It's a result of decades of neglect, no education, no jobs. Otherwise, you are paving way for uncontrolled crime. These guys are kept busy from higher crime with these park rubbish. When you chase them, you are creating a huge crime scene for your state. All kinds of cults, gangs, attacks, reprisals, pick pockets, mugging etc. will follow. An idle mind is the devil's workshop. Na dem dey join Boko haram, kidnappers and bandits for north.

A lot of selective amnesia going on here. Many fans of Obi assume that only the new figures that just collected PVCs are going to vote. They forget the millions of veteran voters who have always and already had their PVCs and are not new to voting.
They assume that every new voter is for Obi, SMH.
They forget that their ipod bosses say no election in SEast, which means low and short turnout of voters.

Igbos must be wise, there are thousands of candidates on the ruling party's ballot. Use your God given brain not sentiments. It's not too much to ask. Again, i never said anything is wrong with other versions or with revisions. Even Jesus Christ quoted from revised versions. What i said is  it still remains the most accurate/detailed of the English versions. If you don't understand it, use another version no fight.
