Common Bible 101 that many christains and mammon loving pastors don't know. I'm praying this lovely honest man finds the real Jesus.
Exodus 23:8 And thou shalt take no gift: for the gift blindeth the wise, and perverteth the words of the righteous.
Deuteronomy 16:19 Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.

It's also part of work ethics in many multinational corporations BTW.

When a man doesn't recognize the limits of freedom, when a man thinks he has liberty not knowing he's in chains. When a man needs the Saviour and doesn't know it. A wasted life that would be.

sorry. But before I reply u, I need to assume that u are an accountant or at least knowledgeable in matters of government treasury operations.

Now having assumed that, let me ask u; what makes u think buhari thought this through before giving marching order to the MDAs to migrate?

Do u know the logistics (training and retraining of staff, orientation of bankers, synchronising the banks' platform to properly integrate with the GIFMIS application in OAGF, budget and appropriation issues, bank reconciliation and issues resolution procedures etc) that should be considered and ironed out before implementation of TSA?
If u know a bit about govt financial operations, you will know that this issues are not childs play. Any one of them, if not properly handled, will seriously hamper TSA implementation and by extension, the public sector operations.

U see, TSA is a good development any day any time. But the implementation needs to be planned very very carefully. it is not something u just issue a marching order without addressing the inherent logistics. that is a perfect recipe for future disaster. Take it or leave it.
Life without TSA was a disaster already, we're going to survive such future disasters that limit corruption and waste.

stupid fool. i told you I saw him. keep deluding yourself. did you not read where I said if you or your hypothetical "foreign guest" wanted to see him, that I could make that possible?? but no, your blind unreasonable ass won't read and comprehend. tell whichever foreigner you have to go to the SCOAN. at the close of the service he/she would be asked to wait behind. now whether he/she gets to see him depends on the conversation with the evangelist. if he/she is asked when he/she would be leaving back to his/her country, the best answer to give is "tomorrow" . if you say you'd be leaving next week, or a later date you will not be allowed to see him because they will think you still have more time in the country and can always see him. Also when asked if its your first time at the Church, say "yes". if you say no, you won't be allowed to see him, because they will think you've already seen him and they would rather people who haven't met with him before to meet him. he/she should go with any document that proves that he/she is a foreigner or a Nigerian living in any other country. Nigerians living in Nigeria also get to see him too but its quite easier for foreigners.

and yes!!! 6 out of 10 foreigners coming into Nigeria are headed for the SCOAN. this statistics was done by the Nigerian immigration authority. Google is your friend. you can either go see him/ send someone to OR you go get any drug that reduces mental retardation.
In other words, he is HIDING in Nigeria?

Oga I haven't asked you to do anything yet. All I did was to show that Isaiah 7 is not about Jesus. Your disciples have responded by saying God sends His word and it comes to pass, not once, but twice. That is fine, I know many shall read and understand. Further prophecies to follow sir.
They are not my disciples, don't be devilish. i don't care what you say, nor am i interested in buying your stories. You need to state clearly what you have to offer. You're saying in summary to reject Jesus, which is a most foolish proposition. But I'm being gentlemanly and logical and patient to ask you, FOR WHAT? To whom or what are you taking us after Jesus? Because we've seen Jesus, so handsome than anyone. What do you have, better than Jesus? That's not too hard to answer, is it?

technically, u are right to say GEJ did not introduce TSA (as a policy). It is embeded into the laws of Nigeria that all revenues from all government ministries, department and agencies are to be paid into the CRF except those specifically exempted. However TSA in its present form with its underlying technology is an enforcement mechanism for the existing law. So Gej introduced the enforcement mechanism for TSA. Let us give him credit for that please.

Now as for TSA not lasting, I can assure u as a seasoned accountant in the public sector that the underlying technology on which the TSA is based is very robust and the system was properly designed to be sustainable.
However, the implementation is another ball game all together. TSA is a wonderful innovation. If it does not last, we shud not blame the technology. We should blame the policy makers and the pple implementing the policies
TSA is an IMF thing. Okonjo dubbed it from IMF practices abi na best practices but didn't implement. The current government saw it as a good template and are implementing.

The message " all revenue due to the Federal Government or any of its agencies must be paid into the Treasury Single Account (TSA) or designated accounts maintained and operated in the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), EXCEPT OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY APPROVED. " was widely reported by many news media as far back as September 7 and even earlier. It was always in the plan. The NNPC for instance cannot practically run that.

When people have no valid argument, they mount a personal attack.
Let's not get sidetracked. Have I shown that Isaiah 7 is not about Jesus Christ? Yes.
If you are satisfied, I will move on to another prophecy. If not, please state your case.
Don't be ridiculous, there is no personal attack. You should not be ashamed of your testimony and its benefits. "i wonder what you have benefitted since "God" opened your eyes. Don't be shy to share.
Do not attempt to detract from the main issue, which is where you are going or taking us. You are trying to tell us that Jesus is unreal or useless, that the New Testament is unnecessary, that we should stick to the Old Testament. Something like that. You'd really have to be crazy to think that i will take that without your telling me its benefits. What are you selling to us? You claim and pray that God should open our eyes, so you tell us what you have enjoyed than us since God supposedly opened your eyes. Tell me, why i should leave Jesus and all that He has done for me, and follow you and your interpretations/conclusions. It is that simple. Don't just come and confuse everybody with english and greek. Tell us where you are taking us to.

No Borno Territory Under Boko Haram – Army

Posted By: THEWILL_Posted date: July 27, 2015

BEVERLY HILLS, July 26, (THEWILL) – Contrary to the news that some local government areas in Borno State are still under Boko Haram occupation, the Nigerian Army said on Sunday that there was no truth in the news.

Speaking at a media briefing in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, the spokesman of the 7 Division of the Nigeria Army with headquarters in Maiduguri, Col. Tukur Gusau, who make the clarification, also said the recent recapture of Dikwa was the first time Nigerian troops would be liberating the town.

Dikwa was among the 22 local governments of Borno state which were captured but was announced to have been liberated before the general elections.

According to Gusau, who is the Deputy Director Army Public Relations, : “This is the first time we entered Dikwa and liberated the town from Boko Haram. It is true there was information to the effect that Dikwa was once liberated but not by Nigerian troops. But this time around, we have recaptured the town and killed 20 Boko Haram terrorists during the battle.

“The military would never recaptured any town or community and then leave,” adding “We won’t allow Boko Haram to seize the town again, never again. It won’t happen.”

Displaying the arms and ammunition recovered from the insurgents during the recapture of Dikwa at the briefing, Gusau disclosed that the Nigerian0 troops engaged the insurgents in fierce battle to liberate Dikwa.

He however maintained that no soldier died in the action while 20 insurgents were killed and some cache of weapon recovered from the battle ground.

His words: “We met resistance from Boko Haram and 20 were killed during battle. We recovered various weapons including one General Purpose Machine Guns, six AK 47, three Magazine, one Tafor Rifle, one PKM Rifle, 12.7 mm anti-aircraft ammunition and 7.62 mm special.”

Gusau also disclosed that three SIM cards with 4 GB memory card and a cell phone were discovered while some vehicles and motorcycles laden with IEDs were destroyed in the fierce encounter.

Gusau affirmed that presently no Borno territory which is the area of operation of the 7 Div is under the Boko Haram, saying though the insurgents do attack and retreat, those places cannnot be said to be under the control of the insurgents.

Please stop commenting on issues you lack the authority and adequate information on.

Use google.

Nigeria conducted 2015 elections all over the entire North-east without any single incident of bomb blast nor suicide bombing across board.

More than 1000 civilians mostly women and children were liberated during the six week offensive battle.

Stop living in denial, the truth (not political persuasion) shall set you free.

There was no Nigerian territory under Bokoharam after the 2015 elections.

The war was pushed to Sambisa forest.

The new found slogan was "Never again will Bokoharam capture any Nigerian territory" - Nigerian Armed Forces
Who deceived you like that? When were those territories recaptured, where are the pictures and videos, the insurgents arrested, and the citizens rescued?

However, why do we hear of territories liberated when in essence there wasn't a time we heard that Bokoharam actually captured any territory since the launch of NEVER AGAIN?

Hmmm.
These are territory already captured during the days when boko haram was allowed to fester. Not every crime, robbery, kidnap and evil is in newspaper. For instance, we barely heard of the kidnaps apart from maybe the famous chibok girls. It doesn't mean that they didn't happen.

Recall this report from NOI earlier this year. In contrast and context, Osun shouldn't receive all the noise and complain compared to the unusual silence on states like Delta and Bayelsa. They receive about four times what Osun used to receive, that's even before Osun allocation reduced drastically. What's the population of the states and their civil service, and state workers? What's their igr? These are the kind of question and answer citizens should be demanding, instead of foolish talk about APC,PDP, anambra and biafra.
