ideas or accepted mode of conduct, we make mistakes. I won't force you guys to accept that gay people mean you no harm. But I implore you to understand that...gay people are still humans, going on their lives - their sexuality just a part, faucet of their personality - they eat, breath, shit, sleep and feel as we all do. They love and have sex too. Live and let live.

Sagamite: It is being INTENTIONALLY over-flogged to brainwash people.

The over-flogging is just Step 1 of the approach devised by a brilliant homosexual, Harvard-grad psychologist.

http://www.cfnews.org/hm-tactics.htm

Step 2 and 3 are the evidence you are seeing here.

Share this on Facebook to limit the brainwash!
Of course, people will always have some sort bad thing to say about almost everything. If you've googled for Conspiracies in Christianity. There are thousands of sites dedicated to telling people that Christianity is the worse thing that ever happened.
RomanceRe: Nigerians Against Same Sex Marriage by Illuminatus(m): 3:36pm On Oct 23, 2013
Sagamite: People are caught stealing and tire is thrown on their neck and they are set alight.

People coming back from work are arrested by police and put in detention until they pay for "bail".

Girls are harassed by lecturers for sex, otherwise they will add an extra 3 years to their graduation date.

Men in military uniform beat innocent civilians on the streets for not having awe of them.

For all these, NOTHING is done to address it because we have fucktards as leaders.

Now back to the point I made:

It does not make sense to use the lack of law enforcement, because of pure incompetence of law enforcement agencies, as justification for legalisation of something.
Safeguarding in the sense that if someone is attacked for his sexuality, he could go and report it to the law enforcement without being thrown in jail.
Yes, Nigerian's law enforcement doesn't uphold human rights. It is saddening that ordinary Nigerians don't too.
