I've been having this discharge since I got pregnant though it's nt smelling not itching but it kept on coming. Infact I had to be using cotton wool on my veejay to avoid it smear my pants as I'm scared of using panty liner to avoid any chemical. Sometimes I dip my finger to bring it out & hmmm it's annoying. Though I read online that it's normal in pregnancy but I thought by now it should have gone(@3rd trimester). Pls is this how it'll keep ilon coming till one gives birth abi is tgere something I can use to stop it?

Infact it increases as you near birth. I have it too

Ahhh sis, I never knew it's prepare this way. Anyway thanks. You said it's for 7 - 8 month and above - if I take @8 month does it mean it'll be preparing my body till 9month & how many times can one take it b4 delivery comes?

It's not predictable. Body differs. I took it during my first child and nothing happened..I was induced at 41 weeks 5 days ,same thing with pineapple

We're doing fine o sister. It's just this tummy that is pushing me now & turning from one side of d bed to the other is now very difficult & getting up earlier to prepare for work is something else. Na now I know say our mothers are trying. Pregnancy no be moinmoin. Infact I can't wait to offload this baby. Aside this everything is fine to the glory of God. Hospital bag is packed already. Though I'm still having this little fear of how does labour feel (don't laugh o abeg I be JJC)

It feels in two different ways that I know of. 1. Tightening of your uterus which feels like someone is tightening your whole intestine or stabbing it
2. Extreme menstrual cramps with pelvic pressure and can include backpain like someone stabbing your waist. This is my own experience. It comes and goes so you have time to rest . The Koko is distraction. And you might even be lucky, your pain threshold might be high or that your labour is painless like I've heard some people say

I tested positive a couple of weeks ago and the only symptoms I have had so far is headache almost on a daily, tender breasts, occasional lower back discomfort, occasional bitter taste in the throat.

Two days ago, I started experiencing dry throat no matter how much water I drink and I woke up today to a drier throat.

Abeg, is this part of the package too or am I to be worried?

I am a man and I am very okay with vasectomy. It is 99.9% irreversible however, do I need more children, I do not think so. Should I feel the need for more children, I could adopt. For now, my wife wants us to have more discussion with a doctor.

Incase you get more information, kindly share. We have partially resolved to tying the tubes but I am not sure if that is the best although we are done with childbirth after this second one. I am also thinking maybe a vasectomy is better but hopefully as the days go by, we will think of what to settle for.

Honestly vasectomy is better if you get a husband that would agreed to this . Cos many men won't. Tying of the tubes also very good. Though all these,two are permanent family control . I get scared of permanent family control

The rule of the thumb is don't do family planning unless you are done with giving birth. I'm expecting my third baby and am hanging boot after this. I have heard a lot of good things about IUD and many friends and family are using it and it's one of the family planning with minimal side effects because it has nothing to do with hormones. Any family planning relating to messing with female hormones usually have side effect . I don't advice pills or implanon because research has been done that it increase the risk of getting cancer. You can also try google

Hello dear mamas I just need to vent ..I am 35 weeks and scan said my baby just went breach ..I honestly hoped for a vg delivery but I don't know how possible that will be .. mummy's please I need advice .do I just settle for CS when I see the doctor on Monday or wait and hope the baby turns soon ..I personally will not like to get to 40 weeks because of bp issues so was hoping to be induced by 38/39 weeks ..but that can't work with a breach baby ..I have a headache thinking about all this ..I am so scared of a cs I won't even lie .. because I don't know the healing process or anything ..mummy's please advise me ..my march mamas get in here plz I need your help guys ..

Firstly your baby can still turn,my first baby turned at 38 weeks, my second turned at 36 weeks. Secondly CS is not that bad, infact for some it's preferable than vagina but the fear of being cut is what we all have. There was a point in my labour that I was begging for CS and they told me it's late even though it was the pain making me say that. Pls the recovering and all will be easier for you by god's grace. Fear not. Whichever way, vagina or CS, safe delivery to you

Something happened to me yesterday. I started feeling this pain in my tummy in the afternoon. I'm currently 27weeks 5days gone & I've never felt when my baby turned or changed position except when I do scan or start feeling the kicks in another direction. But yesterday from noon till late @night I couldn't sit nor stand because of the pain I was having when the baby was turning as if he's turning 360'. I was sweating & couldn't hold my tears anymore. It took the baby lik 2hrs b4 he cud calm down.
Pls is this normal at this stage of my pregnancy? Will the baby still turn like this b4 delivery so I can be prepared 4d pain next time? Thnxx

Pls a simple scan can prevent a lot. It's never too much.pls do scan. Everything is alright by his grace

we are doing good cappo, i went for scan last two weeks and they said it looks like the baby is a girl, but i'm not buying that one sha i will wait till i give birth to know the gender, for now let me just remain team green. My baby is currently in transverse position after being head down at 32 weeks when i did scan, i just hope the baby turns before my EDD. Safe delivery to us all.

You still have time.my first baby turned at exactly 38 weeks and I was Induced 41weeks 6 days. My second baby turned at exactly 36 weeks and I was Induced at 38 weeks 3 days cos of high BP. So don't worry, hopefully baby will turn very soon

haaaa. You are scaring her oo. It's painful yes, but labour is known to be painful. Sincerely I mostly ran mad at the last stage for both my kids

My sister,I don't mind being induced at 37 weeks Instead of waiting till 41 weeks for labour. pregancy can be so tiring. Induction is painful because there won't be much break btw one contractions and the next,Infact my contractions are on top of another. But they say normal labour is painful and same. Our body compensate with labour pain by realising endormorphin to relax us before next contractions. I heard it very high in normal labour so they have time to relax well than being induced

Biko don't fear. Induction doesn't lead to CS all times.its just that with induction, leading to CS later is higher than having normal birth. I did Induction for my two kids and both were successful and good. Though painful but believe me ,it's nothing your body can't handle. My first induction from 6 am, gave birth 4 pm. My second induction,the first day it didn't lead to strong labour, then the second day it was increased and I gave birth before 2 pm. It was so fast but painful

I'm in my second trimester and I won't stop spitting. Any remedy to stop or reduce this will be appreciated.

I spit from the day I'm positive till second day after birth in all my pregnancies. I don't think anything can stop it till it goes on its own. But chewing gum or bitter kola will really help not to spit while still in your mouth. Though both are not entirely safe if it's too much

Don't know what to call this feeling am having now.
Imagine, was craving pounded yam and okro since yesterday. Immediately after breakfast today, I dashed to the kitchen, cooked okro, veg for hubby (he doesn't take okro with pounded yam), cooked stew, peeled the yam, cooked it and then the almighty POUNDING.

After all these cooking and pounding, you won't believe I COULDN'T EAT THE ALMIGHTY POUNDED YAM.
Come and see hubby and kids enjoying my own craving wahala. I don't even know what to say to them again

In this century you are still pounding? No wonder you are stressed . I craved for pounded yam and okro soup too..I didn't have to do anything..hubby cooked the soup and use yam pounder to do pounded yam, very soft.by the way I sell yam pounder 6L very nice for family to have, it's 26k.

Baby will be fine but you might not because you also need nutrients...try taking fruits pls even if only fruits you can stomach

It's like I'm the only person in may team that has not started antenatal ooo , though I've been admitted once cos of this nausea and ulcer. I plan to start march but my mum is disturbing me to start early to monitor my bp but I check my BP at home often jare ..I plan to start February ending . It's third baby nah,there shouldn't be rushing
