It was an amazing experience anyway, glad I experienced it so no one lies to me how being unconscious feels.

what you experienced is out of body experience.though am an atheist(albeit a spiritual atheist) i know for sure this is not our home,we sure have roots where we came from and its completely devoid of evil,in fact existence of evil is as a result of our platform here.(billions of people needs food,shelter,money,power,etc so the competitions results to evil effectively just like Buddha said,cravings begat suffering) our existence here is completely out of our graps. final.ly life in this platform do not make sense at all,we are pure love and light. if i hadn't experienced astral projection(out of body experience) i would concur with hardmirror immediately.i meditate and communicate telepathically with my guide but i lack any believe in any of imaginary 4000+ gods.

I'm sorry about the loss of your brother and I know you feel cause I too ve felt and asked same questions BUT I remembered so many other things ve asked God for that he did even the ones I didnt ask and I knew that God is Mystery, faithful and his ways are not the ways of man. Maybe it was your brother's appointed time and according to christian doctrine each man has it own appointed time and would surely die.. the CBN were funding the interbank window prior to even this day until the new rule is finally implemented and also doing some hefty payouts to stabilise the unpropitous gap between our import and export market,thereby pegging the rate at $197.Now it seems a smart move to circumvent from this hefty pays thats eating on our incomes. Its apparent the banks and BDC gets their dollars from CBN until they put a stop to it due to shortage of dollars. Now my question is how will the bank and bdc source their dollars if this rule is applied.?

no matter the outcome the bank would still buy their dollars and resell with profit so in my opinion unilateral paying out still holds,i may be wrong though

The collected money gets circulated into their economy at the black market rate, This make dollars available for people that do not have access to Forex. Nigeria earn $58B dollars in remittance per year, but instead of making this money available for the parallel market. what do we do, we made the bank pays the receiver at the banks pre-defined exchange rate. The banks then turn around and sell the dollar at a higher rate to the Parrallel BDE market. That scarcity of no dollar in circulation is what is causing the exchange rate to be very high. The Central Bank President is a Banker (Zenith Bank) so this arrangement favors the banks at the detriment of the Country economy. Removing this directive will lower the exchange by N50 using a conservative estimate.
