Politics › Re: The Peter Obi Tsunami APC And PDP Are Underrating -farooq Kperogi by ImmaculateJOE(m): 8:20am On Jun 18, 2022
SmartPolician:
All I have to say is that Obi should take his message to the north. Appear in talkshows and enlighten the general public. Get Hausa interpreters to explain your plans for Nigeria before the official campaigns start. Travel to rural areas across the country (both north and south) to understand the plights of the people.

Obi is a grassroots man and should be seen to do that. The only person who will hear his message and what he has done in the past and not like him is someone with deep-rooted religious or tribal sentiments. Whipping up religious and tribal sentiments is the strategy APC and PDP have used to keep us where we are today - a shithole country.
While he should campaign in the north. His energy Should be more in his strongholds of SE/SS, securing block votes from this regions should be his priority.
Plus SW, NC and Christian dominated areas of NE & NW.
Convincing the core north will be a difficult or even impossible task, why waste energy and resources on a fruitless adventure.?

Vaughanlanrewaj:
I am not a pity or PDP fan but truth be told, there is something fundamentally immoral and treacherous about the emergence of HE Okowa when it is actually HE Wike who merits it.

Atiku has just few hours left to replace Okowa with Wike or just forget Wike's support.

Even those close to Okowa will not trust him and will sabotage the Atiku-Okowa quest eventually wink
Are you back from the dungeon? grin

Hope this time around you will align OBIdiently with productive Nigerians...?

Regardless of the voter turn out, Labour Party will get 80% or more votes from SE. Same thing will happen for Igbo voters outside SE.
Here, in Adamawa, all the Igbos voters are pushing Obi agenda, Atiku's home state.

Buccalcavity2:
Don't worry Reno. They are not deep thinkers. Wait till proper campaign starts before we expose their folly.
PO calls Atiku his leader and a good man yet they call Atiku thief. What does that make PO?
They said Atiku paid delegates dollars in 2022 primaries. But failed to mention where PO was sitting during 2018 PDP primaries and what election made him a running mate.
Now PO is the saint Atiku is the thief.
Idiots.
Bro forget it.. Atiku has lost already..

I doubt.. Time will tell anyways
Politics › Re: Presidency 2023: Who do you Think will the Northerners Prefer? by ImmaculateJOE(m): 6:05pm On Jun 14, 2022
Tinubufit:
You try but Atiku can't get up to 50% in north east .Atiku can't win bauchi because the governor isn't supporting Atiku .The governor is Tinubu ally the governor even stated that if Tinubu was in Pdp they wouldn't need to conduct primary election but to adopt Tinubu as a concensus .

Then Atiku can't win Yobe Gombe and Bornu state.i know he will win Adamawa and Taraba convincingly.

And for the peter obi I pray he get up to 4% in NE see let forget sentiment and abandon emotion too. Presidential election is always different you will see the prominent people just keep quiet watching this Peter obi supporters.
Tinibu can't defeat him in Bauchi and Gombe.
Atiku will win slightly in Adamawa, Taraba, Gombe and Bauchi. Borno and Yobe are lockdown for Tinibu. Obi will garner more than 25% votes in Adamawa and Taraba..

Your response has some points but you forget that the vice presidential nominee also has a part to play for the others. It is just Tinubus vice you mentioned.
Atiku vice is going South.. Obi's vice will have little influence in the north except if Kwankwoso agrees to vice him. Him alone is selling massively in the NC and NE.

Politics › Re: Presidency 2023: Who do you Think will the Northerners Prefer? by ImmaculateJOE(m):
I'm from the SE, born and brought up in Adamawa state.. I am on ground here in the north.
I will explain the situation without any bias to the best of my ability..

To start with, the core North, comprising of NE&NW are about 70% Muslims and 30% Christians +/-5% for each set. They play the religious card much more than the South.
Now, that Buhari is not on the ballot and before the emergence of Tinubu and prospect of Muslim-Muslim ticket, good number of those that supported Buhari pitch their tent with Atiku and Kwankwoso with Atiku slightly ahead because he is in a big party.
But now that there is a possibility of a Muslim-Muslim ticket, they are considering porting back to APC.
The Northern Christians support base are divided between Obi, Atiku & Tinibu (if he chooses a Christian VP).
Statistically. Base on Muslim-Muslim ticke for APC, the most Likely option..
In NE, Atiku 50%, Tinubu 35%, Obi 10%, Kwankwoso 5%.
In NW. Kwankwoso 30%, Tinibu 35%, Atiku 30%, Obi 5%.

In NC which is slightly Christian Dominated,
Tinibu 40, Obi, 30%, Atiku 25%, Kwankwoso 5%.
Obi will score good in NC because of Christians in Benue, Plateau, Nasarawa and FCT.. Tinibu is popular in Kogi and Kwara, Atiku will sweep Niger state.

No Compromise in Catholic Church, more reason why they are referred to as the Most Organized Institution in the World

I expect Mr. Peter Obi to visit the Catholic Bishop Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) soonest.
His foot allies like Bishop Kukah, Bishop Peter Ebere, Bishop Okeke of Onitsha, Kiagama of Abuja, Adewale Marthins of Lagos and many others Bishops will speak for him. Catholic Church has over 30million worshipers in Nigeria..

When you come to community roads Anambra dey try. I can't lie about that. But they were not done during Obi's tenure. It was Obiano that did that road quite recently. Go and check.

The person that posted the old picture to paint Obi bad is mad. I don't support Obi neither do I like mudslinging. It's too childish and unpolitical.
My community has two State roads, one was done during Obi's time.
Obiano started the second one, did only the drainage half-way and abandoned it till today..

AntiMahdi:
The APC primaries was a wake up call to you igbos to get your shit together but unfortunately, as good as it may be to back someone like Obi, it is a pure waste of votes.

Obi will soon throw in the towel because, let's face it, he doesn't stand a chance outside the SE.

The best we can do now is to get rid of the satanic APC and do all we can in preventing that voodoo sacrifice (Tinubu) from benefiting from his greedy treachery of 2015.

An Obi vote will see to a massive loss of SE votes.

Now that you guys are ready to actually come out and vote unlike what transpired in 2015 and 2019, you need to channel that bloc of votes to a candidate and party with national appeal.

Go it all alone with Obi will be like your Biafra. Reactionary at best and caged to only one outcome - win or lose for Obi which is looking more like a big massive loss.

The SE has this opportunity to become a major voting bloc and not one of apathy or self disenfranchisement which the Jewish-Fulani sponsored iPOB is bent on ensuring .

Peter Obi will throw in the towel soon and I hope you guys will support who he endorses because we just can't risk the Davos/WEF puppet called Tinubu getting into power.
To be very honest, Tinibu is miles better than Atiku.. But Peter Obi is better than both.

If your reason not to vote for PO is all about stopping Tinibu, then you yourself don't mean well for the country.
For 23 years, PDP never took SE serious, if the people of SE can unite and make a political statement by voting PO, then be rest assured that every other zone and party, will be weary of them going forward..
Peter Obi is leading a massive movement nationwide, if the current momentum is maintained and the right things are done from now till 25th Feb. 2023 then I tell you WATCH OUT..

I don't know why PDP supporters have been crying since Peter Obi left them. You claim that he has no base, no structure, and can't even win a single Lga. Yet each time his name is mentioned by his supporters you attack them with the same recurring line don't waste you votes, Obi can't win...

For the love of God, allow people to waste their votes in peace..

Try us
Benue, Plateau, Nassarawa, Taraba, Adamawa, and maybe Kaduna are christian dominated states.. APC will be roundly beaten if they present a Muslim-Muslims ticket.
Question is, who will their votes swing to and in what percentage. My take, 60% pdp, 20% APC 20% LP..
