Good evening all,

Please I'm asking this for my fiancee. She passed IELTS already and her ECA has been ready for months. She wants to create profile now but someone says she needs NOC before she can create a profile even after IELTS and ECA. Please all, how true is this?
Yeah, she'll be asked to choose her occupation/job while creating her profile...that's the NOC

Go through the website below and find out the NOC that best fits her work experience, she'll then input the digits while creating her profile.. that's all! no special work to be done! I will also recommend you read other parts of the website for better understanding of the process..

All the best!

No I wrote the 4papers
You didn't send your certificate.. The credentials part is reading Academic transcript instead of the name of the cert... get your certificate and contact WES to update it....

If certificate is taking long, you can message them with evidence of one year evaluation for same credential and see if anything will come out of it.

All the best.

Hello Gurus, I’m new here please. I have been following all the updates and I’ve learnt a lot but I am at dilemma right now. I received ITA 2 weeks ago and I am planning to submit next week.

However, I’ve been advised to be careful for the below reason. I have 2 NOCs but my primary NOC only has 14months experience. My total years of work experience is 5 years. I’m told I should have used the other NOC as my primary NOC as primary NOCs should be 3years or more experience.

Do I decline and re-enter the pool? CRS is 478.

Anyone with PPR that had one year experience in their primary NOC?

Please help!
You want to decline seriously ? Have you checked IRCC website to authenticate what you were told? Well, atleast you came here to ask...

Please check IRCC website, you meet the requirements for primary NOC.. any occupation can be your primary NOC as long as it's not less than 1yr and meets other requirements like atleast 30hrs per week, paid, NOC A, B or 0..etc

All the best and please take responsibility for your application, verify whatever anyone tells you or atleast ask for source...

Can't imagine someone declining ITA in this uncertain time...

She is in canada already. Her ITA was CEC.
Has her COPR been issued and signed by an Immigration officer?

or she just received PPR email?

Please Seniors here, if someone fails let's say Ba3, will he/she rewrite the Ba3 alone, or redo all from 1-4? Thanks.

Good day Canadians, please can my cousin or 18yrs+ nephew sponsor me to Canada. Or can I get points for being sponsored by one of them?
In what way is those family members helpful to me to immigrate.
They'll be helpful to you if any of them lives in Saskatchewan or Manitoba through the provincial nomination program.. Sask especially because no draw has been done for Manitoba for over 1yr

Company B doesn’t mind giving me a reference letter for the entire duration. Company A only handled salaries but every other action including employee relations was handled by company B , hence my confusion.
Company A is your employer, your contract of employment is from them...I'm sure they issue you payslips and your bank statements will have their name too...

Let A give you the reference letter stating you were seconded/posted to B for the period of your employment...

A is your employer, I see no confusion here..

the visa officer will go with laid down laws not tweets from agents. Some people have used the one semester while others got rejected too. Her best bet is to write wes to issue a new report. The link below clearly specifies what qualifies as 2 or more degrees. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/economic-classes/federal-skilled-workers/selection-criteria-education-equivalency-assessment-outcomes-education-points.html
I know the requirements for 2 or more certificates..

but I won't advise she just lets it go.. let her try her best while still exploring other options..

I remember someone who was rejected because she used a law degree evaluated as Bachelors by WES to claim points for professional degree.. She wrote to IRCC explaining how same cert is evaluated as professional degree by IQAS, ettccc.. Her application was reopened..

Let her make her case, instead just accepting it outrightly.. Visa officers na human being o.

I do not think she will be required to reenter the pool. It wouldn't change her score. This journey is not for the faint hearted. It can be tiring.
The ECA will bear a new date and her application submission date will precede the date...

but hey, she should still reevaluate regardless.

While taking Influential101 advice, please send a mail to reevaluate your certificate. Use one of the ACCA recently evaluated as one year to question yours, you don't have to pay. It will be reviewed with a week or so. Maybe that would help when you are sending a LOE. If you don't have a copy of the positively evaluated acca, let me know, I can send you one. I wish you all the best.
I agree..

but the problem is that she may need to reenter the pool or may be not shaa...

it's an option to explore..

Twitter handlers are not visa officers. They can tweet conflicting information
I agree but they represent IRCC and should be able to give reliable information.

I know people that attached the Tweet to their applications as back up...

IRCC cannot deny the information given by their reps... it doesn't hurt to explore that option.

Please who has used ACCA diploma for two or more certificates? My GSCM notes just arrived and the VO refused to use it as 2 or more.
I need advice on what to do please
Raise CSE and attach tweets where IRCC said one semester was acceptable... and you can also add that you know people who used it successfully after the Tweet and thus confused as to why yours wasn't accepted...

They sent me an email because I contacted them about my exemptions and why it was taking so long. The redirected me to the right person and also informed me to ensure I complete it quickly as it may change when they update exemptions due to the syllabus changing.
ohh, thanks for your response smiley
