Erenjp:well deserved snub. You should watch The Boy and the Heron, you'ld totally understand. The award is for best "animated" film and the award was made for the Boy and the Heron |
Octopusssy:What if this is a past life as well, and we are already something else to each other in our next life? Who do you think we are then? This touched me hardddd! You'ld love Perfect Days then |
Movies I watched last week - Damsel - 2/10 - Another boring cash grab for Netflix, they know people would watch! The Man from U.N.C.L.E - 8/10 - "this movie is the perfect blend of espionage and entertainment. It's so good, it should come with a license to thrill!" Sicario - 9/10 - 'You're asking me how a watch works. For now, just keep an eye on the time.' Oppenheimer - 12/10 - "Now I am become Death, the Destroyer of Worlds." Past Lives - 9/10 - "What if this is a past life as well, and we are already something else to each other in our next life?" True Lies - 7/10 - this movie is nostalgia bait but watching it now, it just seems bland but still funny "You're fired!" The Age of Adaline - 8/10 - "The only constant is change, but for me, it's the one thing I can't embrace." The Favourite - 9/10 - this movie is a better movie than Poor THings in Yorgos Lanthimos filmography - "Sometimes to lose balance is to find peace." |
GloriousGbola:What do you expect from the daily show😂 nitpicking what they want their audience to hear not what's actually true. The candidate has actually talked extensively about the dying state of education in North Carolina in the same speech they nit picked😂 you Democrats are so fucking dumb, you don't second guess the news before you believe it- I'm not even a Republican but you guys crazy structure is just flat out insane😂. They try to water down the trans issue like it's not a big deal when it actually is and could be what smears what real freedom in democracy means - look innerwards and not what CNN and MSNBC wants you to hear. Good luck and be wise |
GloriousGbola:That's the problem with leftists- you guys tie a certain "conspiracy theory" to every right winger that you come out as ignorant and stereotypical wildlings You guys forget you started the conspiracy theory that blacks are subhumans and should pick cotton for life |
GloriousGbola:That goes for the baby killing left wingers too. If you want to make a political statement, don't f^cking generalise |
Kaycee7:Bro, this is the danger of just listening to a single story, why add "right wing" just to make conservatives sound stupid, that's bleeped up bro. Don't just read a headline and believe it without thinking twice |
Kano Tricycle Rider Honored with Over 250 Million Naira in Scholarships Auwalu Salisu, a commercial tricycle rider in Kano, has garnered widespread recognition after returning a missing N15 million to its rightful owner. At the 2023 Annual Leadership Conference held today, Salisu was lauded by government officials, organizations, and individuals, receiving numerous accolades and gifts. Among the honors bestowed upon Salisu are scholarships worth more than 250 million naira from various government and private sources. Additionally, he has been offered scholarships to prestigious institutions such as Harvard and Cambridge University. Salisu's remarkable act of integrity has also earned him housing and land properties in Northern Nigeria, totaling approximately 400 million naira in value. During the ceremony, Salisu was awarded the title of "Most Outstanding Young Man of 2023" and received commendations from several governors, including those of Niger, Taraba, and Governor Peter Obi. He was also praised by prominent business figures and government ministers. Could make a billion. Reason 1. No actual competition except Kungfu Panda 2. More rewatchable than Oppenheimer

SIXFEETUNDER:Ocean's dying, plankton's dying... it's people. Soylent Green is made out of people. Loved this mid movie |
100naira:In Bullocks' it's $24 |
abduleez1:The Boy and the Heron has been up for download since Feb. 4th bro check |
abduleez1:Recovering its filming budget already. I also downloaded the IMAX version of Dune 1 on tfpdl. Where can I get IMAX version of movies?
|
Dune Part Two - Best Cinematic Experience I've ever had Maybe the reason it's is because this was my first time watching a movie in IMAX since there were never any real IMAX movies in Nigeria. Dune is crazy from beginning to end with great suspense unlike the first. Big-screen enterprises, particularly those adapted from books with a huge, fiercely loyal readership, often have a ponderousness built in to every image. In some, you can feel the enormous effort it takes as filmmakers try to turn reams of pages into moving images that have commensurate life, artistry and pop on the screen. Adaptations can be especially deadly when moviemakers are too precious with the source material; they’re torpedoed by fealty but Dune 2 does all this with great care and ease. I'ld have to rewatch it to even do unpack everything I saw because there's a lot to cover 9.5/10 |
WriterNig:Stop the CAP, the pilot episode is way stronger than the GOT pilot |
SOZINN:It boggles my mind |
Time to feast
|
Dune Part Two is the highest rated movie in iMDB history with a score of 9.4. Can't wait to watch this movie, the hype is unreal |
Kaycee7:Yeahhh😭 you've watched it? |
No one watched Pluto😭 everybody dey miss |
nani667:Biggest problem was naming Aang Ong😂 with the most hilarious reason. Can't believe Shyamalan is still giving money to make movies after the dog fart of a movie. I recently rewatched it thinking maybe there's a slight payoff- biggest mistake of the year |
oyaskii:Also, if you want to convince someone to watch Game of Thrones, just show them that S7 ambush scene, it has worked for me every single time! |
oyaskii:S7 was goated in my opinion, it had the best fight sequence of the entire show that I still go back to watch every year - the one where Daenerys ambushes the Lannister army with her dragons with the famous line "We can hold them off" muahh!! Chef's kiss!! People forget it's the season where we get to see Arya killing all the Freys, little finger dying, Jon Snow and his people at the middle of a legion of dead people and still surviving. The reason most people don't just like it's Ed Sheeran cameo and the plot holes at the end |
NeoWanZaeed:This truly tells me your opinion on movie or series can be trash. No offence |
SOZINN:Diversity politics, trying to make the fat kids fit in |
jikins: bro, how can you compare the CGI of a 2010 version to a 2023 remake with a better budget, that's not a legit comparison in any way |
Predestin:I was not bold enough to say this |
NeoWanZaeed:😂I'm not even in your country |
jikins:You just proved my point, you're using the movie as a yard stick for this and you say massive improvement like it's the same people that made this |
Erenjp:Nah, AOT is my best anime of all time; I was just talking of the Season 1 - boring in the sense that it's a slow burn just like Season 1 of Succession |
NeoWanZaeed:unfortunately you can't, I got it from a private telegram channel with no links. It's better than even reviewed, intense from beginning to end, the same intensity as RRR |
NeoWanZaeed:downloaded |
