The issue here is membership not primary. The APC is saying Abba was not a member of the nnpp as of the time he contested the election. The pepc dismissed it recently when Obi's membership of LP was raised at the election petition. It's only the party that can say who a member is, not an outsider.

Just because of unstamped/unsigned ballot papers,thousands of votes were declared invalid.Instead of court to apply forensic analysis to separate real and fake votes, they declared thousands of votes illegal. It is a pity. By this appeal court verdict, the governor won't succeed at the supreme Court.

We've been expecting NLC to shut down Nigeria for very germane reasons but they'll deceive us and call off the strike a night to when it's to kick off. Workers and Nigerians are dying of hunger and starvation, inflation is roasting citizens Ajaero and NLC didn't do anything. I condemn beating Ajaero intoto but the NLC is selfish. They didn't fight for us, how do we fight for them?

If the NLC does not do something about the beating up of their president, then they have no reason being in place. The way Ajaero was brutalised is totally unacceptable. That precedence must never be allowed to stand.
