Creative mind: Welcome great, i'm humbled by your submission. Thanks a lot and welcome to the world of the educated and learned. As for my brother interested in books, please law reports help a lot. The law student society of my school do launch law journals in honour of eminent Senior Advocates, Justices and Judges too. The book is responsible for a good percent of what i know about law. The likes of the first female SAN of Nigeria, Justice Legbo Kutigi, Justice Oguntade etc has been honoured with the book. You can meet some of those in the school to help you with each version launched. I think books from OAU, UNIBEN, UI and UNIZIK too are good. Not trying to say the mentioned schools are better. Only made my opinion known based on what I know about them. I have this book titled "JUSTICE FOR ALL AND BY ALL" too. It is a bitter pill for young advocates... A bitter pill with a great therapeutic effect. You can read on American Presidents too, i think there are spectacular things about all of them from which one can learn.Happy Birthday to you. Hope you had like twenty-six (I'm guessing that's how old you are ) of fun. |
Gerlard's Game by Stephen King. Page 61. Won't say anything till I finish:-) |
gentlefada: finest go to this site www.e-booksdirectory.com/ for ebooks on law and philosophy. Also if u are interested in Grisham's novel (he is a legal writer) u can visit www.ebookbrowse.com and type grisham in the search box. U can try books like runaway jury, the rainmaker, the street lawyer, the appeal etc.Thanks. I've been hearing about John but I am not yet ready to read him yet. I'm on Stephen King now. But more importantly, I tried searching for an ebook about Legal Method or Theories of Law from the site and I didn't get anything. Help with where to get those? |
dotun55: An autobiography, Travels by Michael Crichton (Author of Jurassic Park). Page 6, hard copy.I've read a lot of his works. Congo, Sphere, The Andromedra Strain, The Eaters of the Dead. His works are usually good, but I don't know about this autobiography. How's it coming? |
African and Proud by Sarkodie |
She isn't the youngest please, I've read something co written by a set of twin boys at eleven. It was horrible, but it's still a published work. So fifteen isn't so spectacular for me anymore. |
53. Date of creation isn't usually celebrated. Independence Day is what's usually celebrated by all countries. Moreover, the Nigeria of 1914 is quite different of the Nigeria of 1960 which is still somewhat exists now since the Southern Cameroons broke away. |
Hmmm. Your case is...well, special. I'm going to get back to you. |
Viva La Vida by Coldplay |
Wrecking Ball by Miley Cyrus |
Are you emotionally ready for another relationship? It depends totally on you. I think a month is long enough to mourn your other relationship. You should go out and have fun. That doesn't mean you should be reckless or fall for the start another relationship with the first guy you go out with. Test the waters and let your heart AND your head lead you. Good luck. Would like to hear from you later ![]() |
I watch this funny series called Desperate Housewives . Anyway, I'm going to tell you what Tom told his wife one day on the topic of sex: men are never too tired to have sex. So to me, I don't buy your husband's excuse that he's tired from work. I know a guy that does it almost everyday. He's a carpenter. (don't ask me how I know this cos I won't tell ). My point is, maybe you should try and revitalize your sexual relationship. Men often get aroused by what they see. Do you know his turn ons? I know it sounds childish but some men are turned on by a certain dress. And then you need to talk with him. Ask him if there's some fantasy he wants to try out. The problem is between the two of you, and as such, I don't think you should involve a third party, especially your in-laws. If you try every other thing and it doesn't work? Honey, get a Love Machine. They are sometimes more effective and trustworthy. |
Finally, I've stumbled through Dreamcatcher. I'm hoping to start a Robert Ludlum book tomorrow. Wish me luck! |
Stallion84: art gives diff meaning to diff people and not just MLObviously, you don't understand. Read the previous posts. And it isn't a picture, but a two hundred year old painting. |
plaetton: I been and reminded today and many other times on this forum that I need to first believe before I can make sense of the scriptures. You've spoken like a true cynic and athesist. I'm not going to say that they're wrong but I'm going to tell you that the Bible was written by inspiration from the Holy Spirit. Sometimes narrated in the Bible might seem Humanly impossible. But the thing is, nobody should be/is forcing you to believe or even agree. It takes Faith to be a true Christian, when you eventually want to be one, you'll understand. |
No. Maybe this is because I've never dated anyone before and I'm still not interested in dating yet. But I do know that I've never been attracted to someone before because they look like or have something in common with someone I'm directly related to. Why are you asking? |
Haven't you heard of The Trinity? God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. God often usually means God the Father, Lord usually means God the Son (more in the New Testament). Although, it might seem confusing, it is like a person with multi personality disorder ![]() |
Aribab: As a law student, when shud he/she read? I mean in each day, wen shud he read assuming he/she is free 4rm 4:00p.m. till 12:00a.m. & wen shud he/she visit library in each day? |
Aribab: As a law student, when shud he/she read? I mean in each day, wen shud he read assuming he/she is free 4rm 4:00p.m. till 12:00a.m. & wen shud he/she visit library in each day?Everybody is different, and as such, they shouldn't read AT THE SAME TIME. Studying Law is hard, and it is expected that Law students should read up on their own. It is then left for you to discover when is the best time for you to read. I read anytime except in the middle of the night. I don't do night reading. And I visit the library less than twice a week on average. I usually find most things I need from the internet. So you need to decide for yourself when you feel should be right for you. At least 2 hours everyday and not more than three hours at a go. |
I hate to break it to you, but although The Da Vinci Code - which is the Dan Brown book that mentions this painting - is based on some facts, it is still greatly hypothetical, with many unproven facts. |
kiddeinstein: Well, followin Dan Brown's Angels and Demons & Davinci's Code, iRealised that the Monalisa's face iz actually half male, half female (check out the eyes n smile) plus Leonardo used a unique style of paintin where u have an underlyin portrait n anoda portrait on top of it...there's alot to this painting, tis a work of perspective where you'd wonder n wish to see what Monalisa sees...No doubt tis a wonderful masterpiece n I'ma be at tha Louvre Museum one day to relish this artistic work. The face is really Da Vinci's. He just added a few feminine touches. |
I've been reading eBooks o. Harry Potter 5-7, Twilight series, The Hunger Games series. Yes, it's portable. But I still like to smell the book ![]() |
If you're asking this question, I'm sorry, I can't make you see why Mona Lisa is a great work of art. What you need to consider is that this great work was painted in the 16th century, 1500. Da Vinci put great work into painting this masterpiece. The technique, Mona's mysterious smile and the fact that Mona has Da Vinci's face are all compelling reasons to understand the quality of this painting. Pls, tell me which other paintings you consider better? |
Ajibel: 48 laws of powerWhat's NAU? I've read eBooks and lots of hardcovers, but I prefer Hardcovers. I don't know why yet. |
I don't care. But I hate what she did at the VMAs. I guess she's trying to tell us that she's no longer Hannah Montana, but really, this is a bad call. What will her kids say in twenty years time. |
OmoUSH: Michael Jackson was truelly a music legend. His influence, not only in music, is extra-broad. Mj did really set the stage for almost all black musicians of future generations. Globally, the artistes he inspired are countless. Some of the prominent figures are Madonna, Rkelly, Mc Hammer, Usher, Bobby Brown, Destiny's Child, Justin Timberlake, Boyz 2 Men, Jodeci, Bobby Vinton, Mary J Blirge, and host of others. This topic shouldn't be here. Usher agrees that HE WAS INFLUENCED BY MICHAEL JACKSON. Michel Jackson inspired so many people. Between the two, Usher seems more like a singer than an entertainer. |
LOL. So true! |
Try by Nelly Furtado. |
