Guys and ladies, I was linked to a young lady of about 25 that happens to be a single mother (daughter is 5 years old).

I also have a Son, who is 11 years old ( i have separated with his mom). I still pay his tuition fee and send his upkeep.

The issue now is that the new lady introduced to me doesn't have a phone (which I was told that I would buy), her salary as a teacher is really small, and she wants me to send ( sponsor) her to school.

If the girl is really nice and humble but also refuses to disclose what happened BTW her and her child's Father, will you still marry her.

Now, my boss is learning the job from me, and the newly employed lady is also at the same level as I am. However, my boss claims that I cannot be promoted because I am not superior to the newly employed lady. The issue is that both my boss and the new lady are learning the job from me, and I believe that I deserve to be promoted since I am already good at the job.

I have talked to my boss several times about this issue, and he still refuses to promote me, stating that there is no superior among us(myself and the new lady). Please, what can I do in this situation?

I don't like wasting my time with advising people, becos they will still end up doing what they intend to do.

But just to guide you, dont expect anything from your current place of work and create a plan B option.

The only reason why your Boss and the new lady are learning from you are;
1. To upgrade themselves..

2. Incase you resign.

For me, If I were in your shoes, I would just do my job competently without requesting for promotion which comes with higher pay and incentives while at the same time, scout for a better job.

Just 6: Rivers, Imo, Anambra, Delta, Bayelsa and lastly Lagos. I enjoyed Rivers state (Port Harcourt) the most but you see Lagos? I saw shege. I did my IT there last year and the road traffic between Ajah and VI almost reduced my lifespan. Don't even get me started with their quality of water. Some people say mainland is better than island, maybe I will try there next time I happen to be in Lagos

3. How long will it take to nationalize or become a citizen in a Country like Senegal or Ghana.

4. How accommodating are natives of these other Countries to Nigerians, especially when they know that you are planning to stay for the long term in their own land.
