Florblu: And i won't understand why most ladies(both married and single) do lie to their spouse to collect money. I mean if your spouse go bankruptcy you will suffer the loss together and if there is boom you will enjoy it together. So why do you have to lie? You have spoken wisely generally. To the quote, distrust is one of the reason. I've seen a practical case where the man was struggling to build for the family with hesitating support from the woman. While she was secretly building hers without the husband knowing, with the usual excuse of no one knows tomorrow. Another reason, is where one party is highly unproductive. I did a transaction, that i instructed my wife to supervised as I was away. Time for crediting, the client called me for bank details. I simply told them, credit the person attending to you. I could figuratively see the look on his face via the phone. Even though, they knew who she was. He quoted the figure involved & asked do you want me to credit her. After the deal, spoke another day. And comments like. I really admire. . .. Well, I might not also blame him totally, because I don't know why he couldn't be free with cash around his spouse, etc. |

pacespot: Why must everything in this world be given to the civil servants: civil servants the bank loans, civil servants the minimum wage, civil servants the Christmas bonus and all the egunje in the office, etc. Federal government is not the government of civil servants, it is the government of all the private and public office holders, including the artisans, market women and men, business owners, investors, foreign expatriates and the all. So civil servants should not be the only ones to benefit from government program, they are even the haven of corruption in the country, most of the corrupt practices in Nigeria today come from or are aided by civil servants. I do agree with you. I only sited civil servant as an example, rather than outrightly offering the house for sales, which obviously won't get to the desired persons. Meanwhile, if there are ways in vetting other sectors & their financial abilities. It is also fine. |

1. Identify what qualifies you for the role In Nigeria, getting the right answers to the above is the only requirements. I.e. Who is the godfather that referred you. Or you simply do cash and carry. By the way, have they started importation of jobs?! The last time I remember even private companies have join in doing replacement, instead of recruitment. Good luck to applicants though! |
Properties › Re: FG To Begin Sale Of New Housing Units Soon Nationwide by IMASTEX: 6:11am On Nov 01, 2019 |
FG to reward party faithfuls & some big politicians who already have countless properties nationwide and have ready cash to buy more houses. If FG were really serious in giving it to those that really need it. It should have been on mortgage to Civil Servants targeting mid level downward. So many of them stay in rented apartments for over 50 years. If those rentage were deduction towards owning the house wouldn't they have finish paying?! |

ManirBK: Is Nigeria a dumping ground?? Can't they sell their rice elsewhere? Kudos to FG Why should they sell elsewhere when naija is in high demand for it. Who should you blame, those smart businessmen or the failure of governance in niaja neglecting agriculture. Have you ever heard weed been imported?! Even though it is a ban product. This is because it is in excess. Yet, rice can't be cultivated with government support. It is a shame! |

Thuggery in Nigeria is profitable business. What a useless failed country. 99% of UNIBEN professors can't afford that type of structure. The percentage should even be 99.99 legally. What a country indeed. This is the same person that openingly celebrated one billion without verifiable means of income. He could achieve that from a government who was more or less like him. Now that we have an educated governor. He wants to keep fisting as usual. While worker, road, healthcare, etc suffers. |

chrisifeanyi: Oga if you are opportune, don't think others are lazy. You may have tried an option and it worked for you, others may try that same option and couldn't succeed. Learn to say soothing words to people because you don't know what they are fighting for. Na person wey get bag of rice for house dey see person wey wan buy one cup from shop as foolish. If u don't have good words to say to them, kindly ignore. Nigeria is not an easy country. Not everyone has that hustling spirit but that doesn't make them lazy. Some prefers getting a degree and a job then they are fine. A degree holder is not a lazy man. Someone with a degree is entitled to a good life if this country is a good one. In abroad people with vocational training get job placement and incentives. Don't mind those typing without thinking especially the under age & those still getting stipend from their parents. Because they have a family that can always assist them. They think it should be so for all. There are some families that can't raise 1m even if you give them 1 whole year. There are currently 3 main set of people in Niaja. * Those just existing * Those that are just trying to survive * And those that are living. The percentages are 70%, 25% and 5% respectively. And that is what people still call a country & are still hopeful even when more people are joining the first group. |
